Description

The present invention relates to joint members and joint structures. More specifically, the present invention relates to a joint member attached to a joint between adjacent building materials when a plurality of building materials such as exterior wall materials are arranged side by side, and a joint structure in which the joint member is attached to the joint.

Conventionally, joint members are provided at joints for the purpose of improving the waterproofness of outer walls. For example, Patent Literature 1 describes a joint member including a retaining member and a gasket. The holding member is an aluminum extrusion or the like, and has a substantially U-shaped cross section. The gasket is an extruded product of ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM) or the like, and has an engaging portion protruding from its rear surface. The bottom portion of the holding member is fixed to a supporting piece protruding from the side end of the outer wall material by screwing. The gasket is held by the holding member. In this case, the engaging portion of the gasket is elastically engaged between the pair of side walls of the holding member.

However, in the above-mentioned joint member, screws are screwed from between the pair of side walls to fix the bottom portion to the support piece. rice field. In particular, in the above-mentioned joint member, since the engaging portion of the gasket is sandwiched between the pair of side walls, it is difficult to set the distance between the pair of side walls without being affected by the size of the engaging portion.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a joint member that is easy to construct and a joint structure using the same.

A joint member according to the present invention is a joint member provided at a joint between adjacent panels. A base material that can be fixed to the joint, a cover material that can be attached to the base material, and a gasket that can be attached to the cover material are provided. The base member has a fixing portion that can be fixed to the joint bottom of the joint with a fixture in a state in which the cover member is not attached.

A joint structure according to the present invention is a joint structure including the joint member. The fixed portion of the base member is fixed to the joint bottom by the fixture. The cover material is attached to the base material. The gasket is attached to the cover material.

In the present invention, since the gasket is not directly attached to the base member, the shape and size of the gasket can be less affected. Therefore, it is possible to form the base member in a shape that facilitates fixing of the fixing portion to the joint bottom with a fixture, and to provide a joint member that is easy to construct.

<Joint structure>
The joint structure of this embodiment is formed on an outer wall or the like, and is formed by arranging the joint member 100 in the joint between adjacent panels.

The panel 200 is an exterior wall panel and can be, for example, a metal sandwich panel, as shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B. In this case, the panel 200 can be formed by providing a core material 202 between two metal skins 201 on the front and back. Examples of the metal skin 201 include steel plates such as Galvalume steel plate (registered trademark) and SGL (registered trademark) steel plate. material.

A box folding portion 210 is provided at both side ends of the panel 200 . The box-folding portion 210 is formed on the metal skin 201 on the surface side, and includes a joint-side piece 211 bent substantially vertically rearward from the side end portion of the flat portion 203 constituting the surface of the panel 200, and a joint-side piece 211 . It is formed with a joint bottom piece 212 that is bent substantially vertically from the rear end of the piece 211 toward the side. The box folding portion 210 is provided on the panel 200 over substantially the entire length in the vertical direction. A waterproof material 213 such as a sealing tape is provided in the box folding portion 210 . The waterproof material 213 is folded and attached so as to cover the front surface, the tip surface, and part of the rear surface of the joint bottom piece 212 .

A joint 300 is formed by horizontally adjoining two panels 200 . In this case, the joint bottom piece 212 of one panel 200 and the joint bottom piece 212 of the other panel 200 are overlapped back and forth via the waterproof material 213, and the joint bottom piece 212 and the waterproof material 213 form the joint bottom 301 of the joint 300. be done. Also, the joint side piece 211 of one panel 200 and the joint side piece 211 of the other panel 200 are arranged to face each other, and a space on the front side of the joint bottom 301 is formed as a joint 300 between these joint side pieces 211. .

The joint member 100 is attached to the joint 300 as follows.

First, as shown in FIG. 5 , the base material 10 is provided on the joint 300 . The base material 10 is fixed to the joint bottom 301 with fasteners 302 such as screws in a state in which the cover material 30 is not attached. In this case, the base material 10 is inserted into the joint 300 from the front opening, the rear surface of the fixing piece 11 is brought into contact with the waterproof material 213 on the surface of the joint bottom 301, and the fixture 302 is inserted between the pair of clamping pieces 12, The fixture 302 is screwed into the groove 14 to pass through the fixing part 13 .

Next, as shown in FIG. 6, the cover material 30 is attached to the base material 10 attached to the joint 300 . In this case, the cover material 30 is brought closer to the base material 10 from the front so that the pair of hooks 32 are fitted between the pair of clamping pieces 12 . A protrusion 36 provided on each hooking portion 32 is hooked on the locking portion 15 of the clamping piece 12 . At this time, since the base member 10 is more easily deformed than the cover member 30 , the hooking portion 32 is easily fitted to the engaging portion 15 . Further, the cover portion 31 is arranged so as to cover the front opening of the base member 10 . A pair of projecting portions 33 project to the front side of the cover portion 31 .

Next, as shown in FIG. 7, the gasket 50 is attached to the cover member 30 attached to the base member 10. Next, as shown in FIG. In this case, the gasket 50 is brought closer to the cover member 30 from the front, and the fitting grooves 54 are fitted into the fitting protrusions 37 of the pair of protrusions 33 one by one. At this time, the gasket 50 is pushed into the joint 300 . The first locking portion 55 and the second locking portion 56 are caught by the fitting convex portion 37 fitted in the fitting groove 54 , thereby making it difficult for the gasket 50 to come off from the cover member 30 . Also, the first waterproof piece 52 and the second waterproof piece 53 of the gasket 50 come into contact with the joint side piece 211 while being elastically deformed. In this manner, the joint member 100 can be provided over the entire length of the joint 300 in the vertical direction.

This embodiment has the following features.

A joint member 100 of the first aspect is a joint member 100 provided at a joint 300 between adjacent panels 200 . A base material 10 that can be fixed to a joint 300, a cover material 30 that can be attached to the base material 10, and a gasket 50 that can be attached to the cover material 30 are provided. The base material 10 has a fixing part 13 that can be fixed to the joint bottom 301 of the joint 300 with a fixture 302 in a state in which the cover material 30 is not attached.

In this case, since the gasket 50 is not directly attached to the base member 10 , the shape and size of the gasket 50 can be reduced in influence, and the fixing portion 13 is fixed to the joint bottom 301 with the fixture 302 . The base member 10 can be formed into a shape that is easy to install, and the joint member 100 that is easy to install can be provided.

In the joint member 100 of the second aspect, in the first aspect, the base material 10 has a plurality of clamping pieces 12 facing each other. The cover material 30 is formed so as to be attached to the base material 10 by being sandwiched between a plurality of opposing clamping pieces 12 . The fixing portion 13 is formed at a position through which the fixture 302 inserted between the opposing clamping pieces 12 can pass.

In this case, the fixture 302 can be passed through between the opposing clamping pieces 12 to fix the fixing portion 13, and the base member 10 can be easily attached.
