Claims (8)
- 車両の左右に対をなして配設された前照灯と、車両の前方領域に存在する前方車両の情報を検出する検出手段と、前記検出手段で検出した前方車両の情報に基づいて前記各前照灯の配光を設定しかつ制御する配光制御手段を備える配光制御システムであって、前記検出手段は一方の前照灯に配設されており、前記配光制御手段は前記検出手段で検出した前方車両の情報に基づいて前記左右の各前照灯の配光を設定するとともに前記検出手段と前記他方の前照灯との配設位置の相違に基づいて前記他方の前照灯の配光を補正することを特徴とする前照灯の配光制御システム。
- 前記前方車両の情報は前記検出手段から前方車両を見た角度の情報を含み、前記配光制御手段は当該角度に基づいて前記他方の前照灯の配光を補正する請求項1に記載の前照灯の配光制御システム。
- 前記前方車両の情報は自車両と前方車両との間の距離の情報を含み、前記配光制御手段は、当該距離を参照して前記補正を行う請求項2に記載の前照灯の配光制御システム。
- 前記前方車両の情報は自車両と前方車両との間の距離の情報を含み、前記配光制御手段は、当該距離が所定以上の場合に前記補正を停止する請求項2に記載の前照灯の配光制御システム。
- 前記検出手段は、前方車両のランプのサイズ又はランプ間距離を検出し、さらにこれらのサイズ又はランプ間距離に基づいて前方車両との間の距離を検出する請求項3又は4に記載の前照灯の配光制御システム。
- 前記検出手段は車両に搭載されて前方車両との間の距離を検出する測距センサを含む請求項3又は4に記載の前照灯の配光制御システム。
- 車両の左右に対をなして配設された前照灯のそれぞれの配光を制御するための配光制御手段であって、一方の前照灯に設けられた検出手段で得られた前方車両の情報に基づいて前記各前照灯の配光を設定する配光設定部と、前記検出手段と他方の前照灯との配設位置の相違に基づいて当該配光設定部で設定された他方の前照灯の配光を補正する配光補正部を備えることを特徴とする前照灯の配光制御手段。
- 前記検出手段は前方車両を撮像する撮像手段と、撮像手段で撮像した画像から前方車両の情報を検出する検出回路部を含み、前記配光制御手段は当該検出回路部が一体的に構成されている請求項7に記載の前照灯の配光制御手段。
