Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a blister package having a recess containing contents such as tablets, capsules, or cosmetics.
Conventionally, for example, as a packaging body for drugs such as tablets and capsules, a container body made of a synthetic resin sheet provided with a plurality of content-accommodating recesses and a synthetic resin sheet surface on the opening side of the content-accommodating recesses A blister package (press-through pack package) is widely known in which a lid material containing aluminum foil is adhered to the blister package to seal the opening side of the content-accommodating recess.
According to the blister package configured in this way, when taking medicine, the contents-accommodating recess provided on the container body side is pressed toward the lid material and deformed so as to be crushed, and the recess is deformed. Since the drug stored inside can be easily opened by pressing the lid material made of aluminum foil and breaking the lid material, it has the advantage that the drug can be taken out quickly from the storage recess. Since the blister package can be easily opened using the mouth or teeth, if the blister package is carelessly left within the reach of a child, there is a risk that the child will open the package and accidentally ingest it. Yes, there are safety issues.
In order to solve such problems, for example, as described in
According to the blister package configured in this way, in order to open the recess containing the tablet, first, cut off one package unit from the perforation, and then open the content housing recess from the peeling perforation. It is necessary to peel off the lid by flipping it up, and since such an operation cannot be performed by young children, accidental ingestion can be prevented.
In the blister package described in
The adhesive layer formed on the inner surface of the anti-seal film is usually formed by coating the inner surface of the anti-seal film with a coating liquid obtained by dissolving the synthetic resin forming the adhesive layer in a solvent, and then evaporating the solvent. , is formed by removing
However, the solvent in the coating liquid cannot be completely removed, and while the solvent remains in the adhesive layer, the tablet accommodated in the contents-accommodating recess contacts the adhesive layer. There is a problem that the tablet accommodated in the content accommodating recess may be degraded by the solvent remaining in the adhesive layer.
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and its object is to safely accommodate contents such as tablets without deteriorating the contents accommodated in the recess. To provide a blister package that can be
In order to achieve the above object, the blister package of the present invention comprises a container body having a content-accommodating concave portion for accommodating contents such as tablets, and the above-mentioned container body. A blister package including a lid member sealing an opening side surface of the content-accommodating recess, wherein the container body and the lid member include a thermoplastic resin sheet, and the opening end of the content-accommodating recess in the container body. The cover material is directly bonded and heat-sealed to the side surface without an adhesive layer interposed therebetween, and the bonded surface is formed into a peelable sealing layer.
According to the blister package of the present invention, the container body having the content-accommodating concave portion containing the content such as a tablet and the lid member sealing the surface of the container main body on the opening side of the concave portion are: Including a thermoplastic resin sheet, the opposing surfaces joined to each other are directly heat-sealed without an adhesive layer and formed into a peelable seal layer, so that the contents are accommodated in the contents accommodating recess. The contents are not altered by the residual solvent.
In the above blister package, when the container body contains a non-stretched polypropylene resin sheet and the lid material contains a stretched polypropylene resin sheet, an adult can easily peel off the lid material from the container body. Also, a sealing layer having a sealing force (heat-sealing force) that prevents the lid material from being easily peeled off from the container body can be formed for infants, and accidental ingestion by infants can be generally prevented.
In the above blister package, when the container body contains a polyvinyl chloride resin sheet and the lid material contains an amorphous polyethylene terephthalate sheet, an adult can easily peel off the lid material from the container body, It is possible to form a seal layer having such a sealing force (heat-sealing force) that the lid material cannot be easily peeled off from the container main body by infants, and accidental ingestion by infants can be generally prevented.
In the blister package, when the lid material contains aluminum foil, the blister package can be provided with moisture resistance, and the blister package can be divided into a plurality of single packages by cutting lines such as cuts or perforations. By dividing into two, when taking out the contents, it is of course possible to cut off one single package from the cutting line and take it easily. Since peeling notches communicating with both end surfaces are provided, the lid can be opened by peeling it from the contents accommodating concave portion of the container body by turning over the lid material from the peeling notches.
As described above, since the lid member is formed of a thermoplastic resin film such as a stretched polypropylene resin sheet that is hard to break, it is possible to prevent infants from opening the lid with their mouths or teeth. requires an operation of flipping up the lid material from the peeling cut into the contents accommodating recess, so that such an operation cannot be performed by a small child, and accidental ingestion can be prevented. .
In the blister package, the seal layer formed by detachably heat-sealing the container main body and the lid member is formed with a weak seal layer portion having a peel start end extending from the peel cut to the content accommodating recess. Therefore, when the lid member is lifted from the content-accommodating recessed portion from the peeling cut, the lid member is naturally peeled from the content-accommodating recessed portion in the unsealing direction by the weak seal layer portion, so that the package can be easily unsealed. can.
A specific embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. and a

Furthermore,
In addition, on both sides between the long side end faces of the
In the
In order to take out the content b such as a drug contained in the content-accommodating
Next, as shown in FIG. 6, the peripheral edge portion of the content-accommodating
At this time, the
