- 平面PVBシートの部分は、ウインドシールドの上部にあるために、楔形PVBシートの部分の上で楔形PVBシートの部分に組み立てられることを特徴とする、方法に関する。
Claims (5)
- HUD対応ウインドシールド(2)であって、前記ウインドシールド(2)の外面及び内面(9、8)において反射で発生する二重像を補償するための適切な楔角度(1)を有する楔形PVBシートの部分(21)の領域によって提供されるHUD視野(22)を含むHUD対応ウインドシールド(2)を製造する方法であって、
- 前記楔形PVBシートの部分(21)を提供するステップと、
- 平面PVBシートの部分(23)を提供するステップと、
- 前記楔形及び平面PVBシートの前記2つのそれぞれの部分(21、23)を一緒に組み立てるステップと、
- 前記ウインドシールド(2)を形成するステップと
を含む方法において、
前記平面PVBシートの部分(23)は、前記ウインドシールド(2)の上部(33)にあるために、前記楔形PVBシートの部分(21)の上で前記楔形PVBシートの部分(21)に組み立てられること、及び前記2つの楔形及び平面PVBシートの部分(21、23)の組立体の厚さプロファイルにおいて、前記楔形PVBシートの部分(21)の厚さは、前記ウインドシールド(2)の下部から上部に向かって単調な傾きで増加し、かつ前記平面PVBシートの部分(23)に隣接する縁において、前記平面PVBシートの部分(23)の厚さと同じであることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記2つの楔形及び平面PVBシートの部分(21、23)の組立体は、2つのガラスシート(8、9)間に張り合わされる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記2つの部分(21、23)の前記組立体は、超音波溶接によって形成される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記2つの部分(21、23)の前記組立体は、熱風溶接によって形成される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得られることを特徴とするウインドシールド。
