Claims (7)
- コンピュータ制御されたワークの加工のための工作機械であって、機械スタンド(1;20;46)と、互いに調節可動式に保持された少なくとも2つの緊締装置(2,3;21-23;47-50)とを備え、該緊締装置(2,3;21-23;47-50)のうちの一方の緊締装置(2,3;21-23;47-50)によって少なくとも1つのワーク受容部が形成されており、それぞれ他方の緊締装置(2,3;21-23;47-50)によって少なくとも1つの工具受容部が形成されており、
前記緊締装置(2,3;21-23;47-50)は、互いに交差している少なくとも2つの回転軸線(6-9;27-32;55-60)を備えた回転機構(4,5;24-26;51-54)を介してそれぞれ調節可動式に前記機械スタンド(1;20;46)に保持されており、
前記緊締装置(2,3;21-23;47-50)のうちの少なくとも一方と前記機械スタンド(1;20;46)との間に少なくとも1つの直線ガイド(10;33;61,62)が形成されている、工作機械において、
a)各回転機構(4,5;24-26;51-54)は、第1の回転軸線(6,8;27,29,31;55,57)を介して前記機械スタンド(1,20,46)に支持されている第1のアクチュエータ(16,17;40-42;63,64)と、第2の回転軸線(7,9;28,30,32;56,58-60)を介して前記第1のアクチュエータ(16,17;40-42;63,64)に支持されているそれぞれ1つの第2のアクチュエータ(18,19;43-45;65-68)とを有していて、
b)前記第1の回転軸線(6,8;27,29,31;55,57)を介して前記機械スタンドに回転可能に支持された第1のアクチュエータ(16,17;40-42;63,64)はクランク状の軸として、またはクランク状の軸端部として形成されていて、
c)前記ワーク受容部を保持する前記回転機構(4;24,25;51,53)の前記第2の回転軸線(7;28,30;56,59)は、前記ワーク受容部を通っており、
前記直線ガイド(10;33)は、前記第2の回転軸線(7,9;28,30,32;56,58-60)に沿った両緊締装置(2,3;21-23;47-50)間の間隔調節を、前記回転機構(4,5;24-26;51-54)がとっている回転位置とは関係なく行い、
前記直線ガイド(10;33;61,62)は、前記工具受容部が形成された前記緊締装置(3;23;48,50)と、該緊締装置を保持する前記回転機構(5;26;52,54)との間に形成されている
ことを特徴とする工作機械。 - 互いに交差する前記回転軸線(6-9;27-32;55-60)の間にそれぞれ直角が形成されている、請求項1記載の工作機械。
- 互いに交差する前記回転軸線(6-9;27-32;55-60)のうち、前記機械スタンド(1;20;46)と前記回転機構(4,5;24-26;51-54)との間に形成された回転軸線(6,8;27,29,31;55-57)は互いに平行に向けられている、請求項1または2記載の工作機械。
- 互いに調節可動式に保持された3つ以上の緊締装置(21-23)を備え、これら緊締装置の回転機構(24-26)のうちの少なくとも1つは中央に配置されており、それぞれ別の回転機構(24,25)は、中央に配置された前記回転機構(26)の周辺に分配配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の工作機械。
- 前記緊締装置(2,3;21-23;47-50)のうちの少なくとも1つは、切削運動を実施するための少なくとも1つのモータスピンドル(11;34)を有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の工作機械。
- 前記回転機構(4,5;24-26;51-54)のうちの少なくとも1つの回転機構の互いに交差する前記回転軸線(6-9;27-32;55-60)によって軸交点(13,36;37)が形成されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の工作機械。
- 前記モータスピンドル(11;34)の回転軸線(14;38)と、前記モータスピンドル(11;34)を受容する前記回転機構(5;26;52,54)の互いに交差する前記回転軸線(8,9;31,32;57,58;57,60)とによって、軸節点(15;39)が形成されている、請求項5記載の工作機械。
