Claims (6)
- 2つの電極貫通穴(2)を備えたカバープレート本体(1)を含み、2つの電極圧板(3)は、絶縁モードで2つの電極貫通穴(2)にそれぞれ連結され、下部絶縁パッド(4)はカバープレート本体(1)の下に連結され、下部絶縁パッド(4)の下に位置される2つの電極連結シート(5)は、各自に対応する電極貫通穴(2)を介して2つの電極圧板(3)にそれぞれ電気的に接触するリチウム電池カバープレートであって、
各電極貫通穴(2)の下部には、沈下して内側へ反転した底縁部(6)が設けられ、且つ底縁部(6)の高さ位置がカバープレート本体(1)の底面位置より低く、底縁部(6)の直径が電極圧板(3)の直径より大きく、底縁部(6)が電極圧板(3)の沈下設置スペースを形成することを特徴とするリチウム電池カバープレート。 - 電極貫通穴(2)は上部フランジ(7)を備え、それぞれの電極貫通穴(2)に配置された電極圧板(3)はすべてシールワッシャー(8)が敷かれ、それぞれの電極圧板(3)の外周にはすべて絶縁リング(9)がスリーブされ、電極貫通穴(2)の上部フランジ(7)は内側へ反転して絶縁リング(9)を圧接することにより、電極シール構造を形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム電池カバープレート。
- シールワッシャー(8)と接触してシーリングされる箇所の電極圧板(3)の下端面及び電極貫通穴(2)の底縁部(6)の上表面には、すべて波形へこみ(10)が設けられ、シール補強構造を形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のリチウム電池カバープレート。
- 電極圧板(3)の外周壁の輪郭は、非円形であり、絶縁リング(9)の内周壁と外周壁の輪郭及び電極貫通穴(2)の内周壁も対応して非円形であり、互いに整合して回転防止構造を形成することを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3に記載のリチウム電池カバープレート。
- カバープレート本体(1)の上部及び電極貫通孔(2)の上部フランジ(7)の外周にクランピング装飾リング(11)が覆われていることを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3に記載のリチウム電池カバープレート。
- カバープレート本体(1)の上部及び電極貫通孔(2)の上部フランジ(7)の外周にクランピング装飾リング(11)が覆われていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のリチウム電池カバープレート。
