Claims (1)
- ハウジングと、
パイロットハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに設けられた主弁室と、
前記主弁室に摺動可能に設けられ、弁部を有する主弁と、
前記主弁室の一端側に設けられ、前記主弁の弁部が離着座することで作動流体を連通、遮断する主弁座と、
前記主弁に対して前記主弁座から離れる方向の圧力を与えると共に、前記主弁室の外部から前記主弁室の内部に作動流体を導入する入口側流路と、
前記主弁が前記主弁座から離れたときに前記主弁室の内部から前記主弁室の外部に作動流体を導出すると共に、前記主弁に対して前記主弁座から離れる方向の圧力を与える出口側流路と、
前記主弁室の他端側に設けられ、前記主弁に対して前記主弁座に近付く方向の圧力を与える背圧室と、
前記主弁に設けられ、前記入口側流路と前記背圧室とを連通するフィードバック流路と、
前記ハウジングおよび前記パイロットハウジングに設けられ、前記背圧室と前記出口側流路とを連通するパイロット流路と、
前記主弁に設けられ、前記主弁の前記主弁座から離れる方向の変位に伴って前記入口側流路と前記出口側流路との間の開口量を増大させる主弁絞りと、
前記フィードバック流路と前記背圧室との間に設けられ、前記主弁の前記主弁座から離れる方向の変位に伴って前記フィードバック流路と前記背圧室との間の開口量を増大させるフィードバック絞りと、
前記パイロットハウジングに摺動可能に設けられたパイロット弁と、
前記パイロット弁に設けられ、前記パイロット弁の変位に伴って前記パイロット流路の開口量を減少または増大させるパイロット絞りを備えており、
前記パイロット絞りの開口量に応じて前記主弁の変位量を制御することにより、前記入口側流路から前記出口側流路への流量を可変に制御する流量制御機能を有する流量制御弁において、
前記主弁絞りは、前記主弁の内部を介して前記入口側流路と前記出口側流路とを連通する横穴と、前記主弁の外周部を介して前記入口側流路と前記出口側流路とを連通する溝部とから構成されており、
前記溝部は、前記ハウジングと前記主弁の外周との間で前記主弁の軸方向に前記横穴に対して連通する連通路として形成されており、
前記溝部は、複数設けられた前記横穴のそれぞれに対し前記主弁の周囲に等間隔に複数設けられていることを特徴とする流量制御弁。
