Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an endoscope, and more particularly to an endoscope in which a stand rotatably provided on the distal end side of an insertion section can be operated by an operation member of an operation section.
In an endoscope, various treatment instruments are introduced from a treatment instrument introduction port provided in an operation section, and these treatment instruments are led out from a treatment instrument outlet opening at the distal end of an insertion section to be used for treatment. ing. For example, a duodenoscope uses a treatment tool such as a guide wire or an imaging tube, and an ultrasonic endoscope uses a treatment tool such as a puncture needle. In addition, in other direct scopes and oblique scopes, treatment tools such as forceps or snares are used. Such a treatment instrument needs to change the lead-out direction at the distal end in order to treat a desired position within the subject. For this reason, the distal end portion of the insertion portion is provided with a stand for changing the direction in which the treatment instrument is led out. Such an erector is directly or indirectly connected to the distal end portion of an erecting operation wire arranged from the distal end of the insertion portion to the operating portion, as in the endoscope disclosed in Patent Document 1, for example. there is
Further, the operating portion of the endoscope disclosed in Patent Document 1 is provided with a raising operation lever (operating member) and a link mechanism connected to the raising operation lever. The link mechanism has a slider that slides in the axial direction of the raising operation wire according to the operation of the raising operation lever. The slider is connected to the proximal end of the raising operation wire. Thus, when the raising operation lever is operated, the raising operation wire is pushed and pulled inside the insertion portion via the slider of the link mechanism, and the posture of the raising table is changed between the lying position and the standing position.
Here, Patent Document 1 discloses that an end portion of an operation wire (raising operation wire) is fixed by soldering to a piston that is slidable in the axial direction of the wire.
However, the endoscope of Patent Literature 1 has a problem that the fixing strength between the standing operation wire and the slider is not stable due to variations in the method of applying the flux used when fixing by soldering and the temperature of the solder. In addition, the soldering process takes a long time, and if the flux adheres to other surrounding parts, there is a risk of corroding the other parts.
It should be noted that if a fixing method such as brazing or welding is adopted instead of fixing by soldering, a large-sized facility is required, and these fixing methods are required after the erecting operation wire is incorporated into the endoscope. It was unsuitable for work.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide an endoscope capable of easily and reliably connecting an erecting operation wire and a slider.

As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
Note that the
As shown in FIG. 3, the

撮影部は、観察光学系76の収容室72側に配置されたCMOS(complementary metal oxide semiconductor)型又はCCD(charge coupled device)型の撮像素子(不図示)を備えている。

Next, the configuration of the
Further, as shown in FIG. 4 , the

Next, the configuration of the erecting
As shown in FIG. 5, the
The

The configuration of the
[First embodiment]
FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing the configuration of the
As shown in FIG. 6, the
The
The
The crimping
On the other hand, the
The positioned

First, the base end side of the erecting
Next, a crimping tool (not shown) is used to plastically deform a part of the tip of the sleeve 112 (the portion to be the crimping portion 114 ) in a radially contracting direction to form a crimping
Next, the proximal end side of the erecting
Next, after the
Next, the
As in the fixing work described above, in the
Therefore, according to the
FIG. 7 is a diagram for explaining a crimping method of the crimping portion. In this embodiment, the crimping
Note that the shape of the crimping
The raising
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the retaining
According to the
[Second embodiment]
FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view showing the configuration of the
As shown in FIG. 8 , the
The
The
The crimping
The
The positioned
In the
Further, according to the

[Third embodiment]
FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view showing the configuration of the

The
The positioned
In the
According to the
In each of the above-described embodiments, the erecting
