Claims (2)
- 第1の部分と第2の部分とを備える、コンタクトレンズ用の円筒形ブランクを設けるステップであって、前記第1の部分が均質の光学的透明材料から形成され、前記第2の部分が不均質の光散乱材料から形成される、ステップと、
第1の領域と前記第1の領域を囲む第2の領域とを含むコンタクトレンズとなるように前記円筒形ブランクを形作るステップと、
第2の領域に散乱中心を設けるステップと、
を含んでなる、コンタクトレンズの製造方法であって、
前記第1の領域が前記均質の光学的透明材料から形成され、前記第2の領域が前記不均質の光散乱材料から形成され、
前記第1の部分が第1の円筒形層であり、前記第2の部分が前記第1の部分に隣接する第2の円筒形層であり、前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分とが同じ直径を有していることを特徴とする、コンタクトレンズの製造方法。 - 前記第2の領域に散乱中心を設けるステップが、
材料の複数の個々のドットを転写基板上でパターンに形成するステップと、
前記パターンをコンタクトレンズの表面に位置合わせするステップと、
前記パターンを前記コンタクトレンズの前記表面に接触させるステップと、
前記材料のドットを前記表面に接触させながら前記ドットを転写基板から解放して、前記ドットのパターンを前記コンタクトレンズの前記表面に転写するステップと、
を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコンタクトレンズの製造方法。
