Claims (15)
- ステントであって、
拘束姿勢を有する細長本体を備え、
前記細長本体は、拡張姿勢を有し、前記拡張姿勢においては、前記細長本体の近位部が拡張されて近位保持部材になっており、前記細長本体の遠位部が拡張されて遠位保持部材になっているとともに、前記近位保持部材と前記遠位保持部材との間に前記細長本体の円筒状サドル領域が延びており、
前記近位保持部材、前記遠位保持部材、及び前記円筒状サドル領域は、流れを通過させるように構成された開いた内部通路を形成しており、
前記円筒状サドル領域は、前記近位保持部材及び前記遠位保持部材の一方若しくは他方又は両方と比較して前記円筒状サドル領域に大きな柔軟性を与えるように、前記近位保持部材及び前記遠位保持部材の一方若しくは他方又は両方とは異なる材料、織りパターン、編物パターン、織りピッチ、編物ピッチ、若しくは編組ピッチ、又はそれらの任意の組み合わせで構成されており、
前記近位保持部材は、第1の距離だけ互いに離間した第1のフランジと第2のフランジとを含み、前記遠位保持部材は、第2の距離だけ互いに離間した第3のフランジと第4のフランジとを含む、ステント。 - 前記近位保持部材、前記遠位保持部材、及び前記円筒状サドル領域は、織物材料で形成されている、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記近位保持部材及び前記遠位保持部材は、織物材料で形成されているとともに、前記円筒状サドル領域は、編物材料で形成されている、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記近位保持部材及び前記遠位保持部材は、織物材料で形成されているとともに、前記円筒状サドル領域は、ポリマ材料で形成されている、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記近位保持部材及び前記遠位保持部材は、ポリマ材料で形成されているとともに、前記円筒状サドル領域は、織物材料で形成されている、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記近位保持部材、前記遠位保持部材、及び前記円筒状サドル領域は、被覆されている、請求項2に記載のステント。
- 前記近位保持部材、前記遠位保持部材、及び前記円筒状サドル領域は、被覆されている、請求項3に記載のステント。
- 前記近位保持部材及び前記遠位保持部材は、被覆されている、請求項4に記載のステント。
- 前記円筒状サドル領域は、被覆されている、請求項5に記載のステント。
- 前記ポリマ材料は、生分解性である、請求項5に記載のステント。
- 前記第2のフランジと前記第3のフランジは、第3の距離だけ離間しており、前記第3の距離は、前記第1の距離よりも大きい、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- 前記第1のフランジ、前記第2のフランジ、前記第3のフランジ、及び前記第4のフランジは、前記細長本体の外周に対して直角に延出している、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- 前記第1のフランジ、前記第2のフランジ、前記第3のフランジ、及び前記第4のフランジの直径は、前記円筒状サドル領域の直径よりも大きい、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- 前記第1のフランジと前記第2のフランジは、当該第1、第2のフランジの間に配置可能な第1の組織層の相対する側に接触するように構成されており、前記第3のフランジと前記第4のフランジは、当該第3、第4のフランジ間に配置可能な第2の組織層の相対する側に接触するように構成されている、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- 前記第1の距離は前記第2の距離とは異なる、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
