Description
Claims (16)
- 毛様体筋評価手順中に複数の双極電極によって生成された複数の信号を受信することであって、前記複数の信号のそれぞれが、患者の毛様体筋に関連する電界を表示することと、
前記患者の毛様体筋の遠近調節の潜在力を評価するために前記信号を解析することと、
を含む方法。 - 前記患者の目に適用されるコンタクトレンズを提供することであって、前記コンタクトレンズが、前記複数の双極電極を含み、
前記双極電極の少なくとも1つが、前記患者の目に適用される場合に、前記患者の毛様体筋の周囲と整列されることを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記患者の毛様体筋の遠近調節の潜在力を評価するために前記信号を解析することが、
前記患者の毛様体筋の前記周囲と整列された前記双極電極の前記少なくとも1つに対応する前記信号のサブセットを識別することと、
前記識別された信号のサブセットに基づいて値を計算することと、
前記計算された値に基づいて、前記患者の毛様体筋の遠近調節の潜在力を評価することと、
を含む、請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記識別された信号のサブセットに基づいて値を計算することが、前記識別された信号のサブセットの和を計算することを含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記計算された値に基づいて、前記患者の毛様体筋の遠近調節の潜在力を評価することが、前記識別された信号のサブセットの前記計算された和を所定値と比較することを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記毛様体筋評価手順が、前記患者からの相異なる距離で、1つ又は複数の目標に焦点を合わせることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の双極電極が、複数の同心リングを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 各同心リングが、複数のセグメントを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の双極電極が、複数のセグメントを含む複数の同心リングを含み、
前記患者の毛様体筋の前記周囲と整列された前記双極電極の前記少なくとも1つに対応する前記信号の前記サブセットを識別することが、第1のリングのセグメントからの少なくとも1つの信号を識別すること、及び第2のリングのセグメントからの少なくとも1つの信号を識別することを含む、請求項3に記載の方法。 - 患者の目の表面と接触するように構成されたコンタクトレンズであって、前記コンタクトレンズが、複数の双極電極を含み、各双極電極が、患者の毛様体筋に関連する電界を表示する信号を生成するように構成されるコンタクトレンズと、
命令であって、1つ又は複数のプロセッサによって実行された場合に、
毛様体筋評価手順中に前記複数の双極電極によって生成された複数の信号を受信し、前記複数の信号のそれぞれが、患者の毛様体筋に関連する電界を表示するように、
前記患者の毛様体と整列された双極電極のサブセットに対応する信号のサブセットを識別するために前記受信信号を解析するように、且つ
前記識別された電極のサブセットに関連する値を計算するように動作可能な命令を含む1つ又は複数のプロセッサ及びメモリと、
前記プロセッサに通信可能に結合された、且つ前記識別された電極セットに関連する前記計算された値を表示するように構成されたディスプレイと、
を含む眼科システム。 - 前記命令が、前記1つ又は複数のプロセッサによって実行された場合に、
前記患者の毛様体筋の周囲と整列された前記双極電極の前記少なくとも1つに対応する前記信号のサブセットを識別することと、
前記識別された信号のサブセットに基づいて値を計算することと、
によって前記患者の毛様体筋の遠近調節の潜在力を評価するために、前記信号を解析するように動作可能である、請求項10に記載のシステム。 - 前記識別された信号のサブセットに基づいて値を計算することが、前記識別された信号のサブセットの和を計算することを含む、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記命令が、前記1つ又は複数のプロセッサによって実行された場合に、前記識別された信号のサブセットの前記計算された和を所定値と比較するように動作可能である、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の双極電極が、複数の同心リングを含む、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 各同心リングが、複数のセグメントを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の双極電極が、複数のセグメントを含む複数の同心リングを含み、
前記患者の毛様体筋の前記周囲と整列された前記双極電極の前記少なくとも1つに対応する前記信号の前記サブセットを識別することが、第1のリングのセグメントからの少なくとも1つの信号を識別すること、及び第2のリングのセグメントからの少なくとも1つの信号を識別することを含む、請求項11に記載のシステム。
