Description
航空機のマルチプライ構造体のプライを形成するためのベース複合体と、
プライおよびマルチプライ構造体の燃焼性を低減する第1の添加剤と、
マルチプライ構造体の破壊靭性を高める第2の添加剤とを含む装置。
第1の添加剤が、有機難燃剤、無機難燃剤、または無機-有機ハイブリッド難燃剤である、条項1に記載の装置。
第2の添加剤が、炭化熱可塑性物質である、条項1または2に記載の装置。
第2の添加剤中に炭化を促進する第3の添加剤をさらに含む、条項1から3の何れか一項に記載の装置。
第1の添加剤、第2の添加剤、および第3の添加剤の何れかが、マルチプライ構造体に添加される前に、作用物質と組み合わされてよい、条項4に記載の装置。
第2の添加剤が、ナノチューブ、ナノ粒子、フィルム、ベール、メッシュ、高靭性化粒子、またはフィラメント状材料のうちの少なくとも1つである、条項1から5の何れか一項に記載の装置。
マルチプライ構造体のプライが、マルチプライ構造体の第2の表面よりも、マルチプライ構造体の第1の表面の近くに配置される、条項1から6の何れか一項に記載の装置。

Claims (10)
- 複合構造体を含む、航空機の胴体であって、
複合構造体が、
最も内側のプライ(102)と、
最も外側のプライと、
構造体の耐燃性を高める第1の添加剤を含み、最も内側のプライ(102)と最も外側のプライとの間に配置されている、単一の耐火プライと、
で形成され、
最も内側のプライ(102)及び最も外側のプライは、第1の添加剤を含まない、航空機の胴体。 - 前記単一の耐火プライが、複合構造体のプライの最も内側の50%内に配置される、請求項1に記載の航空機の胴体。
- 前記単一の耐火プライが、複合構造体のプライの最も内側の33%内に配置される、請求項1または2に記載の航空機の胴体。
- 前記単一の耐火プライが、複合構造体のプライの最も外側の33%内に配置される、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の航空機の胴体。
- 最も内側のプライ(102)が、第1の角度に配向し、隣接するプライが、第2の方向に配向する、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の航空機の胴体。
- 最も内側のプライ(102)が、第1の厚さを有し、前記単一の耐火プライが、第1の厚さ未満の第2の厚さを有する、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の航空機の胴体。
- 追加の内側プライ(106)をさらに含み、追加の内側プライ(106)が、第1の添加剤を含まず、追加の内側プライ(106)の耐燃性が、前記単一の耐火プライの耐燃性よりも低い、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の航空機の胴体。
- 前記単一の耐火プライが、構造体の破壊靭性を高める第2の添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の航空機の胴体。
- 前記単一の耐火プライが、火炎との接触時に炭化され保護層を形成する第2の添加剤をさらに含み、第2の添加剤が、熱可塑性物質である、請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の航空機の胴体。
