Description
センサ電極をなすループ状の電線がセンサ本体から延びる静電容量センサを車両に取り付けるためのセンサブラケットであって、
前記電線が一定間隔で平行に延びるように折り返した状態で前記センサ本体が配置されるブラケット本体と、
前記ブラケット本体に片持ち状に支持されて先端側に前記電線を引っ掛け可能な引っ掛け部が設けられ、該引っ掛け部に引っ掛けられた前記電線に張力を付与する板バネ部と、
を備えることを要旨とする。
Claims (6)
- センサ電極をなすループ状の電線がセンサ本体から延びる静電容量センサを車両に取り付けるためのセンサブラケットであって、
前記電線が一定間隔で平行に延びるように折り返した状態で前記センサ本体が配置されるブラケット本体と、
前記ブラケット本体に片持ち状に支持されて先端側に前記電線を引っ掛け可能な引っ掛け部が設けられ、該引っ掛け部に引っ掛けられた前記電線に張力を付与する板バネ部と、
を備えるセンサブラケット。 - 請求項1に記載のセンサブラケットであって、
前記ブラケット本体は、直線状に形成され、前記電線が平行に延びる部分を収容して保持するように前記一定間隔を空けて平行に延在する一対の直線状の保持溝が設けられており、
前記板バネ部は、前記電線の折り返し部分が前記引っ掛け部に引っ掛けられるように前記ブラケット本体から外方に突出して設けられると共に、前記引っ掛け部が前記保持溝の深さ方向において溝底よりも下方となる位置に設けられている
センサブラケット。 - 請求項1に記載のセンサブラケットであって、
前記ブラケット本体は、湾曲状に形成され、前記電線が平行に延びる部分のうち湾曲部分の内側で該電線の曲げの支点となる一対の支点部が前記一定間隔を空けて設けられており、
前記板バネ部は、前記電線の折り返し部分が前記引っ掛け部に引っ掛けられるように前記ブラケット本体から外方に突出して設けられている
センサブラケット。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のセンサブラケットであって、
前記板バネ部は、先端側が前記ブラケット本体に近付くようにたわむ方向の押圧力を受ける受圧部が、前記引っ掛け部との間に前記電線を受入可能な間隔を空けて先端側に設けられている
センサブラケット。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のセンサブラケットであって、
前記ブラケット本体と前記板バネ部とは、樹脂の一体成形品である
センサブラケット。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のセンサブラケットであって、
前記板バネ部は、前記引っ掛け部に引っ掛けられた前記電線が接触する接触部分を除いた部分にパーティングラインが形成された射出成形品である
