Claims (6)
- 電動モータと、ねじ軸及びナットを有し、前記ねじ軸及び前記ナットの一方が前記電動モータで回転駆動される回転部材であり、前記ねじ軸及び前記ナットの他方が直動部材であり、前記回転部材の回転運動を前記直動部材の直線運動に変換するすべりねじ機構又はボールねじ機構と、前記電動モータ及び前記すべりねじ機構又はボールねじ機構を内部に収容するハウジングとを備えた電動アクチュエータにおいて、
前記ハウジングが、前記回転部材の軸方向と平行な平面で分割された一対のハウジング分割体からなり、
両ハウジング分割体に、外周に沿って全周で連続した平坦な合わせ面が設けられ、
両ハウジング分割体の前記合わせ面の間が全周にわたってシール手段で密閉された電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記回転部材の外周面を支持する環状のラジアル軸受を備えた請求項1に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記ラジアル軸受が樹脂で形成された請求項2に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記ラジアル軸受と前記ハウジングとの間に介在したバックアップ部材を設け、前記バックアップ部材の内周面に全周で連続した円筒面状のバックアップ面を形成し、このバックアップ面に前記ラジアル軸受を取り付けた請求項2又は3に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記回転部材に固定された一方の軌道輪に設けられた一方の軌道面と、前記バックアップ部材あるいはこれに固定された他方の軌道輪に設けられた他方の軌道面と、両軌道面の軸方向間に介在された複数の転動体とを備えたスラスト軸受を有する請求項4に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記直動部材の端面に突出部を設けると共に、この端面と軸方向に対向する前記スラスト軸受の一方の軌道輪の端面に突出部を設け、前記直動部材の突出部と前記一方の軌道輪の突出部とを回転方向で係合させることにより、前記直動部材の軸方向移動を規制する請求項5に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
