- マクロ・セル(44)内に配置された複数のセンサ素子(26)と、複数の読出し素子(28)とを備え、
少なくとも2つの前記センサ素子(26)がマクロ・セル(44)に割り当てられ、
各前記センサ素子(26)を個々に作動させ停止させることができるか、または前記センサ素子(26)のグループ単位で作動させ停止させることができる、
焦点面アレイ・アセンブリのLIDAR受信ユニット(12)。 - 前記センサ素子(26)が1つの前記読出し素子(28)のみに接続される、請求項1に記載のLIDAR受信ユニット(12)。
- 第1のマクロ・セル(44)の前記センサ素子(26)が少なくとも1つの第1の前記読出し素子(28)に接続され、前記第2のマクロ・セル(44)の前記センサ素子(26)が少なくとも1つの第2の前記読出し素子(28)に接続される、請求項1または2に記載のLIDAR受信ユニット(12)。
- マクロ・セル(44)の全ての前記センサ素子(26)が同じ前記読出し素子(28)に接続される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のLIDAR受信ユニット(12)。
- 前記読出し素子(28)が異なるマクロ・セル(44)の複数の前記センサ素子(26)に接続され、該異なるマクロ・セル(44)が異なる測定サイクル中にアクティブであるか、または前記マクロ・セル(44)のうち2つが同時にアクティブであることは決してない、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のLIDAR受信ユニット(12)。
- レーザーの形態の複数のエミッタ素子(22)を有するLIDAR送信ユニット(14)によって放射され、対象物(20)で反射されたレーザー光(24)を検出する、LIDAR測定システム(10)のLIDAR受信ユニット(12)であって、
複数の前記センサ素子(26)を備え、
前記受信ユニット(12)の前記センサ素子(26)の数が、前記送信ユニット(14)の前記エミッタ素子(22)の数よりも多い、LIDAR受信ユニット(12)。 - マクロ・セル(44)の前記センサ素子(26)でカバーされる検出器表面が、本質的に、前記入射レーザー光(24)の表面積または前記エミッタ素子(22)の表面積の2倍、3倍、または4倍に相当する、請求項6に記載のLIDAR受信ユニット(12)。
- 前記マクロ・セル(44)の検出器表面の直径(Dd)が、レーザー光直径(Dl)または前記エミッタ素子(22)の直径(De)の少なくとも2倍の大きさである、請求項6または7に記載のLIDAR受信ユニット(12)。
- レーザーの形態の複数のエミッタ素子(22)を有するLIDAR送信ユニット(14)によって放射され、対象物(20)で反射されたレーザー光(24)を検出する、LIDAR測定システム(10)のLIDAR受信ユニット(12)であって、
複数のセンサ素子(26)を備え、
前記受信ユニット(12)の面(38)内の第1のセンサ素子(26a)が、前記送信ユニット(14)の前記エミッタ素子(22)と実質的に同じ空間的構成を有し、
第2のセンサ素子(26b)が、前記第1のセンサ素子(26a)の間の中間空間に配
置され、および/または前記第1のセンサ素子(26a)の周りに配置される、LIDAR受信ユニット(12)。 - マクロ・セル(44)の前記第1のセンサ素子(26a)および前記第2のセンサ素子(26b)の検出器表面の直径(Dd)が、前記入射レーザー光(24)の直径(Dl)または前記送信ユニット(14)の関連する前記エミッタ素子(22)の面積(De)の少なくとも2倍である、請求項9に記載のLIDAR受信ユニット(12)。
