Description
抵抗層と、電波を反射する反射層と、前記反射層の厚み方向において前記抵抗層と前記反射層との間に配置された誘電体層とを含む電波吸収体と、
前記電波吸収体を支持する板状の支持体と、を備え、
前記支持体は、母材樹脂と、難燃剤とを含有している、
電波吸収部材を提供する。
複数の、上記の電波吸収部材を備え、
前記複数の電波吸収部材は、互いに離れて配置されている、電波吸収構造を提供する。
電波反射体と、
上記の電波吸収部材と、を備え、
前記電波吸収部材は、前記電波反射体に向かって進む電波を吸収するように配置されている、
検査装置を提供する。
試験条件:3点曲げ方式、支点間距離:100mm、試験速度:10mm/分、環境温度:室温(23℃)。

23μmの厚みを有するPETフィルムの上に、ITOをターゲット材として用いてスパッタリングを行い、370Ω/□のシート抵抗を有する抵抗層を形成した。このようにして、抵抗層付フィルムを得た。2.6の比誘電率を有するアクリル樹脂を560μmの厚みに成形して、アクリル樹脂層を得た。抵抗層付フィルムの抵抗層がアクリル樹脂層に接触するように抵抗層付フィルムをアクリル樹脂層に重ねた。抵抗層付フィルムは、粘着剤を使用せずにアクリル樹脂層に接着した。
日東電工社製の両面粘着テープNo.5635の代わりに、難燃剤を含有している、日東電工社製の両面粘着テープTR-5912Fを用い、電波吸収体における導電体付フィルムと段ボールとの間に2枚の両面粘着テープTR-5912Fを重ねて配置した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、実施例2に係る電波吸収部材を得た。この両面粘着テープの1枚の厚みは0.125mmであった。
比較例1に係る電波吸収部材として、段ボールに貼り付けていない上記の電波吸収体を用いた。
支持体として、樹脂製段ボールの代わりにアクリル樹脂製の板を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、比較例2に係る電波吸収部材を得た。アクリル樹脂製の板の厚みは、2.0mmであった。
支持体として、難燃剤を含有していない、アイテック社製の樹脂製段ボールであるポリカ中空ボード KTP4534W-1を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして比較例3に係る電波吸収部材を得た。この段ボールの厚みは、4.00mmであった。
実施例1に係る電波吸収部材と、比較例1及び2に係る電波吸収部材とに対し、落球試験を行った。落球試験には、500gの重さ及び50mmの直径を有する金属球を用いた。300mmの高さから、A4サイズに切り出した各電波吸収部材に金属球を7回自由落下させた。実施例1に係る電波吸収部材及び比較例1に係る電波吸収部材において金属球の落下により発生した損傷を目視により比較した。その結果、比較例1に係る電波吸収部材における損傷は、実施例1に係る電波吸収部材における損傷よりも深刻であった。JIS R 1679:2007に準拠して、垂直に入射する76.5GHzのミリ波に対する実施例1及び比較例2に係る電波吸収部材の電波反射量を落球試験の前後で測定した。各電波吸収部材において落球が確認された7箇所において落球試験後の電波反射量の平均値から落球試験前の電波反射量の平均値を差し引いて電波反射量の平均変化量Δaveを求めた。結果を表1に示す。実施例1に係る電波吸収部材は、落球による衝撃が段ボールによって吸収されやすく、落球によっても電波吸収部材の電波反射量が保たれやすいことが示された。
実施例1、実施例2、及び比較例3に係る電波吸収部材のそれぞれからFMVSS No.302の燃焼性試験用の試験片を作製した。試験片の長さ方向の一端から38mm及び292mm離れた位置にそれぞれA標線及びB標線を引いた。FMVSS No.302に従い、試験片の長さ方向の一端に38mm炎を15秒間接炎し、A標線とB標線との間の254mmの長さの区間において燃焼速度を求めた。実施例1、実施例2、及び比較例3に係る電波吸収部材のそれぞれについて複数回の燃焼試験を行った。各回の燃焼試験における燃焼速度の和を試験回数で除することによって、実施例1、実施例2、及び比較例3に係る電波吸収部材のそれぞれについて平均燃焼速度を決定した。結果を表2に示す。表2に示す通り、実施例1及び実施例2に係る電波吸収部材における平均燃焼速度は、比較例3に係る電波吸収部材における平均燃焼速度よりも低かった。電波吸収部材の難燃性を高める観点から、支持体が難燃剤を含有していることが有利であることが理解される。また、実施例2に係る電波吸収部材における平均燃焼速度は、実施例1に係る電波吸収部材における平均燃焼速度よりも低かった。電波吸収部材の難燃性を高める観点から、支持体と電波吸収体との間に配置される層が難燃剤を含有することが有利であることが理解される。

- 抵抗層と、電波を反射する反射層と、前記反射層の厚み方向において前記抵抗層と前記反射層との間に配置された誘電体層とを含む電波吸収体と、
前記電波吸収体を支持する板状の支持体と、を備え、
前記支持体は、母材樹脂と、難燃剤とを含有しており、
前記支持体は、前記抵抗層の厚み方向において、前記抵抗層よりも前記反射層に近い位置に配置されている、
電波吸収部材。 - 抵抗層と、電波を反射する反射層と、前記反射層の厚み方向において前記抵抗層と前記反射層との間に配置された誘電体層とを含む電波吸収体と、
前記電波吸収体を支持する板状の支持体と、を備え、
前記支持体は、母材樹脂と、難燃剤とを含有しており、
前記支持体は、前記支持体の内部に空隙を有する、
電波吸収部材。 - 前記支持体は、前記支持体の内部を複数の前記空隙に仕切る仕切りを有する、請求項2に記載の電波吸収部材。
- 前記難燃剤は、無機材料を含有する粒子である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の電波吸収部材。
- 前記支持体と前記電波吸収体との間に配置され、難燃剤を含有している難燃層をさらに備えた、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の電波吸収部材。
- 前記誘電体層は、難燃剤を含有していない、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の電波吸収部材。
- 複数の、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の電波吸収部材を備え、
