本発明の一実施形態について、図1~図9を参照して説明すれば、以下の通りである。
本発明は、上述した各実施形態に限定されるものではなく、請求項に示した範囲で種々の変更が可能であり、異なる実施形態にそれぞれ開示された技術的手段を適宜組み合わせて得られる実施形態についても本発明の技術的範囲に含まれる。

Claims (6)
- 再生可能エネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換する発電装置を含む発電設備の出力電力の変動を緩和する電力変動緩和装置であって、
前記出力電力を充放電する複数の蓄電池と、
前記蓄電池に個別に設けられ、前記蓄電池に入出力される電力を変換する主電力変換器と、
前記主電力変換器の容量より小さい容量を有し、複数の前記蓄電池に入出力される電力を変換する副電力変換器と、
前記出力電力の変動を緩和するように前記主電力変換器による前記蓄電池の充放電を制御するとともに、前記出力電力の変動量が規定値を超えるときに前記副電力変換器を動作させる一方、前記変動量が前記規定値以下であるときに前記副電力変換器を動作させない制御装置と、を備えていることを特徴とする電力変動緩和装置。 - 前記副電力変換器と複数の前記蓄電池とを接続および切り離す開閉器をさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、前記副電力変換器と各蓄電池とを切り替えて接続するように前記開閉器を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力変動緩和装置。 - 前記制御装置は、所定期間ごとに前記副電力変換器と各蓄電池とを切り替えて接続するように前記開閉器を制御することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電力変動緩和装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記蓄電池の充電率が所定範囲を逸脱する第1条件と、前記蓄電池に対応した前記主電力変換器が停止している第2条件と、前記副電力変換器が停止している第3条件とが満たされた該当する前記蓄電池に対応する前記開閉器を閉じるように当該開閉器を制御するとともに、前記副電力変換器を動作させることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電力変動緩和装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記開閉器を閉じることで前記副電力変換器に接続された前記蓄電池に一定電力で充電または放電するように前記副電力変換器を制御することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電力変動緩和装置。
- 前記制御装置は、複数の異なる基準電力と前記出力電力とを比較し、前記出力電力が全ての前記基準電力より大きければ、全ての前記蓄電池を動作させ、前記出力電力が少なくとも1つの前記基準電力以下であるときの当該基準電力の数に応じた数の前記主電力変換器を停止させることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の電力変動緩和装置。
