Description
The present invention relates to a floor unit with a gap formed below.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a floor unit used in an office or the like, a floor unit is known in which wiring gaps are formed under the floor so that wiring for power supply of various OA equipment and wiring for computers such as LAN cables can be arranged under the floor. In this floor unit, a large number of floor panels with legs integrated with supporting legs are installed on the foundation floor formed in the building, or supporting legs are installed on the foundation floor, and these supporting legs are installed on the foundation floor. By installing a large number of planar floor panels on the base floor, a gap is formed between the base floor surface and the floor panel. Since the floor panel requires load resistance as a floor, a highly rigid one made of metal, synthetic resin, concrete, or the like is used. A floor panel is covered with a plurality of matting materials having an adhesive applied to the underside thereof. When changing the location of the wiring, such as rearranging the desk, by removing some of these rugs and lifting the floor panel, the location of the wiring under the floor and the location of the wiring can be easily changed. . The carpet material includes a tile carpet whose upper surface is made of fibers, a flooring made of a hard member, and the like. Since the rug material whose upper surface is made of fibers is highly flexible, the rug material itself can absorb vibrations and shocks caused by people or objects walking on the rug material. Moreover, although a step, a so-called unevenness, may occur between adjacent floor panels, the unevenness can be made inconspicuous because the upper surface is composed of non-glossy fibers. On the other hand, when a hard member is used as the rug material, an elastic pad or the like is spread under the rug material, and the elastic pad absorbs vibrations and shocks and also absorbs unevenness to some extent. As such a floor unit, for example, the one described in
By the way, conventionally, when a carpet material is changed due to redecoration of an office, etc., the carpet material that has been used up to that point has been completely peeled off and a new carpet material has been applied again. In this case, there is a problem that the rug materials that have been used until then become waste. In addition, there is also the problem that the work becomes complicated because man-hours are required for peeling off the rug material and man-hours for attaching a new rug material.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above circumstances, it is an object of the present invention to provide a floor unit that can reduce waste and is easy to construct.
The floor unit of the present invention, which solves the above objects,
a gap forming member that forms a gap downward;
a rug material disposed above the gap forming member and having an upper surface made of fibers;
and a design material arranged on the rug material,
The design material has a design base material, a hook-and-loop fastener attached to the lower surface of the design base material, and a height adjustment member attached to the center portion of the lower surface of the design base material, and the hook-and-loop fastener and the It is bonded to the covering material by the binding force of the fiber ,
The hook-and-loop fastener is arranged around the height adjusting member .
Since the installed design material dries more easily on the upper side than on the lower side, it tends to warp upward, with the central portion falling downward and the peripheral portion warping upward. According to this aspect, it is possible to prevent the central portion of the decorative material from falling downward by the height adjusting member. In addition, since the hook-and-loop fastener is arranged around the height adjusting member, it is possible to suppress upward warping of the periphery, which makes it more difficult for the height adjusting member to warp upward.
Furthermore, in this floor unit, the height adjusting member may have a height equal to or higher than that of the hook-and-loop fastener.
By doing so, it is possible to more reliably prevent upward warpage of the design material. In addition, having a height equal to or greater than the hook-and-loop fastener here means that the tip of the hook-and-loop fastener bites into the fibers of the rug material, and when the design material and the rug material are combined, the portion of the hook-and-loop fastener that does not bite into the fibers. It means that the height of the height adjustment member is higher than the height of the
Further, in this floor unit, the hook-and-loop fastener and the height adjusting member may be detachably attached to the design base material with an adhesive.
When a design material is installed in a room, the shape and size of the design material may be adjusted by cutting a part of the design material at the end of the room. At that time, if the portion to which the hook-and-loop fastener is attached is cut, there is a risk that the bonding strength will be insufficient when the decorative material is connected to the rug material. According to this invention, since the hook-and-loop fastener and the height adjustment member are detachably attached to the design substrate, the hook-and-loop fastener can be attached to the position where bonding is required according to the shape of the designed substrate after adjustment. It can be fixed.
Further, in this floor unit, the design base material has a rectangular shape when viewed in the vertical direction,
The hook-and-loop fastener may be attached along each side of the design substrate.
By attaching the hook-and-loop fastener along each side, it is possible to suppress upward warping of each side of the design material, so that upward warping can be prevented more reliably.
Further, in this floor unit, the sticking force between the design base material and the hook-and-loop fastener may be stronger than the bonding force between the hook-and-loop fastener and the fiber.
By doing so, it is possible to reliably prevent the hook-and-loop fastener from being torn off from the design base material when the design material is peeled off from the rug material.
Advantageous Effects of Invention According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a floor unit in which waste can be reduced and construction is facilitated.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. A floor unit, which is an embodiment of the present invention, is a floor unit in which wiring gaps are formed under the floor so that power supply wiring for various OA devices and computer wiring such as LAN cables can be arranged under the floor.
FIG. 1 is a schematic side view of a state in which a floor unit corresponding to one embodiment of the present invention is installed.
As shown in FIG. 1 , the
The
The
The
FIG. 2 is a bottom view of the design material as seen from below.
As shown in FIG. 2, the
FIG. 3(a) is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. 2, and FIG. 3(b) is the same as FIG. It is a sectional view.
As shown in FIG. 3A, the
As described above, the hook-and-
The
FIG. 4 is a conceptual diagram of cross sections of the tile carpet and the design material viewed from the longitudinal direction of the design material. In FIG. 4, the warp of the design material and the height (thickness) of each member are exaggerated. Hatching indicating a cross section is omitted.
As shown in FIG. 4 , when the
FIG. 5 is a plan view simply showing a room in which design materials are being installed. In FIG. 5, the upper left side shows the state in which the design material is laid, and the lower right side shows the state in which the tile carpet is exposed before the design material is laid. Also, the joints of the tile carpet under the design material are indicated by dotted lines.
As shown in FIG. 5, the

Next, a modified example of the
図6は、支持脚とフロアパネルの変形例を示す、図1と同様の概略図である。 Figure 6 is a schematic view similar to Figure 1 showing a variant of the support legs and floor panel;
This modification differs from the example shown in FIG. 1 in that the supporting
FIG. 7 is a bottom view similar to FIG. 2, showing a modification of the hook-and-loop fastener and the height adjusting member.
This modification differs from the example shown in FIG. 2 in that only two hook-and-
In this embodiment, the
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments and modifications, and can be modified in various ways within the scope of the claims. For example, in this embodiment, the
In addition, even if the constituent elements are included only in the descriptions of the embodiments and modifications described above, the constituent elements may be applied to the embodiments and other modifications.
In addition, the floor units described so far are
a gap forming member that forms a gap downward;
a rug material disposed above the gap forming member and having an upper surface made of fibers;
and a design material arranged on the rug material,
The design material has a design base material and a hook-and-loop fastener attached to the lower surface of the design base material, and is bonded to the rug material by the binding force between the hook-and-loop fastener and the fiber. good too.
According to this floor unit, since the rug material and the design material are connected with the hook-and-loop fastener, construction can be completed only by laying the design material over the rug material without removing the rug material. Moreover, there is no need to dispose of the matting material that has been used up to that point. In addition, even if an elastic pad is not arranged between the gap forming member and the decorative material, the elasticity of the floor covering material can absorb vibrations and shocks, and the elasticity of the floor covering material can absorb unevenness to some extent.
Further, in this floor unit, a plurality of the carpet materials are provided,
The design material may extend over a plurality of the floor covering materials.
By doing this, even if there is a step at the seam portion of the adjacent rug materials, the design material placed above strongly presses the side with the higher step and crushes the portion of the rug material, so that the step is absorbed. Further, since the steps are hidden by the design material, the steps can be almost eliminated on the upper surface of the design material.
Further, in this floor unit, the design material has a height adjusting member attached to the central portion of the lower surface of the design base material,
The hook-and-loop fastener may be arranged around the height adjusting member.
