Claims (17)
- 分析物検出装置であって、
試料を照射するための放射線源;
前記放射線源からの受信放射に応答して前記試料から返送される放射の光ラマンスペクトルを受信するための、受信機
を含み、
前記スペクトルは検出される分析物において重要なスペクトル部分及び検出される分析物において重要ではないスペクトル部分を含み、
前記受信機が前記試料から返送される受信ラマン光スペクトルの周波数に応じて選択された部分を受信するようにそれぞれ配置された複数の異なる性能を有する分析デバイスを含み、
前記複数の異なる性能を有する分析デバイスが、前記検出される分析物において重要なスペクトル部分を検出するための少なくとも1つのCCDベースの分光器と、前記検出される分析物において重要なスペクトル部分を検出するための少なくとも1つのCMOSベースの分光器と、前記検出される分析物において重要ではないスペクトル部分を検出するための少なくとも1つの光ダイオードとを含む、分析物検出装置。 - 受信される光スペクトルを濾過しかつ指定された成分を複数の異なる性能を有する分析デバイスの特定のデバイスに方向づけるように配置された1つまたは複数の濾過デバイスを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記異なる性能を有する分析デバイスが異なるレベルの分解能を有する、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記異なる性能を有する分析デバイスが異なるレベルの信号対雑音比を有する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記濾過デバイスが少なくとも1つの同調可能な濾過デバイスを含む、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 同調可能な濾過要素が1つまたは複数の機械的に同調される濾過デバイス、電気的に同調される濾過デバイスおよび音響光学的に同調される濾過デバイスを含む、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 1つまたは複数のフーリエ波分光法および定在波集積フーリエ変換分光分析が使用される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記受信ラマン光スペクトルの1つまたは複数の選択された部分が分散部材に連関される、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が分析物の濃度を決定するように配置される、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記分析物がグルコース、乳酸塩、脂肪酸、尿素、カルバミド、コレステロール、アルコールおよびヘモグロビンを含む群から選択される、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の装置を使用する、分析物を検出する方法であって、
光放射により試料を照射すること;
光源からの受信放射に応答して前記試料から返送される放射の光ラマンスペクトルを受信すること;
前記受信されたラマンスペクトルの周波数の異なる部分を異なる分析デバイスに選択的に連関させること、
前記受信されたスペクトルを2つ以上の成分に濾過することおよび第1の分析デバイスに第1の成分をおよび第2の分析デバイスに第2の成分を連関させること、
を含み、
前記第1の分析デバイスがCCDベースの分光器であり、
前記第2の分析デバイスがCMOSベースの分光器である、方法。 - 異なるレベルの分解能で1つまたは複数の前記成分を検出することを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 異なるレベルの信号対雑音比で1つまたは複数の前記成分を検出することを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 1つまたは複数のフーリエ波分光法および定在波集積フーリエ変換分光分析が使用される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記受信されたラマン光スペクトルの1つまたは複数の選択された部分が分散部材に連関される、請求項11~14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 分析物の濃度を決定することを含む、請求項11~15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
