Claims (7)
- 流路軸線方向に延びる内部流路が形成されている弁本体と、前記内部流路内に前記流路軸線と垂直な回動軸線周りに回動可能に支持され且つ外周部に球面状の弁座面を有する円盤状の弁体と、前記弁本体の前記流路軸線方向側面の前記内部流路周りに形成される環状凹部と、内周縁部に弁座部を有し且つ該弁座部が前記内部流路内に突出するように前記環状凹部に取り付けられる環状のシートリングとを備え、前記弁体の回動により前記弁座面と前記シートリングの前記弁座部とを接離させて前記内部流路の開閉を行うバタフライバルブであって、
前記弁座部は、三角形状の断面を有し、前記弁座部の頂点と前記弁座面とが当接する点における前記弁座面の接線に対して前記弁座部の三角形状の前記断面の頂角の二等分線が垂直となるように形成されていることを特徴とするバタフライバルブ。 - 前記バタフライバルブは、リテーナキャップと、リテーナ本体とをさらに備え、前記環状凹部が前記流路軸線と垂直に延びる凹部壁面を有しており、前記凹部壁面上に配置される前記リテーナキャップと前記環状凹部に固定される前記リテーナ本体との間に、前記弁座部が前記内部流路側へ突出するように、前記シートリングを挟持することにより、前記シートリングが前記環状凹部に保持される、請求項1に記載のバタフライバルブ。
- 前記リテーナ本体と前記リテーナキャップの内部流路に面する表面によって構成される内周面は、閉弁時に、前記弁体の前記弁座面と平行に且つ離間して延びるように形成されている、請求項2に記載のバタフライバルブ。
- 前記リテーナキャップが環状のキャップ本体部と該キャップ本体部から前記流路軸線方向に突出して延びる環状壁部とを含み、前記シートリングに設けられた環状嵌合溝に前記環状壁部を嵌合させた状態で、前記シートリングが前記リテーナキャップと前記リテーナ本体との間に挟持される、請求項2又は請求項3に記載のバタフライバルブ。
- 前記シートリングの前記弁座部の三角形状断面の頂角が110度から120度の範囲である、請求項1から請求項4の何れか一項に記載のバタフライバルブ。
- 前記リテーナキャップと前記弁本体とが一体的に形成されている、請求項2に記載のバタフライバルブ。
- 前記回動軸線が、前記弁座面から前記流路軸線方向に偏心して位置し且つ前記内部流路の中心から偏心して位置するように定められている、請求項1から請求項6の何れか一項に記載のバタフライバルブ。
