Abstract

一种胆胰支架,其特征是包括中间段(1),以及分别位于中间段(1)左右两端的双壁法兰结构(2)和单壁法兰结构(3),中间段(1)、双壁法兰结构(2)和单壁法兰结构(3)为由金属丝(4)编织而成的整体中空结构。本实用新型的胆胰支架可以有效加强支架使用中的连接稳固程度,而且能够用于在两个空腔脏器之间造瘘,引流、建立手术通道等。并将二者固定、吻合在一起,因为,可以很好的固定在连接位置,不容易脱落。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械,尤其是一种可以支撑人体腔道、血管的胆胰支架。 
背景技术
支架植入术是利用穿刺、导管、球囊导管扩张形成和金属支架置入等技术,使狭窄、闭塞的血管或腔道扩张、再通,解决传统手术盲区的一种技术。 
目前,支架置入术已被国内医院普遍用于临床,其有效性已经得到普遍的认可,支架植入术有手术风险低,微创性,病人痛苦小,手术时间短,费用低等优点。在恶性良性梗阻、造瘘、吻合术等手术中都有使用。 
在人体官腔发生梗阻时,医师如果不能以手术的方式去除梗阻,则往往需要重建通道,使用的主要方法主要包括手工缝合法、吻合器吻合法两种。手工缝合法操作复杂,尤其是在腹腔镜下操作时。而吻合器吻合法的价格昂贵,并容易产生吻合口漏、吻合口狭窄等不良状况。 
现有支架主要为顺应人体自然管腔的形状,放置在梗阻部位,起到引流的作用,设计成圆筒状的外形。但此类支架不能用于在两个空腔脏器之间造瘘,并将二者固定、吻合在一起,因为不能很好的固定在连接位置,容易脱落。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种胆胰支架,该支架是为了加强支架使用中的连接稳固程度而设计。 
本实用新型的技术方案是: 
一种胆胰支架,其特征是包括中间段1,以及分别位于中间段1左右两端的双壁法兰结构2和单壁法兰结构3,中间段1、双壁法兰结构2和单壁法兰结构3为由金属丝4编织而成的整体中空结构。 
所述单壁法兰结构3的单壁内端面7为伞形结构。 
所述双壁法兰结构2包括双壁内端面8和双壁外端面9组成。 
所述胆胰支架位于胃5和胰腺6之间或者胃5与胆囊10之间,双壁法兰结构2连接胃5,单壁法兰结构3连接胰腺6或胆囊10。 
本实用新型的有益效果是: 
本实用新型的胆胰支架可以有效加强支架使用中的连接稳固程度,而且能够用于在两个空腔脏器之间造瘘,引流、建立手术通道。并将二者固定、吻合在一起,因为,可以很好的固定在连接位置,不容易脱落。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述: 
如图1至4,一种胆胰支架,包括中间段1,以及分别位于中间段1左右两端的双壁法兰结构2和单壁法兰结构3,中间段1、双壁法兰结构2和单壁法兰结构3为由金属丝4编织而成的整体中空结构。 
单壁法兰结构3的单壁内端面7为伞形结构。双壁法兰结构2包括双壁内端面8和双壁外端面9组成。 
如图4,较大的一个胆胰支架位于胃5和胰腺6之间,较大的一个胆胰支架的双壁法兰结构2连接胃壁,较大的一个胆胰支架的单壁法兰结构3连接胰腺囊壁。 
较小的一个胆胰支架位于胃5和和胆囊10之间,较小的一个胆胰支架的双壁法兰结构2连接胃壁,较小的一个胆胰支架的单壁法兰结构3连接胆囊壁。

1.一种胆胰支架,其特征是包括中间段(1),以及分别位于中间段(1)左右两端的双壁法兰结构(2)和单壁法兰结构(3),中间段(1)、双壁法兰结构(2)和单壁法兰结构(3)为由金属丝(4)编织而成的整体中空结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种胆胰支架,其特征在于所述单壁法兰结构(3)的单壁内端面(7)为伞形结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种胆胰支架,其特征在于所述双壁法兰结构(2)包括双壁内端面(8)和双壁外端面(9)组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种胆胰支架,其特征在于所述胆胰支架位于胃(5)和胰腺(6)之间或者胃(5)与胆囊(10)之间,双壁法兰结构(2)连接胃(5),单壁法兰结构(3)连接胰腺(6)或胆囊(10)。
