Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an anti-floating device used for rehabilitation of an existing pipe, and more particularly to an anti-floating device for a rehabilitating pipe when filling a space between the rehabilitating pipe and the existing pipe along the inner periphery of the existing pipe with a backfilling material. .

It is known to rehabilitate an existing pipe, such as an aged sewer pipe, by lining the inner periphery of the existing pipe with a rehabilitated pipe. In many of such construction methods, a back-filling material such as cement milk or mortar is filled between the outer peripheral surface of the rehabilitation pipe and the inner peripheral surface of the existing pipe. At that time, support and floating prevention work is performed so that the rehabilitating pipe does not buckle or float due to the injection pressure and buoyancy of the backfilling material (see Patent Documents 1 and 2, etc.).

The support devices of Patent Literatures 1 and 2 include an annular frame arranged in the rehabilitation pipe, and a plurality of wales provided at intervals in the circumferential direction of the outer periphery of the annular frame. Each wale is pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the rehabilitation pipe. A vertical bar is provided at the upper end of the support device. The bar is abutted against the top of the existing pipe through a through-hole formed in the top of the rehabilitating pipe.

The support device disclosed in the aforementioned patent document has a large structure, is very heavy, takes a long time to install, and has poor workability.
On the other hand, if the rehabilitating pipe has high rigidity, the rehabilitating pipe will not buckle unless an extremely large backfill injection pressure is applied, so the conventional support structure is excessive.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above circumstances, it is an object of the present invention to provide an anti-floating device suitable for highly rigid rehabilitating pipes, which can prevent rehabilitating pipes from floating during backfilling with a simple and easy-to-install structure.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a device for preventing the rehabilitating pipe from rising when a back-filling material is filled between a high-rigidity rehabilitating pipe along the inner circumference of the existing pipe and the existing pipe,
a bottom wale disposed at the bottom of the rehabilitation pipe;
a plurality of columnar tension members erected on the bottom wale and having upper ends penetrating the apex of the rehabilitation pipe;
tension applying means for tensioning the tension member between the top of the existing pipe and the bottom wale;
characterized by comprising
High rigidity means that the rehabilitating pipe has rigidity to the extent that it does not buckle under the pressure of the backfilling material during filling. After constructing the rehabilitated pipe along the inner circumference of the existing pipe, a shoring consisting of the anti-floating device is installed. In short, it is sufficient that the shoring mainly has the function of preventing the rehabilitating pipe from floating up, and the function of retaining the cross section of the rehabilitating pipe is unnecessary or minimal, except in special cases. For this reason, the structure is simple, the installation can be easily performed in a short period of time, and the workability is good.
By vertically tensioning the tension member by operating the tension applying means, it is possible to prevent the rehabilitating pipe from floating due to the buoyancy generated by the filling of the back-filling material.

The thrust applying means includes a base member installed on the bottom wale, a male screw-shaped shaft member erected on the base member, and a nut-shaped elevating member screwed to the shaft member. and a lower end of the tension member is preferably abutted against the elevating member.
This simplifies the structure of the thrust applying means.
By rotating the elevating member, the elevating member is raised and lowered along the shaft member. This raises and lowers the tension member. By raising the strut member, it can be abutted against the top of the existing pipe and further stretched.
It is preferable that the lifting member is provided with a grip portion such as a handle. By making the elevating member rotatable by human power, the tension member can be lifted and lowered and the tensioning operation can be performed without a drive source or a special jig.

It is preferable that the base member is provided with a pair of locking portions that are locked to both side surfaces of the bottom wale.
As a result, the base member can be stably installed on the bottom wale, and the tension member can be easily erected. In addition, it is possible to prevent the base member from rotating when the lifting member is rotated, thereby facilitating the thrusting operation.

The bottom waling includes a plurality of waling members arranged in a longitudinal direction along the tube axis of the rehabilitation pipe, and the base member and thus the pair of locking portions are positioned between the adjacent waling members. It is preferable to straddle.
Accordingly, the base member can prevent the adjacent walling members from being displaced from each other. In particular, the pair of locking portions can prevent adjacent wale members from shifting in the width direction. Further, since the base member is arranged at the joint between the adjacent walling members, the tension member is also arranged on the joint. Therefore, the position where the tension member should be arranged becomes clear.

It is preferable that the bottom waling includes a plurality of waling members arranged in a longitudinal direction along the tube axis of the rehabilitation pipe, and adjacent waling members are fitted to each other in a concave-convex manner.
The bottom waling members can be extended by successively adding the waling members while fitting the waling members in a concave-convex manner. Adjacent waling members are firmly connected to each other by means of concave-convex fitting, so that these waling members can be prevented from slipping.
A plurality of tension members are arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the bottom wale.

It is preferable that the upper end portion of the tension member has a smaller diameter than the through hole formed in the top portion of the rehabilitation pipe.
Thereby, the upper end portion of the tension member can be easily passed through the through-hole of the rehabilitation pipe. There is no need to press-fit the upper end of the tension member into the through-hole of the highly rigid rehabilitation pipe.
The space between the outer peripheral surface of the upper end portion of the tension member and the inner peripheral surface of the through hole of the rehabilitating pipe is preferably sealed by sealing means before filling with the backfilling material.

It is preferable that the surfacing prevention device further includes a protective plate provided on the inner peripheral surface of the top of the existing pipe, and the upper end portion of the tension member abuts against the protective plate.
This can prevent the top of the existing pipe from being damaged during stretching. This is especially effective when the top of the existing pipe is weakened due to aging.
An iron plate can be used as the protective plate.

a side wale in which the anti-surfacing device is arranged on an inner circumference spaced apart from the bottom wale in the lower half of the rehabilitation pipe in the circumferential direction;
a horizontal bridging member extending so as to connect the strut member or the bottom wale and the side wale;
pressing means provided on the horizontal member for pressing the side wale against the rehabilitation pipe;
is preferably further provided.
Even if the rehabilitated pipe has a high rigidity and does not easily buckle, if it has a large cross section or if the specific gravity of the backfilling material is large, the filling of the backfilling material may deform the pipe even if it does not buckle. On the other hand, by holding down the lower half of the rehabilitating pipe not only by the bottom waling but also by the side waling, it is possible not only to prevent the rehabilitating pipe from floating but also to suppress deformation of the rehabilitating pipe. Therefore, the function of retaining the cross-sectional shape of the rehabilitating pipe can be ensured while maintaining the simple device structure. In other words, the anti-floating device can be provided with the function of retaining the cross section of the rehabilitating pipe.

Preferably, by arranging the horizontal member inside the lower half of the rehabilitating pipe, the obstruction of water flow by the horizontal member can be alleviated.
It is preferable that the horizontal member has an arc shape along the inner circumference of the lower half of the rehabilitation pipe. As a result, the obstruction of water flow by the horizontal member can be further alleviated.
The arcuate horizontal member may be sandwiched between the lower end of the tension member and the bottom wale.

It is preferable that the horizontal member is connected so as to intersect with the portion below the central portion of the tension member. As a result, it is possible to reliably alleviate the obstruction of water flow by the horizontal member.

A threaded hole is provided at the top of the rehabilitation pipe,
It is preferable that an upper end portion of the tension member is formed with a male screw to be screwed with the female screw of the screw hole.
Thereby, in addition to pressing the bottom of the rehabilitating pipe against the bottom of the existing pipe by the tension member, the top of the rehabilitating pipe can be fixed to the tension member. Therefore, deformation of the rehabilitating pipe during filling with the back-filling material can be suppressed, and the function of retaining the cross-sectional shape of the rehabilitating pipe can be enhanced while maintaining a simple device structure.

It is preferable that an inclusion is provided between the outer peripheral surface of the top portion of the rehabilitating pipe and the inner peripheral surface of the top portion of the existing pipe.
As a result, in addition to pressing the bottom of the rehabilitating pipe against the bottom of the existing pipe with the tension member, the inclusion prevents the top of the rehabilitating pipe from rising, thereby preventing the top of the rehabilitating pipe and the top of the existing pipe from rising. can prevent access. Therefore, deformation of the rehabilitating pipe during filling with the back-filling material can be suppressed, and the function of retaining the cross-sectional shape of the rehabilitating pipe can be enhanced while maintaining a simple device structure.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, a highly rigid rehabilitation pipe can be prevented from floating at the time of backfilling with a simple and easy-to-install structure.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
<First embodiment>
1 to 4 show a first embodiment of the invention. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, an existing pipe 1 to be rehabilitated is an aged sewage pipe. Note that the existing pipe 1 is not limited to a sewage pipe, and may be a water supply pipe, an agricultural water pipe, a hydroelectric power transmission pipe, a gas pipe, or the like.
The existing pipe 1 is rehabilitated by lining the rehabilitated pipe 3 along the inner circumference of the existing pipe 1 .

Although detailed illustration is omitted, the rehabilitating pipe 3 is composed of, for example, a belt-like member (profile). A helical rehabilitating pipe 3 is produced by spirally winding the belt-like member and joining edges adjacent to each other with a one-turn difference.

The strip member has a main strip made of synthetic resin such as polyvinyl chloride and a reinforcing strip made of metal such as steel, and has high rigidity. Therefore, the rehabilitating pipe 3 has high rigidity.
High rigidity means that the rehabilitating pipe 3 has rigidity to the extent that it does not buckle due to pressure from the backfilling material during filling.
The metal reinforcing strips may be fitted between the ribs on the back side of the synthetic resin main strip (the side facing the outer periphery when the pipe is manufactured). It may be embedded inside.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a bottom wale 10 is arranged at the bottom of the rehabilitation pipe 3 in parallel with the pipe axis L3 . The bottom wale 10 includes a plurality of wale members 11 . These waling members 11 are arranged in a line in the direction of the tube axis. At the end of each walling member 11, for example, stepped concave-convex fitting portions 11b and 11d are formed. The concave-convex fitting portions 11b and 11d of the adjacent walling members 11 are engaged with each other.

A plurality of tension members 20 are spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction (pipe axis direction) of the bottom wale 10 . The tension member 20 is configured by, for example, a cylindrical steel pipe. The length of the tension member 20 is greater than the radius of the rehabilitating pipe 3 and slightly smaller than the diameter of the rehabilitating pipe 3 . The tension member 20 is erected vertically on the bottom wale 10 to form a columnar support.
The upper end of the tension member 20 passes through a through hole 3c formed in the top of the rehabilitation pipe 3. As shown in FIG. At least the upper end portion of the tension member 20 has a slightly smaller diameter than the through hole 3c.

As shown in FIG. 2 , jacks 30 are interposed between each tension member 20 and the bottom wale 10 . As shown in FIG. 3 , the jack 30 has a base member 31 , a shaft member 32 and an elevating member 33 . The base member 31 includes a base portion 31a and a pair of locking portions 31b, and has a U-shaped cross section. A pair of locking portions 31b are provided on both sides in the width direction of the base portion 31a.

The base portion 31 a covers the upper surface of the bottom wale 10 . A pair of locking portions 31 b are locked to both side surfaces of the bottom wale 10 . As a result, the base member 31 is non-rotatably installed on the bottom wale 10 .
Preferably, the jacks 30 are arranged on the seams 11c between the adjacent wale members 11. As shown in FIG. Specifically, the base member 31 straddles between the adjacent wale members 11 across the seam 11c. A base portion 31 a straddles between the upper surfaces of these walling members 11 . A locking portion 31b straddles between the side surfaces of these walling members 11. As shown in FIG.
Each tension member 20 is arranged on the seam 11c.

As shown in FIG. 3, a male-threaded shaft member 32 is provided vertically on the base portion 31a. A nut-shaped elevating member 33 is screwed onto the shaft member 32 . The lifting member 33 is moved up and down along the shaft member 32 by being rotated. The lifting member 33 is provided with a handle 34 for rotating operation.
The lower end of the tension member 20 abuts against the lifting member 33 . As a result, the lower end of the tension member 20 abuts against the bottom wale 10 via the jack 30 .
As the lifting member 33 moves up and down, the tension member 20 moves up and down.

The anti-floating device 4 is used as follows.
After constructing the rehabilitating pipe 3 along the inner circumference of the existing pipe 1 , a floating prevention device 4 is installed in the rehabilitating pipe 3 . More specifically, the waling members 11 are fitted to each other and successively added to extend the bottom waling 10 . By connecting the adjacent waling members 11 by fitting them in an uneven manner, it is possible to prevent the waling members 11 from being displaced.

As shown in FIG. 4 , a tension member 20 is erected on the bottom wale 10 via a jack 30 . Specifically, first, the base portion 31a of the jack 30 is placed on the upper surface of the bottom wale 10, and the pair of locking portions 31b are applied to the side surfaces of the bottom wale 10. As shown in FIG. Thereby, the jack 30 can be stably installed on the bottom wale 10. Since the base portion 31a of the base member 31 straddles between the upper surfaces of the adjacent wale members 11, it is possible to prevent the wale members 11 from shifting in the height direction. Further, the pair of locking portions 31b straddles the side surfaces of the adjacent wale members 11, thereby preventing the wale members 11 from shifting in the width direction.
Preferably, the lifting member 33 is lowered. The lower end of the tension member 20 is placed on the lifting member 33 .
A through hole 3c is formed in advance at the top of the rehabilitation pipe 3. As shown in FIG.

Further, the tension member 20 is raised by rotating the lifting member 33 in the upward direction with the handle 34 . As a result, as shown in FIG. 1, the upper end of the tension member 20 passes through the through hole 3c and abuts against the upper end of the existing pipe 1. Then, as shown in FIG. Since the pair of engaging portions 31b are engaged with both side surfaces of the bottom wale 10, the base member 31 can be prevented from rotating when the elevating member 33 is rotated, and the elevating operation can be stably performed. can be done. Further, by making the diameter of the tension member 20 smaller than that of the through hole 3c, the upper end portion of the tension member 20 can be easily passed through the through hole 3c. In other words, it is not necessary to press-fit the tension member 20 into the through hole 3c of the highly rigid rehabilitation pipe 3 .
Sealing means (not shown) seals between the outer peripheral surface of the upper end portion of the tension member 20 and the inner peripheral surface of the through hole 3c. The sealing means is not particularly limited, and a joint material, a rubber packing, a flexible sheet, a piece of cloth, paper, or the like may be used.

By further tightening the elevating member 33, the tension member 20 is tensioned between the top of the existing pipe 1 and the bottom wale 10, as shown in FIG. That is, the jack 30 (pulling force applying means) applies a thrusting force to the thrusting member 20 . The bottom of the rehabilitated pipe 3 is pressed against the bottom of the existing pipe 1 by this tension force.

After that, the pipe gap 1d is filled with a back-filling material such as cement milk or mortar. At this time, the rehabilitating pipe 3 receives buoyancy from the backfilling material. On the other hand, by stretching the tension member 20, the rehabilitated pipe 3 can be prevented from floating due to the buoyancy, and the bottom of the rehabilitated pipe 3 is kept pressed against the bottom of the existing pipe 1. As a result, the flow gradient of the rehabilitation pipe 3 can be matched with the flow gradient of the bottom of the existing pipe 1 .
Further, the rehabilitation pipe 3 receives the injection pressure of the backfilling material. On the other hand, since the rehabilitation pipe 3 has high rigidity, it does not buckle under the injection pressure. Therefore, it is not necessary to add a mechanism against the injection pressure to the anti-floating device 4 or provide it separately from the anti-floating device 4 .
The anti-floating device 4 as a shoring should mainly have the function of preventing the floating of the rehabilitating pipe 3, and the cross-section holding function of the rehabilitating pipe 3 may be unnecessary or minimal except for special cases described later. Therefore, the anti-floating device 4 has a simple structure, can be easily installed in a short period of time, and has good installation workability. The jack 30 can be manually operated, and the tension member 20 can be raised and lowered and tensioned without a drive source or a special jig.

After curing and hardening of the backfilling material, the elevating member 33 is turned downward to lower the tension member 20, and the upper end portion of the tension member 20 is pulled downward from the through hole 3c. Thereby, the tension member 20 can be released from the rehabilitation pipe 3 . After that, the floating prevention device 4 is disassembled and removed. It may be relocated to the next construction span. Since the floating prevention device 4 has a simple structure, it can be easily disassembled, removed, and relocated.

Next, another embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the following embodiments, the same reference numerals are given to the drawings to duplicate the configurations already described, and the description thereof will be omitted.
<Second embodiment>
FIG. 5 shows a second embodiment of the invention.
In the surfacing prevention device 4B of the second embodiment, a protection plate 40 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the top portion of the existing pipe 1 . A steel plate is used as the protective plate 40 . The protective plate 40 is curved to match the inner peripheral shape of the top of the existing pipe 1 .

The upper end portion of the tension member 20 abuts against the protection plate 40 . As a result, the protection plate 40 receives and disperses the tension force, thereby preventing the top of the existing pipe 1 from being damaged. This form is particularly effective when the existing pipe 1 is weakened due to aging.

<Third Embodiment>
FIG. 6 shows a third embodiment of the invention. The anti-floating device 4C of this embodiment is suitable for the case where the rehabilitating pipe 3 has a large cross section or the specific gravity of the back-filling material is large.
Specifically, in the surfacing prevention device 4C, a pair of side wales 12 and a horizontal member 50 are added to the device 4 (FIG. 1) of the first embodiment. The side wales 12 are arranged on both sides of the bottom waling 10 on the inner periphery of the lower half of the rehabilitation pipe 3 . That is, the side wale 12 is arranged in an angle range of 0° to ±90° with the bottom portion of the rehabilitation pipe 3 in the circumferential direction being 0°. Three (plurality) wale 10 and 12 are separated from each other in the circumferential direction of the inner peripheral surface of the lower half of the rehabilitation pipe 3 .

A horizontal member 50 is arranged inside the lower half of the rehabilitation pipe 3 . The horizontal member 50 is made of a rigid material such as steel. The horizontal member 50 extends in an arcuate shape along the circumferential direction of the lower half of the rehabilitation pipe 3 so as to connect the three wales 12 , 10 , 12 .

An intermediate portion of the horizontal member 50 is placed on the bottom wale 10 . A jack 30 is arranged on the upper surface of the intermediate portion of the horizontal member 50 . A tension member 20 is erected on the jack 30 . A horizontal member 50 is sandwiched between the lower end of the tension member 20 and the bottom wale 10 . The lower end of the tension member 20 and the horizontal member 50 are connected via the jack 30 .
Due to the tensioning of the tensioning member 20 by the jack 30 , the bottom wale 10 is pressed against the bottom of the rehabilitation pipe 3 via the horizontal member 50 .

Nut portions 52 are provided at both ends of the horizontal member 50 . A threaded shaft member 53 made of a threaded bolt is screwed into the nut portion 52 . The nut portion 52 and the threaded shaft member 53 constitute the pressing means 51 . The axis L 51 of the pressing means 51 is oriented in the height direction (thickness direction) of the horizontal member 50 so as to be orthogonal to the arc-forming direction (circumferential direction) of the horizontal member 50 . The lower end of the threaded shaft member 53 is abutted against the side wale 12 via the holder 13 having a U-shaped cross section. Although not shown in detail, the upper end of the threaded shaft member 53 is provided with a rotation operation section such as a hexagonal section. Preferably, the upper end of the threaded shaft member 53 is recessed inside the cross member 50 .
The upper end portion of the threaded shaft member 53 may protrude from the horizontal member 50 to some extent.

In the surfacing prevention device 4</b>C, the side wale 12 can be strongly pressed against the side of the rehabilitation pipe 3 by tightening the threaded shaft member 53 . Therefore, the lower half of the rehabilitation pipe 3 can be pressed not only by the bottom waling 10 but also by the side waling 12 . As a result, it is possible to reliably prevent the rehabilitating pipe 3 from floating when the backfilling material is filled. Furthermore, even if the rehabilitating pipe 3 has a large cross section or the specific gravity of the back-filling material is large, the deformation of the rehabilitating pipe 3, especially the side portion, is prevented by pressing by the side wale 12. be able to. As a result, the function of retaining the cross-sectional shape of the rehabilitating pipe 3 can be ensured while maintaining a simple device structure. In other words, the anti-floating device can be provided with a function of retaining the cross-sectional shape of the rehabilitating pipe 3 .
Since the horizontal member 50 is arranged inside the lower half of the rehabilitating pipe 3, it is possible to alleviate the obstruction of water flow. Furthermore, since the upper end portion of the threaded shaft member 53 is recessed inside the horizontal member 50, it is possible to suppress water flow obstruction.

<Fourth Embodiment>
FIG. 7 shows a fourth embodiment of the invention. In the surfacing prevention device 4D according to the fourth embodiment, the horizontal member 50D extends substantially horizontally straight so as to connect the side wale 12 on both sides. The intermediate portion of the horizontal member 50D intersects (crosses) the portion of the tension member 20 below the central portion. An orthogonal clamp 55 is provided at the intersection of the horizontal member 50</b>D and the tension member 20 . The lower end of the tension member 20 rests on the bottom wale 10 via the jack 30, as in the first embodiment (FIG. 1).

A pressing means 51D including a nut portion 52 and a screw-like shaft member 53 is provided at both ends of the horizontal member 50D. The axis L51D of the pressing means 51D is oriented substantially horizontally along the extending direction of the horizontal member 50D. By turning the nut portion 52, the threaded shaft member 53 is advanced and retracted along the axis L51D .

The side wale 12 is connected to the tip of the threaded shaft member 53 via a holder 13D. The holder 13D and thus the side wale 12 are rotatable with respect to the distal end of the threaded shaft member 53 around the rotation axis L12 (perpendicular to the plane of FIG. 7) orthogonal to the pressing axis L51D . .

When the threaded shaft member 53 is tightened, the side wale 12 is adjusted to the side of the rehabilitation pipe 3 while adjusting the angle around the rotation axis L12 according to the inclination of the side of the rehabilitation pipe 3. pressed hard. As a result, even if the rehabilitating pipe 3 has a large cross section or the specific gravity of the back-filling material is large, the side portion of the rehabilitating pipe 3 can be prevented from being deformed. 3 can be secured.
By arranging the horizontal member 50D at the height of the lower portion of the tension member 20, it is possible to alleviate the obstruction of water flow by the horizontal member 50D.

<Fifth Embodiment>
FIG. 8 shows a fifth embodiment of the invention. In the surfacing prevention device 4E according to the fifth embodiment, a male screw 23 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the upper end portion of the tension member 20. As shown in FIG.
At the top of the rehabilitating pipe 3, instead of the through hole 3c (FIG. 1), a threaded hole portion 3e having a female thread on the inner peripheral surface is provided. The screw hole portion 3e vertically penetrates the top portion of the rehabilitating pipe 3. As shown in FIG.

The upper end portion of the tension member 20 passes through the screw hole portion 3e and abuts against the top portion of the existing pipe 1. As shown in FIG. Moreover, the male screw 23 is screwed with the female screw of the screw hole portion 3e. As a result, the upper end portion of the tension member 20 and the top portion of the rehabilitating pipe 3 are fixed to each other so as not to be displaceable relative to each other. Consequently, the position of the top of the rehabilitation pipe 3 with respect to the top of the existing pipe 1 is fixed.

According to the surfacing prevention device 4E of the fifth embodiment, in addition to the bottom of the rehabilitating pipe 3 being pressed against the bottom of the existing pipe 1 by the struts of the tension members 20, the top of the rehabilitating pipe 3 is By being fixed to, deformation of the rehabilitating pipe 3 during filling of the backfilling material can be suppressed. Therefore, the function of retaining the cross-sectional shape of the rehabilitating pipe 3 can be ensured while maintaining a simple device structure.

<Sixth Embodiment>
FIG. 9 shows a sixth embodiment of the invention. A surfacing prevention device 4</b>F of the sixth embodiment is a modification of the fifth embodiment, and a nut member 22 is provided on the top of the rehabilitating pipe 3 . The nut member 22 is fitted and adhered to the through hole 3c of the rehabilitation pipe 3 . An inner peripheral surface having a female thread of the nut member 22 constitutes a screw hole portion 22e.
A male screw 23 of the tension member 20 is screwed with the nut member 22 .

<Seventh embodiment>
FIG. 10 shows a seventh embodiment of the invention. In the surfacing prevention device 4G of the seventh embodiment, an inclusion 5 is provided between the outer peripheral surface of the top portion of the rehabilitating pipe 3 and the inner peripheral surface of the top portion of the existing pipe 1 (the top portion of the inter-pipe gap 1d). . The inclusion 5 prevents the top of the rehabilitation pipe 3 and the top of the existing pipe 1 from approaching each other. The inclusions 5 are made of, for example, mortar, but are not limited to this, and may be made of cement, adhesive, or the like. The inclusions 5 may extend continuously along the pipe axis of the rehabilitating pipe 3, or may be discontinuously provided, for example, only in the peripheral portion of the through hole 3c.

When constructing the rehabilitating pipe 3, an inclusion 5 such as mortar may be filled between the rehabilitating pipe 3 and the top of the existing pipe 1 at the same time.
After construction of the rehabilitating pipe 3 and before installation of the strut member 20, the portion around the through-hole 3c between the top of the rehabilitating pipe 3 and the existing pipe 1 may be filled with an inclusion 5 such as mortar.
According to the seventh embodiment, the tension of the tension member 20 pushes the bottom of the rehabilitating pipe 3 against the bottom of the existing pipe 1, and the inclusion 5 prevents the top of the rehabilitating pipe 3 from rising. As a result, the function of retaining the cross-sectional shape of the rehabilitating pipe 3 can be ensured while maintaining a simple device structure.

The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention.
For example, the rehabilitating pipe 3 is not limited to a helical pipe as long as it has a high rigidity to the extent that it does not buckle under the filling pressure of the backfilling material.
A hydraulic jack may be used as the thrust applying means.
The tension member may be telescopic, and by extending the tension member, it may abut against the top of the existing pipe 1 to generate a tension force. The stretching function of the stretching member may constitute the stretching force imparting means.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can be applied, for example, to rehabilitation of aged sewage pipes.
