図1及び図2に示す本実施形態のタイムディレイバルブ10は、シリンダや、各種流体圧機器の駆動回路に取り付けられて、工場の生産ラインの空気圧機器等に用いられる。タイムディレイバルブ10は、例えば、空気(エア)等の制御対象流体の流量の制御に用いられる。なお、制御対象流体及びパイロット流体は空気(エア)に限定されるものではない。
図9に示すように、本変形例のタイムディレイバルブ11は、本体12Aの内部に第2流路16を有さず、第2流路16及び第1絞弁34が外付けとなっている。なお、図9のタイムディレイバルブ11の構成において、図1~図6を参照しつつ説明したタイムディレイバルブ10と同様の構成については、同一符号を付してその詳細な説明は省略する。
本実施形態では、第1実施形態のタイムディレイバルブ10を用いた流量コントローラ150について説明する。流量コントローラ150は、図10に示すように、流体圧シリンダ120を駆動する流体回路を構成する。なお、流量コントローラ150には、第1モジュール10A及び第2モジュール10Bが含まれているが、いずれも図1のタイムディレイバルブ10と同様の構造となっている。なお、第1モジュール10A及び第2モジュール10Bの構成において、図1のタイムディレイバルブ10と同様の構成については、同一の符号を付してその詳細な説明は省略する。

Claims (12)
- 第1位置と第2位置とに切り替わる切替バルブと、
前記切替バルブの前記第1位置において連通する第1流路と、
前記切替バルブを前記第1位置に向けて付勢する付勢部材と、
パイロット流体の供給圧力の作用下に、前記切替バルブを前記第2位置に向けて付勢する駆動機構と、
前記駆動機構に前記パイロット流体を導くパイロット流路と、
前記切替バルブの切替タイミングを遅延させる遅延機構と、
を備え、前記遅延機構は、
前記パイロット流路上に設けられた遅延用絞弁と、
前記パイロット流体の供給圧力の作用下に、前記切替バルブを前記駆動機構に先立って前記第1位置に向けて付勢する補償機構と、を有し、
前記補償機構は、前記パイロット流路から分岐した補償流路を通じて流入する前記パイロット流体の一部により駆動され、前記パイロット流体の供給圧力の変動に応じて、前記駆動機構が前記切替バルブを変位させる際の付勢力を補償し、
前記パイロット流路は、前記第1流路に接続されず、前記切替バルブの動作状態による圧力変動を受けない部分に接続されている、タイムディレイバルブ。 - 請求項1記載のタイムディレイバルブであって、さらに
前記第1流路と、前記パイロット流路とに接続され、前記第1流路と前記パイロット流路とに流体供給源又は流体排出部を接続する動作切替弁を有し、
前記パイロット流路は、前記動作切替弁の前記第1流路が接続されるポートと異なるポートに接続される、タイムディレイバルブ。 - 請求項1又は2記載のタイムディレイバルブであって、前記補償機構は、前記パイロット流体の供給圧力の作用下に、前記駆動機構と反対の付勢力を発生させるピストン機構を有している、タイムディレイバルブ。
- 請求項3記載のタイムディレイバルブであって、前記補償機構には、前記遅延用絞弁の上流側で前記パイロット流路から分岐した補償流路を通じて前記パイロット流体が供給される、タイムディレイバルブ。
- 請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のタイムディレイバルブであって、
前記切替バルブの前記第2位置において連通する第2流路と、
前記第1流路及び前記第2流路の少なくとも一方に設けられた第1絞弁と、
を有する、タイムディレイバルブ。 - 請求項5記載のタイムディレイバルブであって、さらに、
前記駆動機構と反対の付勢力を発生させる復帰機構と、
前記第1流路又は前記第2流路から分岐して前記復帰機構に接続された復帰流路と、を備えたタイムディレイバルブ。 - 請求項6記載のタイムディレイバルブであって、前記切替バルブは、スプールと、前記スプールが摺動するスリーブと、を有し、
前記駆動機構は、前記スプールの一端に設けられた駆動ピストン室と、前記駆動ピストン室を第1空室と第2空室とに仕切る駆動ピストンと、を有し、
前記駆動ピストンは、前記第1空室側に、前記パイロット流体の供給圧力を受けて前記第2位置に向けた付勢力を発生させる第1受圧面を有するタイムディレイバルブ。 - 請求項7記載のタイムディレイバルブであって、
前記駆動ピストンは前記スプールと一体的に形成され、
前記補償機構は前記駆動ピストンにおいて前記第2空室に面し、前記第1受圧面と対向する第2受圧面を有する、タイムディレイバルブ。 - 請求項8記載のタイムディレイバルブであって、前記第2受圧面の面積は前記第1受圧面の面積よりも小さい、タイムディレイバルブ。
- 請求項9記載のタイムディレイバルブであって、前記復帰機構は、前記スプールの他端に形成された復帰ピストンと、前記復帰ピストンを収容する復帰ピストン室と、を有する、タイムディレイバルブ。
- 請求項10記載のタイムディレイバルブであって、前記付勢部材は前記復帰ピストン室に配置されている、タイムディレイバルブ。
- 流体圧シリンダの一方のポートに流体を給排する第1給排路と、
前記流体圧シリンダの他方のポートに流体を給排する第2給排路と、
前記第1給排路及び前記第2給排路に制御対象流体を供給する流体供給源及び流体を排出する流体排出部と、を切り替えて接続する動作切替弁と、
前記第1給排路及び前記第2給排路の経路上にそれぞれ設けられたタイムディレイバルブと、を備えた流量コントローラであって、
前記タイムディレイバルブは、第1位置と第2位置とに切り替わる切替バルブと、前記切替バルブを前記第1位置に向けて付勢する付勢部材と、パイロット流体の供給圧力の作用下に、前記切替バルブを前記第2位置に向けて付勢する駆動機構と、前記駆動機構に前記パイロット流体を導くパイロット流路と、前記切替バルブの切替タイミングを遅延させる遅延機構と、を備え、前記遅延機構は、前記パイロット流路上に設けられた第1絞弁と、前記パイロット流体の供給圧力の作用下に、前記切替バルブを前記駆動機構に先立って前記第1位置に向けて付勢する補償機構と、を有し、前記補償機構は、前記パイロット流路から分岐した補償流路を通じて流入する前記パイロット流体の一部により駆動され、前記パイロット流体の供給圧力の変動に応じて、前記駆動機構が前記切替バルブを変位させる際の付勢力を補償し、
前記第1給排路の前記タイムディレイバルブの前記パイロット流路は、前記第2給排路に接続され、前記第2給排路の前記タイムディレイバルブの前記パイロット流路は前記第1給排路に接続されている、流量コントローラ。
