ポリオール1:ヒマシ油
ポリオール2:グリセロール出発のポリプロピレンオキシド、官能価3.0及びOH価805mgKOH/g
ポリオール3:スクロース及びジエチレングリコール共出発の、プロピレンオキシドキャップを有するポリプロピレンオキシド/ポリエチレンオキシド、官能価4.5及びOH価400mgKOH/g
TMPTA:トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート、二重結合密度26.35
ポリオール5:ジプロピレングリコール
DPGDA:ジプロピレングリコールジアクリレート、二重結合密度21.5
iso 1:ポリメリックMDI
厚さ2mmの試験板を表1に従ってイソシアネート指数120でキャストした。特に記載のない限り、同表の記載事項はすべて質量部である。続いて、DSCを用いて試料のガラス転移温度を測定した。この目的で、試料を20K/分の速度で室温から300℃になるように2回加熱した。ガラス転移温度は2回目の加熱データから決定した。
Claims (12)
- ポリウレタン材料を製造する方法であって、
a)ジ-イソシアネートであって、2.1~2.8の範囲の官能価を有するモノメリックジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートとジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートの高級核同族体の混合物、
b)イソシアネート反応性水素原子を有する化合物、
c)少なくとも1つの炭素-炭素二重結合を含む化合物、
d)必要に応じて、ウレタン反応を促進する触媒、
e)必要に応じて、フリーラジカル開始剤、
f)必要に応じて、更なる補助物質及び添加物質材料
を混合して反応混合物とし硬化させることを含み、
該イソシアネート反応性水素原子を有する化合物が、1分子当たり平均1.5個以上のイソシアネート反応性水素基を含有すること、
該化合物(c)の二重結合密度が21%以上であり、化合物(c)の二重結合官能価が1より大きく、該化合物(c)はイソシアネート反応性基を有さないこと、及び、化合物c)は、ビニルアクリレート、ビニルメタクリレート、ジプロピレングリコールジアクリレート又はトリメチロールプロパントリアクリレートであり、
成分(b)の化合物は別にして、イソシアネート反応性水素原子を有する更なる化合物を使用しないこと、
ジ-イソシアネート(a)のイソシアネート基とイソシアネート反応性水素原子との間の当量比が0.8~2の範囲内であり、
前記反応混合物に含まれる水が0.2質量%未満であり、
前記ポリウレタン材料がコンパクトポリウレタンである
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記イソシアネート反応性水素原子を有する化合物が、イソシアネート反応性水素原子を有する高分子化合物、及び、必要に応じて、鎖延長剤及び/又は架橋剤を含み、イソシアネート反応性水素原子を有する高分子化合物が300g/mol以上の分子量を有し、鎖延長剤及び架橋剤が300g/mol未満の分子量を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- イソシアネート反応性水素原子を有する高分子化合物が、2~4の平均水素官能価及び50%以上の第二級OH基含有量を有する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記イソシアネート反応性水素原子を有する高分子化合物が、疎水性基を有する少なくとも1種のヒドロキシル官能性化合物を含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリウレタン材料が一段階で得られる、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの炭素-炭素二重結合を含む化合物(c)の割合が、成分(a)~(f)の合計質量に基づいて10~70質量%の範囲である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの炭素-炭素二重結合を含む前記化合物(c)が、成分(a)及び(b)のポリウレタン反応の間又はポリウレタン反応に続く工程で、フリーラジカル重合される、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの炭素-炭素二重結合を含む化合物(c)のフリーラジカル重合が、フリーラジカル開始剤、高エネルギー放射線の照射、又は150℃を超える温度での熱によって開始される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリウレタン材料がポリウレタン系繊維複合材料であり、繊維材料を前記反応混合物で湿潤させ、次いで硬化させてポリウレタン系繊維複合材料を形成する、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得られるポリウレタン材料。
- 請求項10に記載のポリウレタン材料を構造用構成部品として使用する方法。
- 請求項10に記載のポリウレタン材料を接着剤として使用する方法。
