仕切弁機構の外方に装着する蓋容器体に前記密栓体を外周に間隙を有するように内置すると共に、挿入体を前記蓋容器体の外方に突出させて密栓体及び挿入体を移動阻止状態とし、
前記密栓体及び挿入体と一体とした蓋容器体を分岐管に変えて装着して水封状態で密栓体を仕切弁機構外方に組み込み、
仕切弁機構を開弁し、密栓体及び挿入体の移動阻止状態を解除して挿入体で密栓体を管分岐口に進入させ、
密栓体を螺合装着することで密栓体のシール部を前記外方側周壁面内に押し込んで管分岐口を密閉し、
