Description
本出願は、2016年12月16日付韓国特許出願第10-2016-0173016号および2017年12月15日付韓国特許出願第10-2016-0173548号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として組み含まれる。
3官能以上の多官能(メタ)アクリレート系化合物と、親水性作用基および光硬化性作用基を有する浸透性化合物を含むバインダー形成用化合物;
サブ-ミクロン(sub-μm)スケールを有する2種以上の透光性微粒子;および
前記光透過性基材フィルムの少なくとも一部を溶かすことができる浸透性溶媒を含み、
前記バインダー形成用化合物:浸透性溶媒は、1:0.04以上の重量比を有し、前記光学フィルム形成用樹脂組成物の全体100重量部に対して、前記浸透性溶媒が1乃至4.5重量部で含まれる光学フィルム形成用樹脂組成物を提供する。
前記光透過性基材フィルムの少なくとも一部と重なるように前記光透過性基材フィルム内に浸食して形成されており、第1(メタ)アクリレート系架橋重合体を含む第1バインダーを含む浸食層;および
第2(メタ)アクリレート系架橋重合体を含む第2バインダーと、前記第2バインダー上に分散されたサブ-ミクロン(sub-μm)スケールを有する2種以上の透光性微粒子を含み、前記光透過性基材フィルムおよび浸食層上に表面凹凸を有するように形成された防眩層;を含み、
前記浸食層は、100nm以上2μm以下の厚さを有し、
前記防眩層の全体ヘイズが1乃至5%であり、60°光沢度が75%乃至90%である光学フィルムを提供する。
3官能以上の多官能(メタ)アクリレート系化合物と、親水性作用基および光硬化性作用基を有する浸透性化合物を含むバインダー形成用化合物;
サブ-ミクロン(sub-μm)スケールを有する2種以上の透光性微粒子;および
前記光透過性基材フィルムの少なくとも一部を溶かすことができる浸透性溶媒を含み、
前記バインダー形成用化合物:浸透性溶媒は、1:0.04以上の重量比を有し、前記光学フィルム形成用樹脂組成物の全体100重量部に対して、前記浸透性溶媒が1乃至4.5重量部で含まれる光学フィルム形成用樹脂組成物が提供される。
(1)防眩層形成用組成物の製造
下記表1および2の成分を均一に混合して光学フィルム(防眩層)形成用組成物を製造した。表1および2で使用されたすべての成分の含有量は重量部単位で示した。
2)HEA:2-ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート
3)UA-306T:(Kyoeisha):トルエンジイソシアネートにペンタエリトリトールトリアクリレート2個が反応して形成された6官能アクリレート系化合物
4)Beamset371(ARAKAWA CHEMICAL):ポリウレタン/エステル主鎖に、50官能内外のエポキシアクリレート作用基が結合された重合体
5)8BR-500(TAISEI FINE CHEMICAL):ポリアクリール主鎖に、40官能内外のウレタンアクリレート作用基が結合された重合体
6)TMPTA:トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート
7)PETA:Pentaerythritol triacrylate
8)I184(Irgacure184):光開始剤、Ciba社製品
9)T-100(Tego glide 100):レベリング剤、Evonik社製品
10)103BQ(XX-103BQ、Sekisui Plastic社製品):屈折率1.515(約1.52)、平均粒径2μmであるPMMA-PS架橋共重合体微粒子
11)113BQ(XX-113BQ、Sekisui Plastic社製品):屈折率1.555(約1.56)、平均粒径2μmであるPMMA-PS架橋共重合体微粒子
12)MA-ST:体積平均粒径が12nmであり、屈折率が1.43である球形のシリカ微粒子(Nissan Chemical社製品)
下記表3および4に示されているように、厚さ80μmおよび屈折率1.6~1.7のPET基材フィルム(または厚さ60μmおよび屈折率1.4~1.6のアクリル基材フィルム)に、前記製造例1乃至6または比較製造例1乃至7でそれぞれ製造された組成物を塗布し、90℃で1分間乾燥した後、150mJ/cm2の紫外線を照射して防眩層を製造した。
前記製造された光学フィルムの物性を下記の方法により測定し、これを下記表3および4に示した。
光学フィルムに含まれているバインダー、防眩層などの屈折率はエリプソメーター(ellipsometer)を利用してウエハー上にコーティングされた状態でそれぞれ測定した。より具体的に、バインダーや、防眩層および低屈折層の屈折率は、各組成物を3cmX3cmウエハーに塗布し、スピンコーターを利用してコーティングを行った後(コーティング条件:1500rpm、30秒)、90℃で2分間乾燥し、窒素パージング下に180mJ/cm2の条件で紫外線を照射した。これによって、100nmの厚さを有する各コーティング層を形成した。
図1および図2のような電子顕微鏡写真を通じて浸食層/防眩層の平均厚さを測定した。
4cmx4cmの光学フィルム試片を準備し、ヘイズ測定器(HM-150、A光源、Murakami社)で3回測定して平均値を計算し、これを全体ヘイズ値として算出した。測定時、透過率はJIS K 7361規格、ヘイズはJIS K 7105規格により測定した。内部ヘイズ測定時には、測定対象光学フィルムのコーティング面に全体ヘイズが0である粘着フィルムを付けて表面の凹凸を平坦に作った後、前記全体ヘイズと同様な方法で内部ヘイズを測定した。
BYK Gardner社のmicro-TRI-glossを用いて20°/60°光沢度をそれぞれ測定した。測定時、基材フィルムのコーティング層が形成されていない面に光が透過することができないように検定テープ(3M)を付け、光の入射角をそれぞれ20°/60°に異にして20°/60°光沢度を測定し、5回以上測定した平均値を各光沢度値として算出した。
ASTM D3363標準規格により測定し、測定機器はJS techの鉛筆硬度器を用いた。測定時にフィルム試片は7cmx7cmで切断して製作し、ガラス板上に固定させた後、Mitubishi社の鉛筆を用いて500g荷重下での硬度を測定した。鉛筆1個当たり5回測定して4回以上が良好である場合、当該硬度でのスクラッチがないと評価した。測定長さは5cmであり、硬度測定初期の0.5cmでのスクラッチは除いて判定した。
防眩層と、基材フィルムの付着力を防眩層表面で測定した。
Claims (13)
- 光透過性基材フィルム上に浸食層および表面凹凸を有する防眩層を形成するための光学フィルム形成用樹脂組成物であって、
3官能以上の多官能(メタ)アクリレート系化合物と、親水性作用基および光硬化性作用基を有する浸透性化合物を含むバインダー形成用化合物;
ミクロン(μm)スケールの有機微粒子と、ナノ(nm)スケールの無機微粒子を含むサブ-ミクロン(sub-μm)スケールを有する2種以上の透光性微粒子;および
前記光透過性基材フィルムの少なくとも一部を溶かすことができる浸透性溶媒を含み、
前記バインダー形成用化合物:浸透性溶媒は、1:0.04以上の重量比を有し、前記光学フィルム形成用樹脂組成物の全体100重量部に対して、前記浸透性溶媒が1乃至4.5重量部で含まれ、
前記浸透性化合物は、前記光学フィルム形成用樹脂組成物の全体100重量部に対して、1乃至10重量部の含有量で含まれ、
前記光透過性基材フィルムは、20乃至500μmの厚さを有するセルロースエステル系基材フィルム、ポリエステル系基材フィルム、ポリ(メタ)アクリレート系基材フィルム、ポリカーボネート系基材フィルム、シクロオレフィン(COP)系基材フィルムまたはアクリル(Acryl)系基材フィルムである、光学フィルム形成用樹脂組成物。 - 前記3官能以上の多官能(メタ)アクリレート系化合物は、3乃至6官能の単分子形態の(メタ)アクリレート系化合物と、10官能以上の(メタ)アクリレート系作用基を有するポリウレタン系重合体、ポリ(メタ)アクリル系重合体またはポリエステル系重合体を含む、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム形成用樹脂組成物。
- 前記浸透性化合物は、テトラヒドロフルフリルアルコール(THFA)、ヒドロキシ(メタ)アクリレート系化合物または2-(2-エトキシエトキシ)エチルアクリレートを含む、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム形成用樹脂組成物。
- 前記有機微粒子は、ポリスチレン系樹脂、ポリ(メタ)アクリレート系樹脂またはポリ(メタ)アクリレート-co-スチレン系共重合体樹脂を含む樹脂微粒子である、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム形成用樹脂組成物。
- 前記有機微粒子は、1乃至5μmの粒径を有する球形粒子であって、1.5乃至1.6の屈折率を有する、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム形成用樹脂組成物。
- 前記無機微粒子は、シリカ、アルミナ、ジルコニアまたはチタニアを含む金属酸化物微粒子である、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム形成用樹脂組成物。
- 前記無機微粒子は、10nm乃至300nmの粒径を有する球形粒子であって、1.4乃至1.75の屈折率を有する、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム形成用樹脂組成物。
- 前記浸透性溶媒は、ケトン系溶媒、トルエン、キシレンまたはテトラヒドロフランを含む、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム形成用樹脂組成物。
- 光透過性基材フィルム;
前記光透過性基材フィルムの少なくとも一部と重なるように前記光透過性基材フィルム内に浸食して形成されており、第1(メタ)アクリレート系架橋重合体を含む第1バインダーを含む浸食層;および
第2(メタ)アクリレート系架橋重合体を含む第2バインダーと、前記第2バインダー上に分散されたサブ-ミクロン(sub-μm)スケールを有する2種以上の透光性微粒子を含み、前記光透過性基材フィルムおよび浸食層上に表面凹凸を有するように形成された防眩層;を含み、
前記透光性微粒子は、ミクロン(μm)スケールの有機微粒子と、ナノ(nm)スケールの無機微粒子を含み、
前記第1(メタ)アクリレート系架橋重合体は、3乃至6官能の単分子形態の(メタ)アクリレート系化合物と親水性作用基および光硬化性作用基を有する浸透性化合物の架橋共重合体を含み、
前記第2(メタ)アクリレート系架橋重合体を含む第2バインダーは、10官能以上の(メタ)アクリレート系作用基を有するポリウレタン系重合体、ポリ(メタ)アクリル系重合体またはポリエステル系重合体の架橋重合体を含み、
前記浸食層は、100nm以上1μm以下の厚さを有し、
前記防眩層の全体ヘイズが1乃至5%であり、前記防眩層は4.4乃至10μmの厚さを有し、60°光沢度が75%乃至90%であり、20°光沢度が45%乃至68%である光学フィルム。 - 前記第2バインダーは、1.50乃至1.60の屈折率を有する、請求項9に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記防眩層上に形成されており、光重合性化合物の(共)重合体を含むバインダー樹脂と、前記バインダー樹脂に分散されている中空シリカ粒子を含む低屈折層をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記低屈折層は、1.3乃至1.5の屈折率を有し、1乃至300nmの厚さを有する、請求項11に記載の光学フィルム。
- 請求項9に記載の光学フィルムを含む偏光板。
