Claims (10)
- 可撓性カバープレートと、
力感知モジュールと、
前記可撓性カバープレートと前記力感知モジュールとの間に配置され、有機発光ディスプレイユニット及びタッチ感知層を備えるタッチディスプレイモジュールと、
前記力感知モジュールの下に配置され、前記力感知モジュールの接触電極として機能する金属薄板と、を備え、
前記力感知モジュールは、可撓性電極と、可撓性力感知複合層と、を備え、
前記可撓性力感知複合層は、第1の抵抗率を有する少なくとも1つの可撓性電極層、及び、前記第1の抵抗率よりも大きい第2の抵抗率を有する少なくとも1つの機能性スペーサ層を備え、前記少なくとも1つの機能性スペーサ層は、低濃度銀ナノワイヤでドープされた基板層であり、前記少なくとも1つの可撓性電極層及び前記少なくとも1つの機能性スペーサ層が前記可撓性電極の下に配置されている、
電子機器。 - 前記タッチディスプレイモジュールは、アウトセル型タッチディスプレイモジュール又はオンセル型タッチディスプレイモジュールである、請求項1に記載の電子機器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの可撓性電極層は、銀ナノワイヤ電極層である、請求項1又は2に記載の電子機器。
- 前記金属薄板は、銅箔又は鋼板である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電子機器。
- 前記可撓性電極は、前記可撓性力感知複合層と前記タッチディスプレイモジュールとの間に配置される、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電子機器。
- 前記金属薄板と前記可撓性力感知複合層との間に配置された導電性接着剤をさらに備える、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電子機器。
- 前記可撓性電極と前記タッチディスプレイモジュールとの間に配置された可撓性キャリア基板をさらに備える、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の電子機器。
- 前記可撓性電極が、互いに離間した複数の電極ブロックを備える、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電子機器。
- 前記可撓性カバープレートと前記タッチディスプレイモジュールとの間に配置された偏光素子をさらに備える、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電子機器。
- 前記可撓性力感知複合層の圧力信号が、分圧回路又はホイートストン回路によって抽出される、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の電子機器。
