Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an active energy ray-curable resin composition, a cured product and a laminate.
A transparent conductive film used for a touch panel sensor forms a wiring pattern by photolitho-etching a transparent conductive layer. However, there is a problem that the wiring pattern is visible due to the large difference in reflectance between the wiring pattern portion and the etched portion. To solve this problem, a layer with a different refractive index (index matching layer) is provided between the substrate and the transparent conductive layer to reduce the difference in reflectance between the wiring pattern portion and the etched portion, making the wiring pattern visible. Techniques are known to make it difficult to do so. Patent Document 1 discloses a laminate in which at least one undercoat layer is provided on a substrate, and a transparent conductive layer is provided on this undercoat layer. A laminate is disclosed in which a refractive index layer, a low refractive index layer and a transparent conductive thin film layer are laminated in this order. Further, Patent Document 3 discloses a laminate in which a cured resin layer is provided between a transparent substrate and a transparent electrode layer in order to suppress visible bones.
However, the conventional index matching layer has insufficient adhesion to the transparent conductive layer, and there is a problem that peeling occurs during processing into a touch panel sensor.
An object of the present invention is to provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition, a cured product, and a laminate that are excellent in adhesion and have a good function as an index matching layer.
The present inventors have made intensive studies to solve the above problems, and have found that the above problems can be solved by using a predetermined active energy ray-curable resin composition, and completed the present invention.

The content ratio (mass ratio) of the metal element of component (A) and the metal element of component (B) in the resin composition is not particularly limited. is excellent, preferably [metal element of component (B) / metal element of component (A)] = 1/2 to 1/15, more preferably 1/3 to 1/14 in terms of solid content , still more preferably 1/3.5 to 1/13, particularly preferably 1/3.5 to 1/12.5, even more preferably 1/4 to 1/12.3 . Presumed factors for the excellent strength of the index matching layer are as follows. In order to exhibit an excellent refractive index, it is preferable to include a certain amount or more of component (A) in the resin composition. It is believed that by not increasing the density too much, the particle concentration in the resin composition does not become excessive, and as a result, the strength of the index matching layer is excellent.
