Claims (10)
- バッテリーモジュールであって、
少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルの電極リードと連結され、前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルの両側面に備えられるバスバーアセンブリと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルと前記バスバーアセンブリを囲みながら、前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルと前記バスバーアセンブリとに直接接触するヒートシンクアセンブリと、
を含む、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バスバーアセンブリは、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルの両側に取り付けられるバスバーハウジングと、
前記バスバーハウジングに備えられ、前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルの電極リードと接触する連結バスバーと、
前記連結バスバーまたは前記電極リードの前記ヒートシンクアセンブリ側への連結をガイドする熱伝達部材と、
を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記熱伝達部材は、前記連結バスバーに取り付けられ、前記連結バスバーと前記ヒートシンクアセンブリとにそれぞれ直接接触する、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記熱伝達部材は、サーマルインターフェースマテリアルからなる、請求項2又は3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ヒートシンクアセンブリは、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルと前記バスバーアセンブリの下側を覆う下部ヒートシンクと、
前記下部ヒートシンクに対向して配置され、前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルと前記バスバーアセンブリの上側を覆う上部ヒートシンクと、
前記上部ヒートシンクと前記下部ヒートシンクとを連結し、前記バスバーアセンブリの両側を覆う一対の側面ヒートシンクと、
を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記下部ヒートシンクは、外部より冷却水が供給される冷却水供給部と連結され、内部に前記冷却水が流動できる内部流路が備えられ、
前記上部ヒートシンクは、前記冷却水を外部に排出する冷却水排出部と連結され、内部に前記冷却水が流動できる内部流路が備えられる、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記一対の側面ヒートシンクには、それぞれ、前記下部ヒートシンク及び前記上部ヒートシンクの内部流路と連通される内部流路が備えられる、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記冷却水供給部から供給された前記冷却水は、前記下部ヒートシンク、前記一対の側面ヒートシンク、及び前記上部ヒートシンクの内部流路に沿って流動した後、前記冷却水排出部側に送り出される、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするパックケースと、
を含む、バッテリーパック。 - 請求項9に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
