Claims (6)
- (a)電極組立体を収容するための空間を備えた電池ケースを製作するための成形型を準備する段階と、
(b)前記成形型に電極組立体を収納する段階と、
(c)前記電極組立体が収納された成形型に熱可塑性樹脂を注入して、内部に電極組立体を備えた電池ケースを製造する段階と、
(d)前記成形型から電池ケースを分離する段階と、
を含み、
前記熱可塑性樹脂は吸湿性の添加剤をさらに含み、
前記電極組立体はアルミニウムテープが表面の少なくとも一部を包む構造を有する、二次電池製造方法。 - 前記熱可塑性樹脂は、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリスチレン、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン共重合体(ABS)、ポリアミド及びポリエチレンテレフタレートからなる群から選択される1種以上である、請求項1に記載の二次電池製造方法。
- 前記電極組立体は陽極及び陰極の間に固体電解質が介装された構造を有する、請求項1に記載の二次電池製造方法。
- 二次電池が電極組立体が電解物質とともに電池ケースに収容された構造の二次電池であって、
前記電池ケースには前記電極組立体の収納のための空間が形成されており、
前記電池ケースは射出成形可能な熱可塑性樹脂からなり、
前記熱可塑性樹脂は吸湿性の添加剤をさらに含み、
前記電極組立体はアルミニウムテープが表面の少なくとも一部を包む構造を有する、二次電池二次電池。 - 前記電池ケースは射出成形による一体型構造を有する、請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂は、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリスチレン、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン共重合体(ABS)、ポリアミド、ポリ塩化ビニル、アクリル、フッ素樹脂及びポリエチレンテレフタレートからなる群から選択される1種以上である、 請求項4に記載の二次電池。
