Claims (9)
- バッテリーモジュールであって、
積層された複数個のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルを収容するモジュールケースであって、前記モジュールケースの内部において、所定の高さで絶縁油が満たされるモジュールケースと、
を含み、
前記絶縁油は、
前記モジュールケース内で前記バッテリーセルの全体積を覆う量で満たされ、前記モジュールケースの一側内壁と所定の距離で離隔して配置され、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルのうち隣接する2つのバッテリーセルの間に配置され、且つ前記複数個のバッテリーセルと共に積層された複数個の流路ガイド部材であって、対向するバッテリーセルを所定の距離で離隔させる複数個の流路ガイド部材を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数個の流路ガイド部材は、
対向するバッテリーセルの間に格子形態の冷却流路を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数個の流路ガイド部材は、対向するバッテリーセルの間に前記モジュールケースの高さ方向に沿って所定の長さを有する少なくとも一つの冷却流路を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数個の流路ガイド部材は、前記複数個のバッテリーセルの積層方向にジグゼグ形態で配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数個の流路ガイド部材は、弾性パッドとして備えられることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数個の流路ガイド部材は、
その表面に両面テープが備えられ、対向するバッテリーセルに各々付着されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記絶縁油は、前記モジュールケースの上側内壁と所定の距離で離隔して配置されることを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするパックケースと、
を含む、バッテリーパック。 - 請求項8に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
