Description
(1) 左股関節の外科手術及び右股関節の外科手術中に寛骨臼カップの向きを評価するための大腿骨トライアルキットであって、
トライアル大腿骨頭部であって、頭部軸に沿って延在する空洞を画定する内壁と、前記トライアル大腿骨頭部の外側表面上の視覚的位置合わせガイドとを有する、トライアル大腿骨頭部と、
自由端にテーパ部を有するトライアル大腿骨頸部であって、前記テーパ部は前記空洞内に受容可能である、トライアル大腿骨頸部と、を含み、前記テーパ部及び前記内壁のうちの一方が、第1の回転防止機構及び第2の回転防止機構を有し、前記第1の回転防止機構及び前記第2の回転防止機構は傾斜しており、前記テーパ部及び前記内壁のうちの他方が、第3の回転防止機構を有し、前記トライアル大腿骨頭部は、前記第3の回転防止機構と前記第1の回転防止機構とが係合する右股関節に対応する第1の角度構成で、及び、前記第3の回転防止機構と前記第2の回転防止機構とが係合する左股関節に対応する第2の角度構成で、前記トライアル大腿骨頸部に取り付け可能である、大腿骨トライアルキット。
(2) 前記視覚的位置合わせガイドが単一のしるしのみを含む、実施態様1に記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
(3) 前記単一のしるしが第1の色を有する帯の形態であり、前記トライアル頭部の前記表面が第2の色を有し、前記第1の色と前記第2の色とが異なる色である、実施態様2に記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。

(5) 前記トライアル大腿骨頸部が頸部しるしを含み、前記トライアル大腿骨頭部が、前記トライアル大腿骨頭部の前記外側表面上に第1の頭部しるし及び第2の頭部しるしを含み、前記第1の頭部しるし及び前記第2の頭部しるしは、前記トライアル大腿骨頭部が前記トライアル大腿骨頸部に前記第1の角度構成で取り付けられると、前記第2の頭部しるしが前記頸部しるしと位置合わせされ、前記トライアル大腿骨頭部が前記トライアル大腿骨頸部に前記第2の角度構成で取り付けられると、前記第1の頭部しるしが前記頸部しるしと位置合わせされるように、前記頭部軸の周りにそれぞれ位置付けられている、実施態様1~4のいずれかに記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
(7) 前記トライアル大腿骨頸部が、前記トライアル大腿骨頸部の両側に第1の頸部しるし及び第2の頸部しるしを含み、前記トライアル大腿骨頭部が、前記トライアル大腿骨頭部の前記外側表面上に第1の頭部しるし及び第2の頭部しるしを含み、前記第1の頭部しるし及び前記第2の頭部しるしは、前記トライアル大腿骨頭部が前記トライアル大腿骨頸部に前記第1の角度構成で取り付けられると、前記第2の頭部しるしが前記第2の頸部しるしと位置合わせされ、前記トライアル大腿骨頭部が前記トライアル大腿骨頸部に前記第2の角度構成で取り付けられると、前記第1の頭部しるしが前記第1の頸部しるしと位置合わせされるように、前記頭部軸の周りにそれぞれ位置付けられている、実施態様1~4のいずれかに記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
(8) 前記第1の頸部しるしと前記第2の頸部しるしとが視覚的に区別可能であり、前記第1の頭部しるしと前記第2の頭部しるしとが視覚的に区別可能であり、前記第1の頸部しるしと前記第1の頭部しるしとが、同様又は同じであり、前記第2の頸部しるしと前記第2の頭部しるしとが、同様又は同じである、実施態様7に記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
(9) 前記第1の頸部しるし、前記第2の頸部しるし、前記第1の頭部しるし、及び前記第2の頭部しるしが、全て同じ形状である、実施態様8に記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
(10) 前記第1の頸部しるしと前記第1の頭部しるしとが同じ第1の色であり、前記第2の頸部しるしと前記第2の頭部しるしとが同じ第2の色であり、前記第1の色と前記第2の色とが異なる色である、実施態様8又は9に記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
(12) 前記テーパ部が自由端と外側部分とを有し、前記又は各回転防止機構が前記自由端に設けられ、前記外側部分が円形円筒形態を有し、前記空洞を画定する前記内壁が、外側部分及び内側部分を有し、前記内側部分が、前記又は各回転防止機構を提供し、前記外側部分が円形円筒形形態を有する、実施態様1~11のいずれかに記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
(13) 前記トライアル大腿骨頭部を前記テーパ部に解放可能に取り付けるように配置された保持機構を更に含む、実施態様1~12のいずれかに記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
(14) 前記保持機構が、前記テーパ部と前記空洞との間に摩擦嵌合を提供するように構成されている、実施態様13に記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
(15) 前記保持機構がクリップを含む、実施態様13に記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
(17) 前記トライアル大腿骨頭部が、前記外側表面に第1のグリップ機構及び/又は第2のグリップ機構を含む、実施態様1~16のいずれかに記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
(18) 前記第1のグリップ機構及び/又は前記第2のグリップ機構が、凹部の形態である、実施態様17に記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
(19) 前記視覚的位置合わせガイドは、前記トライアル股関節が整復され、かつ中立位置にある状態で、前記トライアル大腿骨頭部が患者の大腿骨内の前記トライアル頸部のステムコンポーネントに装着されると、前記患者の骨盤内の寛骨臼カップの45°未満の傾斜角度に対応するように、前記トライアル大腿骨頭部の前記外側表面上に位置付けられている、実施態様1~18のいずれかに記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
(20) 前記回転防止機構は、前記トライアル大腿骨頭部が、前記第2の構成と比較して、前記第1の構成において180°未満回転するように構成されている、実施態様1~19のいずれかに記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
(22) 実施態様1~21のいずれかに記載の大腿骨トライアルキットのアセンブリを含む、大腿骨トライアルアセンブリ。
(23) 空洞を画定する内壁を有するトライアル大腿骨頭部と、前記空洞内に受容可能であるテーパ部を有するトライアル大腿骨頸部とを含むトライアル大腿骨アセンブリを組み立てる方法であって、前記テーパ部及び前記内壁のうちの一方が、第1の回転防止機構及び第2の回転防止機構を有し、前記第1の回転防止機構及び前記第2の回転防止機構は傾斜しており、前記テーパ部及び前記内壁の他方が、第3の回転防止機構を有し、前記方法が、
前記アセンブリが、左股関節を試験するために使用されるのか、又は右股関節を試験するために使用されるのかを判定することと、
前記トライアル大腿骨頭部を、前記第3の回転防止機構と前記第1の回転防止機構とが係合する右股関節に対応する第1の角度構成で前記トライアル大腿骨頸部に取り付けること、又は、前記トライアル大腿骨頭部を、前記第3の回転防止機構と前記第2の回転防止機構とが係合する左股関節に対応する第2の角度構成で前記トライアル大腿骨頸部に取り付けること、のいずれかと、を含む、方法。
(24) 前記トライアル大腿骨頭部を前記トライアル大腿骨頸部から係合解除することと、
前記トライアル大腿骨頭部を、前記トライアル大腿骨頸部の頸部軸を中心に180°超又は180°未満の角度だけ回転させることと、
前記トライアル大腿骨頭部を、前記第1の角度構成及び前記第2の角度構成のうちの他方において、前記トライアル大腿骨頸部に再取り付けすることと、を更に含む、実施態様23に記載の方法。
Claims (19)
- 左股関節の外科手術及び右股関節の外科手術中に寛骨臼カップの向きを評価するための大腿骨トライアルキットであって、
トライアル大腿骨頭部であって、頭部軸に沿って延在する空洞を画定する内壁と、前記トライアル大腿骨頭部の外側表面上の視覚的位置合わせガイドとを有する、トライアル大腿骨頭部と、
自由端にテーパ部を有するトライアル大腿骨頸部であって、前記テーパ部は前記空洞内に受容可能である、トライアル大腿骨頸部と、を含み、前記テーパ部及び前記内壁のうちの一方が、第1の回転防止機構及び第2の回転防止機構を有し、前記第1の回転防止機構は前記第2の回転防止機構に対して傾斜しており、前記テーパ部及び前記内壁のうちの他方が、第3の回転防止機構、第4の回転防止機構、及び、第5の回転防止機構を有し、前記第4の回転防止機構及び前記第5の回転防止機構は前記第3の回転防止機構に対して傾斜しており、前記トライアル大腿骨頭部は、前記第1の回転防止機構と前記第3の回転防止機構とが係合し、前記第2の回転防止機構と前記第4の回転防止機構とが係合し、前記第5の回転防止機構が何れの回転防止機構とも係合していない、右股関節に対応する第1の角度構成で、前記トライアル大腿骨頸部に取り付け可能であり、及び、前記トライアル大腿骨頭部は、前記第2の回転防止機構と前記第3の回転防止機構とが係合し、前記第1の回転防止機構と前記第5の回転防止機構とが係合し、前記第4の回転防止機構が何れの回転防止機構とも係合していない、左股関節に対応する第2の角度構成で、前記トライアル大腿骨頸部に取り付け可能である、大腿骨トライアルキット。 - 前記視覚的位置合わせガイドが単一のしるしのみを含む、請求項1に記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
- 前記単一のしるしが第1の色を有する帯の形態であり、前記トライアル大腿骨頭部の前記表面が第2の色を有し、前記第1の色と前記第2の色とが異なる色である、請求項2に記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
- 前記視覚的位置合わせガイドが、少なくとも3mmの幅を有する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
- 前記トライアル大腿骨頸部が頸部しるしを含み、前記トライアル大腿骨頭部が、前記トライアル大腿骨頭部の前記外側表面上に第1の頭部しるし及び第2の頭部しるしを含み、前記第1の頭部しるし及び前記第2の頭部しるしは、前記トライアル大腿骨頭部が前記トライアル大腿骨頸部に前記第1の角度構成で取り付けられると、前記第2の頭部しるしが前記頸部しるしと位置合わせされ、前記トライアル大腿骨頭部が前記トライアル大腿骨頸部に前記第2の角度構成で取り付けられると、前記第1の頭部しるしが前記頸部しるしと位置合わせされるように、前記頭部軸の周りにそれぞれ位置付けられている、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
- 前記頸部しるしが、前記トライアル大腿骨頸部の上方外側面上にある、請求項5に記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
- 前記トライアル大腿骨頸部が、前記トライアル大腿骨頸部の両側に第1の頸部しるし及び第2の頸部しるしを含み、前記トライアル大腿骨頭部が、前記トライアル大腿骨頭部の前記外側表面上に第1の頭部しるし及び第2の頭部しるしを含み、前記第1の頭部しるし及び前記第2の頭部しるしは、前記トライアル大腿骨頭部が前記トライアル大腿骨頸部に前記第1の角度構成で取り付けられると、前記第2の頭部しるしが前記第2の頸部しるしと位置合わせされ、前記トライアル大腿骨頭部が前記トライアル大腿骨頸部に前記第2の角度構成で取り付けられると、前記第1の頭部しるしが前記第1の頸部しるしと位置合わせされるように、前記頭部軸の周りにそれぞれ位置付けられている、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
- 前記第1の頸部しるしと前記第2の頸部しるしとが視覚的に区別可能であり、前記第1の頭部しるしと前記第2の頭部しるしとが視覚的に区別可能であり、前記第1の頸部しるしと前記第1の頭部しるしとが、同様又は同じであり、前記第2の頸部しるしと前記第2の頭部しるしとが、同様又は同じである、請求項7に記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
- 前記第1の頸部しるし、前記第2の頸部しるし、前記第1の頭部しるし、及び前記第2の頭部しるしが、全て同じ形状である、請求項8に記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
- 前記第1の頸部しるしと前記第1の頭部しるしとが同じ第1の色であり、前記第2の頸部しるしと前記第2の頭部しるしとが同じ第2の色であり、前記第1の色と前記第2の色とが異なる色である、請求項8又は9に記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
- 前記テーパ部が自由端と外側部分とを有し、各回転防止機構が前記自由端に設けられ、前記外側部分が円形円筒形態を有し、前記空洞を画定する前記内壁が、外側部分及び内側部分を有し、前記内側部分が、各回転防止機構を提供し、前記外側部分が円形円筒形形態を有する、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
- 前記トライアル大腿骨頭部を前記テーパ部に解放可能に取り付けるように配置された保持機構を更に含む、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
- 前記保持機構が、前記テーパ部と前記空洞との間に摩擦嵌合を提供するように構成されている、請求項12に記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
- 前記保持機構がクリップを含む、請求項12に記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
- 各回転防止機構が平坦な表面である、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
- 前記トライアル大腿骨頭部が、前記外側表面に第1のグリップ機構及び/又は第2のグリップ機構を含む、請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
- 前記第1のグリップ機構及び/又は前記第2のグリップ機構が、凹部の形態である、請求項16に記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
- 前記視覚的位置合わせガイドは、トライアル股関節が整復され、かつ中立位置にある状態で、前記トライアル大腿骨頭部が患者の大腿骨内の前記トライアル大腿骨頸部のステムコンポーネントに装着されると、前記患者の骨盤内の寛骨臼カップの45°未満の傾斜角度に対応するように、前記トライアル大腿骨頭部の前記外側表面上に位置付けられている、請求項1~17のいずれか一項に記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
- 前記回転防止機構は、前記トライアル大腿骨頭部が、前記第2の角度構成と比較して、前記第1の角度構成において180°未満回転するように構成されている、請求項1~18のいずれか一項に記載の大腿骨トライアルキット。
