Description
Claims (8)
- 眼科システム(600)であって、
(1)患者の目の表面と接触するように構成されたコンタクトレンズ(602)であって、前記コンタクトレンズが、複数の同心リングを含む複数の双極電極を含み、各同心リングが複数のセグメントを含み、前記複数のセグメントのそれぞれが、患者の毛様体筋に関連する電界を示す信号を生成するように構成されるコンタクトレンズ;
(2)1つ又は複数のプロセッサ(612)及びメモリ(614)を含む診断システム(606)であって、前記診断システムは、患者の毛様体筋の遠近調節の潜在力を評価するための命令を含み、
前記診断システムは、
毛様体筋評価手順中に前記同心リングの前記複数のセグメントによって生成された複数の信号(604)を受信し、前記複数の信号のそれぞれが、患者の毛様体筋に関連する電界を示すように構成され、
前記複数のセグメントから受信した前記複数の信号の品質及び正確性の差異を評価するために、前記受信した信号を比較することを含む前記受信信号を解析するように構成され、
前記患者の毛様体筋の評価に使用するための前記毛様体筋からの電気的活動の正確な測定を提供する信号のサブセットを識別するように構成され、ここで、前記解析によって識別された前記信号のサブセットは、前記患者の毛様体筋と整列された同心リングの前記複数のセグメントのサブセットから受信される、且つ
前記複数のセグメントの前記識別されたサブセットに関連する値を計算するように構成され、ここで、前記値を計算することが、第1の同心リングの少なくも1つのセグメントによって生成された信号のサブセットの第1の信号と、第2の同心リングの少なくも1つのセグメントによって生成された信号のサブセットの第2の信号との和を計算することを含み、前記第1の同心リング及び第2の同心リングは、前記複数の同心リングの隣接リングである;並びに
(3)前記プロセッサに通信可能に結合された、且つ前記複数のセグメントの識別されたサブセットに関連する前記計算された値を表示するように構成されたディスプレイ(608)
を含む、眼科システム。 - 前記複数のセグメントから受信した前記複数の信号を評価することが、前記信号と、閾値又は平均もしくは中央値とを比較することを更に含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のセグメントから受信した前記複数の信号を評価することが信号を処理することを更に含み、前記信号が、毛様体筋活動の最も正確な及び/又は最も信頼性のある示唆を提供する信号のサブセットを識別かつ選択するために、合計、平均化、比較及び統計処理から選択される1つ又は複数のアルゴリズムを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 毛様体筋活動の評価に使用するための前記診断システムによって実行されるプロセシングアルゴリズムによって、前記信号のサブセットを識別することが、毛様体筋の周囲又は周辺内に位置し、且つその周囲又は周辺と整列される前記セグメントのサブセットから受信した信号を識別することを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記命令が、前記1つ又は複数のプロセッサによって実行された場合に、前記選択された信号のサブセットの前記計算された和を所定値と比較するように動作可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 請求項1~5のいずれか1項で定義された眼科システム(600)の1つ又は複数のプロセッサ(612)及びメモリ(614)を含むコンピュータ(606)を用いて実行される、患者の毛様体筋の遠近調節の潜在力の解析方法であって、
前記眼科システムが、患者の目の表面と接触するように構成されたコンタクトレンズ(602)を含み、前記コンタクトレンズが、複数の同心リングを含む複数の双極電極を含み、各同心リングが複数のセグメントを含み、前記複数のセグメントのそれぞれが、患者の毛様体筋に関連する電界を示す信号(604)を生成するように構成される複数のセグメントを含み、
前記方法が、
(1)毛様体筋評価手順中に前記複数の同心リングによって生成された複数の信号を1つ又は複数のプロセッサで受信する工程、ここで、各同心リングが複数のセグメントを含み、前記複数の信号のそれぞれが毛様体筋に関連する電界を示す;及び
(2)前記遠近調節の潜在力を評価するために、前記受信した信号を解析する工程
を含み、
前記遠近調節の潜在力を評価するために、前記受信した信号を解析することが、
(i)患者の毛様体筋と整列された前記同心リングの前記複数のセグメントのサブセットに対応する信号のサブセットを識別すること;
(ii)前記複数のセグメントからの前記複数の受信した信号の品質及び正確性の差異を評価するために、閾値、平均又は中央値を比較することを含む、前記受信した信号を分析すること;
(iii)患者の毛様体筋の評価に使用するための毛様体筋からの電気的活動の正確な測定を提供する信号のサブセットを、前記複数の受信した信号から選択すること;
(iv)前記複数のセグメントの前記識別されたサブセットに関連する値を計算すること、ここで、前記値を計算することが、第1の同心リングの少なくも1つのセグメントによって生成された信号のサブセットの第1の信号と、第2の同心リングの少なくも1つのセグメントによって生成された信号のサブセットの第2の信号との和を計算することを含み、前記第1の同心リング及び第2の同心リングは、前記複数の同心リングの隣接リングである;並びに
(v)前記計算された値に基づいて遠近調節の潜在力を評価すること
を含む、方法。 - 前記計算された値に基づいて毛様体筋の遠近調節の潜在力を評価することが、前記識別された信号のサブセットの前記計算された和を所定値と比較することを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 毛様体筋が光パワーを変化させて、異なった距離で1つ又は複数の標的に焦点を合わせるように、前記毛様体筋の評価手段が、前記複数の受信した信号の変化を検出することを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
