Description
本発明は、樹脂シートに関するものであり、詳しくは、すりガラス調の風合いを有する樹脂シートに関するものである。 TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a resin sheet, and more particularly to a resin sheet having a frosted glass texture.
従来、メチルメタクリレート-スチレン共重合体樹脂、スチレン樹脂、ポリカーボネート樹脂等の光透過性を有する透明樹脂の表面を凹凸面とし、この凹凸面で光線を乱反射させることにより、すりガラス調の風合いを持たせた樹脂板が提案されている。このようなすりガラス調の樹脂板は、室内の仕切り板や戸棚前面板といった室内建材やディスプイ材等といった様々な用途で用いられている。 Conventionally, the surface of a transparent resin having light transmittance such as methyl methacrylate-styrene copolymer resin, styrene resin, polycarbonate resin, etc. is made into an uneven surface. A resin plate has been proposed. Such frosted glass-like resin plates are used in various applications such as indoor building materials such as indoor partition plates and cupboard front plates, display materials, and the like.
As a method for forming an uneven surface on the surface of a resin plate, for example, a binder resin is dissolved in a solvent and particles such as crosslinked resin particles and glass fine particles are dispersed, and this solution is applied to a transparent resin plate having a smooth surface. is dried to form a surface layer having an uneven surface (hereinafter also referred to as a light diffusion layer). However, when the surface layer is formed by coating, there is a problem that the particles tend to detach from the light diffusion layer when the unevenness of the surface is increased. On the other hand, there are resin plates in which light diffusion layers are laminated by co-extrusion (
例えば、特許文献1には、ポリカーボネート板の少なくとも片面に、ポリカーボネート樹脂100質量部に対し、粒子径が10~100μmのガラス微粒子を5~30質量部添加してなる層を形成したポリカーボネート積層板が提案されている。
For example,
また、特許文献2には、透明樹脂基板の少なくとも一方の表面に、透明樹脂との屈折率の差が0.01~0.11の樹脂架橋粒子を分散した透明樹脂層を積層したすりガラス調表面を有する樹脂積層板が提案されている。
Further, in
However, the polycarbonate resin disclosed in
また、特許文献2で開示されている樹脂積層板は、表面粗さが小さく、耐擦傷性が不十分となるおそれがあった。また、透明樹脂と樹脂架橋粒子との屈折率差が大きい場合には、光が散乱し易いものの、全光線透過率が低下するおそれがあり、特に粒子径が大きい樹脂架橋粒子を高い割合で添加した場合にはその傾向が顕著に現れた。
In addition, the resin laminate disclosed in
本発明は、かかる背景に鑑みてなされたものであり、すりガラス調の樹脂シートにおいて、表面の質感と高い全光線透過率を維持しつつ、耐擦傷性に優れた樹脂シートを提供することを課題とする。 The present invention has been made in view of the above background, and an object of the present invention is to provide a frosted glass-like resin sheet having excellent scratch resistance while maintaining surface texture and high total light transmittance. and

芯層2の少なくとも片面には光拡散層3が積層される。そして、光拡散層3の基材樹脂の透明熱可塑性樹脂(B)30中には架橋樹脂粒子31が分散している。ここで、本明細書において透明熱可塑性樹脂とは、厚さ2mmの試験片を作製し、JIS K7361-1:1997により求められる全光線透過率が80%以上を有する樹脂をいう。
A
[Transparent thermoplastic resin (B)]
The transparent thermoplastic resin (B) 30 is a resin made of a styrene homopolymer or a copolymer of styrene and other monomers. A (co)polymer containing a styrene component as a structural unit has lower water absorption than an acrylic resin. Therefore, by using these (co)polymers as the base resin of the light diffusion layer, warping of the resin sheet due to dimensional shrinkage due to water absorption of the light diffusion layer is suppressed. Specifically, polystyrene (GPPS), acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer, acrylic acid-styrene copolymer, methacrylic acid-styrene copolymer, methacrylic acid-methyl methacrylate-styrene copolymer, methyl methacrylate-styrene copolymers, ethyl methacrylate-styrene copolymers, butyl acrylate-styrene copolymers, maleic anhydride-styrene copolymers, polystyrene-polyphenylene ether copolymers, and the like. Polystyrene (GPPS) may contain a cross-linking agent such as divinylbenzene. Moreover, these resins can also be used in mixture of 2 or more types. Among these, polystyrene or methyl methacrylate-styrene copolymer can be preferably used.
When a resin comprising a copolymer of styrene and other monomers is used as the transparent thermoplastic resin (B) 30, the unit based on styrene or the content of the styrene component is preferably 30 mol% or more, and 50 mol. % or more, more preferably 70 mol % or more. In particular, by using as the transparent thermoplastic resin (B) 30 a methyl methacrylate-styrene copolymer whose styrene-based unit or styrene component content is within the above range, mechanical strength and water absorption dimensional stability are improved. It is possible to form an excellent

In the present invention, since the light diffusing layer is laminated by co-extrusion, the crosslinked resin particles are less likely to be detached than in the coating method, and the crosslinked resin particles can be uniformly dispersed. また、光拡散層3の基材樹脂には、透明性を維持した状態で、本発明の目的効果を阻害しない範囲において、他の添加剤を配合することが可能である。他の添加剤としては、例えば、酸化防止剤、紫外線防止剤、帯電防止剤、金属不活性剤、着色剤、難燃剤、耐候剤等を例示することができる。具体的な添加剤の添加量としては、100質量部の透明熱可塑性樹脂(B)30に対して、10質量部以下が好ましく、5質量部以下がより好ましい。
Further, other additives can be blended into the base resin of the

The average particle diameter of the
また、樹脂シート1の厚み(mm)に対する、架橋樹脂粒子31の平均粒子径(μm)の比は、5~15であることが好ましく、7~10であることがより好ましい。

さらに、透明熱可塑性樹脂(B)30中の架橋樹脂粒子31の含有量は、20質量%以上50質量%以下であり、25質量%以上45質量%以下が好ましく、30質量%以上40質量%以下がより好ましい。
Furthermore, the content of the
透明熱可塑性樹脂(B)30中の架橋樹脂粒子31の平均粒子径、樹脂シート1の厚みに対する架橋樹脂粒子31の平均粒子径の比及び含有量を上記範囲とすることにより、光拡散層3の表面に、架橋樹脂粒子31の一部を適度に露出させることができ、優れた質感と耐擦傷性を両立した樹脂シート1とすることができる。
By setting the average particle diameter of the
さらに、透明熱可塑性樹脂(B)30の屈折率と前記架橋樹脂粒子31の屈折率との差を0.01未満とすることが好ましい。これにより、優れた質感と耐擦傷性を両立しつつ、さらに所望の透過率を有するガラス調の樹脂シート1とすることができる。
Furthermore, it is preferable that the difference between the refractive index of the transparent thermoplastic resin (B) 30 and the refractive index of the
(光拡散層)
光拡散層3の厚みは、上記透明熱可塑性樹脂(B)30及び架橋樹脂粒子31の条件の範囲内において、50μmを超えて500μm以下であることが好ましい。光拡散層3の厚みを上記範囲内とすることにより、所望の優れた質感を有するガラス調の樹脂シート1とすることができる。光拡散層3の厚みは、上記透明熱可塑性樹脂(B)30及び架橋樹脂粒子31の吐出量から求めることができる。

The thickness of the
具体的には、まず、以下の(1)式にて光拡散層3の坪量を求める。次に、前記坪量(g/m2)を、光拡散層3中に含まれる透明熱可塑性樹脂(B)の密度に配合比率を掛けた値と架橋樹脂粒子の密度に配合比率を掛けた値との合計で割ることにより光拡散層3の厚みを求めることができる。
Specifically, first, the grammage of the
Basis weight (g/m 2 )=1000×Xd/(L×W) (1)
However, in the above formula (1), Xd is the discharge amount (kg / hour) of the resin melt constituting the
Moreover, the arithmetic mean roughness Ra of the surface of the
一方、算術平均高さ(Ra)が小さいほど高い全光線透過率を維持することができる。上記観点から、光拡散層3の表面の算術平均高さRaは9μm以下であることが好ましく、8μm以下であることがより好ましい。
On the other hand, the smaller the arithmetic mean height (Ra), the higher the total light transmittance can be maintained. From the above viewpoint, the arithmetic mean height Ra of the surface of the
Furthermore, the average length RSm of the surface roughness curve element of the
本発明においては、光拡散層3の表面の算術平均粗さRaが上記した特定の範囲であるとともに、表面の粗さ曲線要素の平均長さ(RSm)が上記した特定の範囲であることによって、光拡散層3の表面における高い耐擦傷性と高い質感を両立することができるものである。よって、光拡散層3の表面の算術平均粗さ(Ra)と表面の粗さ曲線要素の平均長さ(RSm)との両方が上記特定の範囲内であることが本発明の効果を得るために重要である。
In the present invention, the arithmetic mean roughness Ra of the surface of the
なお、上記算術平均高さ(Ra)、粗さ曲線要素の平均長さ(RSm)は、JIS B0601:2013に準拠して測定される。上記算術平均高さ(Ra)及び粗さ曲線要素の平均長さ(RSm)は、一般に使用されている表面粗さ測定機を用いて測定することができる。具体的な表面粗さ測定機としては、例えば、株式会社小坂研究所製、Surfcoder(型式:SE1700α)等を使用することができる。 The arithmetic average height (Ra) and the average length (RSm) of roughness curve elements are measured in accordance with JIS B0601:2013. The arithmetic average height (Ra) and the average length (RSm) of roughness curve elements can be measured using a commonly used surface roughness measuring machine. As a specific surface roughness measuring instrument, for example, Surfcoder (model: SE1700α) manufactured by Kosaka Laboratory Co., Ltd. can be used.

Further, other additives can be added to the transparent thermoplastic resin (A) 20 in a state where transparency is maintained and within a range not impairing the intended effect of the present invention. Other additives include, for example, antioxidants, ultraviolet inhibitors, antistatic agents, metal deactivators, colorants, flame retardants, and weathering agents. Specifically, the additive amount is preferably 10 parts by mass or less, more preferably 5 parts by mass or less, relative to 100 parts by mass of the transparent thermoplastic resin (A) 20 .

K7136(2000年)による。)が65%以上、これらの観点から、樹脂シート1の全光線透過率は80%以上が好ましい。なお、全光線透過率は、JIS K7361-1:1997に準拠して、濁度計(例えば、日本電色工業株式会社社製Haze Meter NDH7000SP等)を用いて測定することができる。
Moreover, the total light transmittance of the

[Thickness of light diffusion layer]
The thickness of the light diffusion layer was obtained from the discharge amounts of the transparent thermoplastic resin (B) and the crosslinked resin particles. Specifically, first, the basis weight of the light diffusing layer was obtained by the following formula (1). Next, the basis weight (g/m 2 ) is obtained by multiplying the density of the transparent thermoplastic resin (B) contained in the light diffusion layer by the blending ratio in the light diffusion layer and the density of the crosslinked resin particles. The thickness of the light diffusing layer was determined by dividing by the sum of the value multiplied by the compounding ratio in the diffusing layer.
Basis weight (g/m 2 )=1000×Xd/(L×W) (1)

[Arithmetic mean height (Ra), mean length of roughness curve element (RSm)]
The arithmetic average roughness (Ra) and the average length (RSm) of the roughness curve element on the surface of the resin sheet are based on JIS B0601 (2013), with a cutoff λc = 0.8 and a measurement length = 8 mm. It was measured using a surface roughness measuring machine (Surfcorder SE1700α, surface roughness measuring machine manufactured by Kosaka Laboratory Co., Ltd.). Specifically, a test piece of 300 mm × 300 mm is cut out at random from the resin sheet, five equally spaced points on the surface of the test piece are randomly selected and measured, and the above operation is performed on the five test pieces. , the arithmetic mean value of the obtained values was defined as the arithmetic mean roughness (Ra) on the surface of the resin sheet and the mean length (RSm) of the roughness curve element.

◎: No streak pattern on the surface of the resin sheet ○: Slight streak pattern on the surface of the resin sheet ×: Many streak patterns on the surface of the resin sheet
表1及び表2に示す結果から、本発明で規定する芯層に光拡散層を積層した実施例1~6は耐擦傷性、質感、外観において全てが良好な結果であった。なお、実施例1の樹脂シートについて、JIS B0601(1982年)に基づき、光拡散層の表面の算術平均粗さRaを測定したところ、上面が4.1μm、下面が5.1μmであり、JIS B0601(2013年)に基づき測定した算術平均粗さRaと同程度の値であることが確認された。 From the results shown in Tables 1 and 2, Examples 1 to 6, in which the light diffusing layer was laminated on the core layer defined in the present invention, had good results in terms of scratch resistance, texture, and appearance. Regarding the resin sheet of Example 1, when the arithmetic mean roughness Ra of the surface of the light diffusion layer was measured based on JIS B0601 (1982), the upper surface was 4.1 μm and the lower surface was 5.1 μm. It was confirmed that the value was approximately the same as the arithmetic mean roughness Ra measured based on B0601 (2013).
On the other hand, Comparative Examples 1 to 4, 7, and 8, in which the arithmetic mean height (Ra) was smaller than the range of the present invention, were inferior in evaluation of scratch resistance, and the average length (RSm) of the curvilinear element was less than the range of the present invention. Comparative Examples 4, 5, and 8, which were larger than the range, were inferior in texture evaluation. Comparative Example 6 using crosslinked fine particles made of PMMA was inferior in evaluation of total light transmittance. In Comparative Example 9, in which the concentration of the crosslinked fine particles was 60% by mass, the crosslinked fine particles were poorly dispersed due to the excessively high concentration of the crosslinked fine particles, and the evaluation of the appearance was poor.
これらの結果から、本発明の樹脂シートによれば、表面の質感と高い全光線透過率を維持しつつ、優れた耐擦傷性を有するすりガラス調の樹脂シートとすることができることが確認された。 From these results, it was confirmed that the resin sheet of the present invention can be a frosted glass-like resin sheet having excellent scratch resistance while maintaining surface texture and high total light transmittance.
