Description
本発明の生体センサの一実施形態である貼付型生体センサ30を、図1~図6Cを参照して説明する。
以下の各変形例において、上記した一実施形態と同様の部材および工程については、同一の参照符号を付し、その詳細な説明を省略する。また、各変形例を適宜組み合わせることができる。さらに、各変形例は、特記する以外、一実施形態と同様の作用効果を奏することができる。

Claims (4)
- 生体表面に貼付するための感圧接着層と、
前記感圧接着層の上面に配置され、伸縮性を有する基材層と、
前記感圧接着層の下面に配置されるプローブと、
前記プローブに接続されるように、前記基材層に実装される電子部品と
備え、
前記感圧接着層と前記基材層との総厚みが、1μm以上、100μm未満であり、
前記感圧接着層を角質剥離試験したときの角質剥離面積率(1)が、50%以下であり、
JIS K 7127(1999年)に従い、引張速度5mm/分、試験片タイプ2で、測定される、前記基材層の破断伸度(3)が、200%以上、2000%以下であり、
JIS K 7127(1999年)に基づいて、チャック間100mm,引張速度300mm/min,破断時の強度として測定される、前記基材層の20℃における引張強度(4)が、0.1N/20mm以上、20N/20mm以下であり、
周波数1Hzおよび昇温速度10℃/分の条件で前記基材層を動的粘弾性測定することにより求められる前記基材層の20℃における引張貯蔵弾性率E’(5)が、0.1MPa以上、2,000MPa以下であることを特徴とする、生体センサ。 - 前記感圧接着層の厚みが、10μm以上、95μm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の生体センサ。
- 前記電子部品の厚みが、1μm以上、1000μm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の生体センサ。
- 前記電子部品の平面積が、0.001mm2以上、10mm2以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の生体センサ。
