Description
The present invention relates to a rock mass evaluation method used for evaluating and determining the rock mass state of a face in tunnel construction.
Conventionally, a method of hitting a bedrock with a hammer and judging the quality of the bedrock based on the difference in hitting sound has been performed. The hitting sound generated when hitting the bedrock is related to the condition of the bedrock. For example, in the bedrock classification by the Electric Power Central Research Institute, it is shown that the evaluation item is to hit the bedrock with a hammer and evaluate its anti-sounding. ing. However, this evaluation method was qualitative, not quantitative, and included individual differences of the measurer.
Therefore,
In the method for measuring the properties of the bedrock of
In the method for evaluating the instability of a rock mass on a bedrock slope of
(A) Set for multiple rock masses that exist on a bedrock slope with the same geological conditions and have the same size.
(B) Using a striking device, one of the plurality of rock masses is impacted with a constant strength, and the rock mass is vibrated.
(C) With a hooded microphone crimped to the surface of the rock mass, the sound generated by the vibration of the rock mass is acquired.
(D) The strength of the electric signal of the sound is analyzed by the striking sound analysis device, and the strength of the electric signal is analyzed.
(E) Perform the measurements (b) to (d) a sufficient number of times.
(F) The measurements (b) to (e) are performed on all the rock masses of the plurality of rock masses, and the measurements are performed.
(G) The relative instability in the plurality of rock masses is quantitatively ranked from the strength of the electric signal of the sound of each rock mass of the plurality of rock masses.
However, each of the above-mentioned conventional methods has the following problems.
(1) Since the energy for vibrating the bedrock is relatively small due to the hammer impact, the range of the bedrock that can be explored and evaluated is limited, and it is difficult to apply it to the bedrock evaluation such as tunnel face.
(2) The bedrock is evaluated based on the predominant frequency and spectral intensity distribution, but the evaluation index is not clear.
The present invention solves such a conventional problem, and in this kind of rock evaluation method, the energy for vibrating the rock of the face is increased to evaluate the rock condition of the face and its change in a wide range and in real time. The purpose is to be able to perform rock mass evaluation quickly even when the rock mass condition of the face changes suddenly, and to be able to perform appropriate rock mass evaluation using clear evaluation indexes.

According to the bedrock evaluation method of the present invention ( 1 ), an elastic wave is generated from the bedrock of the face by an explosive, and the elastic wave is received and measured by a seismometer and recorded in a recording device, which is repeated for each face excavation. For each face excavation, the elastic wave data recorded in the recording device is analyzed by the spectrogram analyzer, the power spectrum value of each position in the time-frequency region is obtained from the elastic wave data, and the power spectrum is obtained from the power spectrum value of each position. Since the quality of the bedrock at the rupture point is estimated using the frequency at the position where the value is maximum, the energy that vibrates the bedrock of the face can be increased to evaluate the bedrock state of the face in a wide range and in real time. Even when the bedrock condition of the face changes suddenly, the bedrock evaluation can be performed quickly, and an appropriate bedrock evaluation can be performed using a clear evaluation index, which is a special effect unique to the present invention.
Next, a mode for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In this invention, the elastic wave propagating in the ground is composed of a large number of frequency components (spectrums), and its intensity and attenuation characteristics are considered to depend on the characteristics of the ground in which the elastic wave propagates. The inventor of the present application measured the elastic wave generated at the face each time the face was ruptured and excavated in a tunnel construction at a certain place, and spectrogram-analyzed this elastic wave data to create a spectrogram distribution map. -It shows a peculiar spectrogram distribution due to defects, shows almost the same spectrogram distribution when the bedrock state is constant in the front and back face, and changes the spectrogram distribution when the bedrock state changes in the front and back face. We found that the bedrock state can be estimated from these spectrogram distributions, and came up with the idea. We propose the following bedrock evaluation method 1-5.
FIG. 1 shows the first embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 1, the rock mass evaluation method 1 (in the following description, simply referred to as method 1) is performed by the following steps.
(Step 1)
A seismograph and recording device will be installed at a predetermined position behind the face in the tunnel.
(Step 2)
Explosives are loaded into the bedrock of the face, the bedrock of the face is destroyed by the explosive, and elastic waves generated from the bedrock of the face are received by a seismograph, measured, and recorded on a recording device.
(Step 3)
The elastic wave data recorded in the recording device is analyzed by the spectrogram analyzer to create a spectrogram distribution map, and the quality of the rock mass of the face is estimated from the spectrogram distribution of the spectrogram distribution map.
(Step 2) and (Step 3) are repeated for each face excavation.
Hereinafter, each step of this
(Step 1)
In
(Step 2)
In
Then, the blasting switch is turned on to detonate the explosive loaded in the bedrock of the face to explode the face and generate vibration from the bedrock of the face. Due to this explosion, elastic waves generated from the bedrock of the face propagate through the ground, and the elastic waves reach the geophone behind the face. This elastic wave is received and measured by a geophone, and this is recorded in the IC recorder in the recording (middle) state.
(Step 3)
In
FIG. 2 (a) shows good rock mass elastic wave waveform data, and FIG. 3 (a) shows the elastic wave data spectrogram-analyzed using PC analysis software, and the horizontal axis is time and the vertical axis is frequency. The spectrogram distribution map showing the intensity of the frequency component by the color depth is shown. As shown in FIG. 3 (a), in a good bedrock, the signal component shows a clear peak at a high frequency near the initial motion.
FIG. 2 (b) shows the waveform data of the elastic wave of the defective bedrock, and FIG. 3 (b) shows the time on the horizontal axis and the frequency on the vertical axis created by spectrogram analysis of the elastic wave data using PC analysis software. The spectrogram distribution map showing the intensity of the frequency component by the color depth is shown. As shown in FIG. 3 (b), in the poor rock mass, the peak near the initial motion is not clear in the signal component, and a plurality of peaks are shown with a time delay.
Although not shown here, when the bedrock is in the middle of good and bad, the signal component shows a peak near the initial motion and a peak with a time delay, and is in the shape of two or three eyeballs. ..
In this way, the elastic wave data recorded in the IC recorder for each face excavation is analyzed by a PC to create a spectrogram distribution map, and the quality of the rock mass of the face is estimated from the spectrogram distribution of the spectrogram distribution map.

FIG. 4 shows a second embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 4, this bedrock evaluation method 2 (in the following description, simply referred to as method 2) is performed by the following steps.
(Step 3)
The elastic wave data recorded in the recording device is analyzed by the spectrogram analyzer to create a spectrogram distribution map, and the change in the bedrock state of the face is estimated from the change pattern of the spectrogram distribution in the spectrogram distribution map.
(Step 2) and (Step 3) are repeated for each face excavation.
Hereinafter, each step of this
Since (step 1) and (step 2) are the same as those in the first embodiment, the duplicated description thereof will be omitted here, and only (step 3) will be described.
(Step 3)
In
FIG. 5 illustrates a case where the rock condition of the face is constant. As shown in FIG. 5, when the rock mass condition is constant, there is little change in the spectrogram distribution.
FIG. 6 illustrates a case where the rock condition of the face changes. As shown in FIG. 6, when the rock mass condition changes, a clear difference occurs between each spectrogram distribution.
From these spectrogram distributions, the increase / decrease in the number of peaks of the signal component and the change in the bedrock state are estimated from the high and low frequencies of these peaks. For example, if the number of peaks of the signal component turns to "increase", it is estimated that the bedrock condition has changed to "poor". If the peak frequency changes from "high frequency" to "low frequency", it is estimated that the bedrock condition has changed to "poor".
In this way, the elastic waves recorded in the IC recorder for each face excavation are analyzed spectrogram by PC to create a spectrogram distribution map, and the change in the bedrock state of the face is estimated from the change pattern of the spectrogram distribution in the spectrogram distribution map. ..

This elastic wave is received and measured by a geophone, and this is recorded in the IC recorder in the recorded (middle) state. If the vibration level of the elastic wave becomes smaller as the face progresses, the geophone may be installed at an appropriate position on the face side in the tunnel pit and away from the face. .. In this case as well, similarly, the IC recorder is connected via the communication cable and kept in the recording state. Further, in this

FIG. 8A shows good rock mass elastic wave waveform data, and FIG. 9A shows the time on the horizontal axis and the frequency on the vertical axis created by spectrogram analysis of this elastic wave data using PC analysis software. The spectrogram distribution map showing the intensity of the frequency component by the color depth is shown.
FIG. 8 (b) shows the waveform data of the elastic wave of the defective bedrock, and FIG. 9 (b) shows the time on the horizontal axis and the frequency on the vertical axis created by spectrogram analysis of the elastic wave data using PC analysis software. The spectrogram distribution map showing the intensity of the frequency component by the color depth is shown.
When the elastic wave data transferred from the IC recorder to the PC is spectrogram-analyzed by the analysis software of the PC, the power spectrum value is obtained for each time and frequency, so the frequency with the maximum power spectrum value is obtained by paying attention to the maximum value. , Estimate the bedrock condition at the burst point from this frequency. Good bedrock has a high frequency and bad bedrock has a low frequency.
In this case, the elastic wave velocity in the face is an index of the goodness of the bedrock, so the relationship between the elastic wave velocity and the frequency at the maximum value of the power spectrum will be obtained. The results are shown in the scatter plot of FIG. 10 (a). Then, from FIG. 10A, the frequency of the maximum value of the power spectrum is divided into four groups of 43.07Hz, 86.13Hz, 129.2Hz, 172.3Hz or more, and FIG. 10A is shown in FIG. 10 (a). When converted to the probability distribution shown in b), in the case of a frequency of 43.07 Hz, the elastic wave velocity is dispersed and distributed from 1 km / sec to 5.5 km / sec, and the peak is 3.5 km / sec. It is located at sec (rock mass), and in the case of a frequency of 86.13Hz, 129.2Hz, it is similarly dispersed and distributed from 2.5km / sec to around 6.0km / sec, and the peak is 4.0km / sec. It can be seen that the relationship with the elastic wave velocity is not clear when the frequency of the maximum value is less than 172.3 Hz, which is located near (rock) around sec. On the other hand, in the case of a frequency of 172.3 Hz or higher, it can be seen that the distribution is concentrated in the range from 4.5 km / sec to 5.0 km / sec. Then, if the frequency is 172.3 Hz or higher, the elastic wave velocity can be estimated to be 4.5 km / sec or higher, which can be used as an index of good rock mass. Therefore, here, from FIG. 10, the frequency of 150.0 Hz or higher is used as the index of the estimation step 1 (step 3).
(Step 4)
In
In this case, in the case of good bedrock, there is a peak at one wavelength after the initial motion of the elastic wave arrives, and the peak becomes worse after the initial motion of the elastic wave arrives, and it is divided into multiple times later. Since the feature that it comes out can be seen, the relationship between the arrival time to the seismometer with the maximum power spectral value and the elastic wave velocity is considered with reference to the initial arrival time of the elastic wave (time = 0). ..
The relationship between the arrival time at the seismograph with the maximum power spectral value and the elastic wave velocity is shown in the scatter diagram of FIG. 11 (a).
Also in this case, from FIG. 11A, the arrival time at the seismograph having the maximum power spectral value is divided into four groups of 0-10 msec, 10-20 msec, 20-30 msec, and 30 msec or more. Let's convert FIG. 11 (a) into the probability distribution shown in FIG. 11 (b). In the case of 0-10 msec, the peak comes around the elastic wave velocity of 4.3 km / sec. In the case of 10-20 msec and 20-30 msec, the peak comes at the elastic wave velocity around 3-4 km / sec, which is almost the same as in the case of 0-10 msec. When the elastic wave velocity is 30 msec or more, the peak is reached at 3.1 km / sec, and the distribution of the elastic wave velocity is clearly different from that of 0-10 msec and 10-20 msec, and the boundary is 3 It can be seen that it is 0.7 km / sec. Therefore, here, from FIG. 11, 10 msec is used as an index for the estimation step 2 (step 4).
By such spectrogram analysis, the frequency having the maximum power spectrum value in the time-frequency region has the above-mentioned characteristics. Therefore, the flow chart (estimation steps 1 and 2) of FIG. 12 is used to improve the bedrock condition. Estimate the degree, that is, the quality. Here, as described above, the threshold value in the time-frequency region at the maximum value of the power spectrum is set to frequency: 150 Hz and time: 10 msec as a guide, and verification is performed with the rock condition confirmed after excavation.
As shown in FIG. 12, in the first (first) excavation of the face, only the
As shown in FIG. 12, after the second face excavation, the
