Claims (7)
- 複数のマクロ・セル(44)内に配置された複数のセンサ素子(26)と、複数の読出し素子(28)とを備え、前記読出し素子(28)は時間-デジタル変換器として設計され、
少なくとも2つの前記センサ素子(26)が1つの前記マクロ・セル(44)に割り当てられ、
各前記センサ素子(26)を個々に作動させ停止させることができるか、または前記センサ素子(26)のグループ単位で作動させ停止させることができ、
各前記センサ素子(26)は、1つの前記読出し素子(28)のみに接続され、
各前記読出し素子(28)は、異なる前記マクロ・セル(44)の複数の前記センサ素子(26)に接続され、該異なる前記マクロ・セル(44)が異なる測定サイクル中にアクティブであるか、または前記マクロ・セル(44)のうち2つが同時にアクティブであることは決してない焦点面アレイ・アセンブリのLIDAR受信ユニット(12)。 - 複数の前記マクロ・セル(44)は、第1のマクロ・セル(44)及び第2のマクロ・セル(44)を含み、
複数の前記読出し素子(28)は、第1の読出し素子(28)及び第2の読出し素子(28)を含み、
前記第1のマクロ・セル(44)の前記センサ素子(26)が1つの第1の前記読出し素子(28)のみに接続され、前記第2のマクロ・セル(44)の前記センサ素子(26)が1つの第2の前記読出し素子(28)のみに接続される、請求項1に記載のLIDAR受信ユニット(12)。 - 複数の前記マクロ・セル(44)の全ての前記センサ素子(26)が同じ前記読出し素子(28)に接続される請求項1に記載のLIDAR受信ユニット(12)。
- レーザーの形態の複数のエミッタ素子(22)を有するLIDAR送信ユニット(14)によって放射され、対象物(20)で反射されたレーザー光(24)を検出するLIDAR受信ユニット(12)であって、
前記LIDAR受信ユニット(12)の前記センサ素子(26)の数が、前記LIDAR送信ユニット(14)の前記エミッタ素子(22)の数よりも多い請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のLIDAR受信ユニット(12)。 - 1つの前記マクロ・セル(44)内に配置された複数の前記センサ素子(26)でカバーされる検出器表面が、本質的に、入射レーザー光(24)の表面積または前記エミッタ素子(22)の表面積の2倍、3倍、または4倍に相当する請求項4に記載のLIDAR受信ユニット(12)。
- 前記マクロ・セル(44)内に配置された前記センサ素子(26)でカバーされる検出器表面の直径(Dd)が、レーザー光直径(Dl)または前記エミッタ素子(22)の直径(De)の少なくとも2倍の大きさである請求項4に記載のLIDAR受信ユニット(12)。
- レーザーの形態の複数のエミッタ素子(22)を有するLIDAR送信ユニット(14)によって放射され、対象物(20)で反射されたレーザー光(24)を検出する、LIDAR測定システム(10)のLIDAR受信ユニット(12)であって、
前記LIDAR受信ユニット(12)の面(38)内の第1のセンサ素子(26a)が、前記LIDAR送信ユニット(14)の前記エミッタ素子(22)と実質的に同じ空間的構成を有し、
第2のセンサ素子(26b)が、前記第1のセンサ素子(26a)の間の中間空間に配置され、および/または前記第1のセンサ素子(26a)の周りに配置される請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のLIDAR受信ユニット(12)。
