Description
Claims (24)
- 医療部品の製造方法であって、
エラストマー材料の第1シートを用意することと、
少なくとも一つの電子デバイスをエラストマー材料の前記第1シートに配置してエラストマープリフォームを得ることと、
前記エラストマープリフォームを型に配置し、その中で前記エラストマープリフォームを成形して前記エラストマー材料を硬化させ、前記少なくとも一つの電子デバイスが中に埋め込まれた前記医療部品を形成することと、
を含み、
前記型は、開放キャビティを有する上部半型および開放キャビティを有する下部半型を有し、前記下部半型の前記開放キャビティの底面は、前記エラストマープリフォームから離間するように凹んでおり、前記成形の間に前記エラストマープリフォームの前記エラストマー材料が、前記エラストマープリフォームと前記底面との間の空間に流入して前記少なくとも一つの電子デバイスを前記エラストマー材料によりカプセル化する
方法。 - エラストマー材料の前記第1シートの一の面に保護膜を施すことをさらに含む
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記保護膜は、フルオロポリマー膜である
請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記型と前記エラストマープリフォームの一方は、前記エラストマープリフォームの位置決めおよび/または前記成形の間の前記少なくとも一つの電子デバイスのセンタリングを促進する素子を含む
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記エラストマープリフォームを少なくとも部分的に凍結させて部分凍結エラストマープリフォームを形成することと、
エラストマー材料の第2シートを用意することと、
前記部分凍結エラストマープリフォームおよびエラストマー材料の前記第2シートを型に位置決めし、前記第1シートは、前記下部半型に直接接触している、ことと、
前記部分凍結エラストマープリフォームおよびエラストマー材料の前記第2シートに熱および圧力を加えて、前記少なくとも一つの電子デバイスが中に埋め込まれた前記医療部品を形成することと、
をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - エラストマー材料の前記第1シートは、未硬化または部分的に硬化されたエラストマー材料の管の形であり、前記管は、第1端と、対向する第2端と、前記第1および第2端の間に延在する中空の内部とを有し、
前記少なくとも一つの電子デバイスは、前記中空の内部に配置されて前記エラストマープリフォームを形成する
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記成形工程に先立ち前記管の前記第1端を圧着することおよび前記管の第2端を圧着することをさらに含む請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記管内に前記少なくとも一つの電子デバイスを配置したのち、前記管の前記第1および第2端の各々にプラグを挿入すること
をさらに含む請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記エラストマー材料の前記第1シートは、前記医療部品の第1部材であり、前記第1部材は、閉塞されたベース壁により規定された第1端と、開放端である対向する第2端と、前記第1および第2端の間に延在する側壁と、前記少なくとも一つの電子デバイスの一部を受容するよう構成された内側の凹部とを有し、
前記少なくとも一つの電子デバイスを前記第1部材の前記凹部に位置決めし、
前記第1部材を前記エラストマー材料でオーバーモールドして、前記少なくとも一つの電子デバイスが中に埋め込まれた前記医療部品を形成する、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも一つの電子デバイスは、前記第1部材の前記内側の凹部内に、前記閉塞されたベース壁に近接して位置決めされる
請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記オーバーモールドされたエラストマー材料は、前記第1部材の前記エラストマー材料と同じである
請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記オーバーモールドされたエラストマー材料は、前記第1部材の前記エラストマー材料とは異なる
請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記エラストマー材料は、熱硬化性エラストマー、または熱可塑性エラストマーである
請求項1または9に記載の方法。 - 前記エラストマー材料は、ブチルエラストマー、またはハロブチルエラストマーである
請求項1または9に記載の方法。 - 前記成形は、約120~310℃の範囲の温度および約40~350kg/cm2の範囲の圧力で、最長30分の期間にわたって、行われる
請求項1または9に記載の方法。 - 前記成形は、約120~220℃の範囲の温度および約40~70kg/cm2の範囲の圧力で、約30秒~30分の期間にわたって、行われる
請求項1または9に記載の方法。 - 前記成形は、約140~220℃の範囲の温度および約40~70kg/cm2の範囲の圧力で、約2~15分の期間にわたって、行われる
請求項1または9に記載の方法。 - 前記成形は、約160~165℃の範囲の温度および約50kg/cm2の範囲の圧力で、約15分の期間にわたって、行われる
請求項1または9に記載の方法。 - 前記成形は、約160~175℃の範囲の温度および約40~70kg/cm2の範囲の圧力で、約8分の期間にわたって、行われる
請求項1または9に記載の方法。 - 薬剤が充填される容器の部品の製造方法であって、
前記部品は、前記エラストマー材料で形成された一体状ボディと、前記一体状ボディに埋め込まれるとともに前記エラストマー材料によりカプセル化された前記少なくとも一つの電子デバイスとを備え、前記一体状ボディは、前記容器の内面に接するよう構成され、
前記部品を、請求項1、6、または10のいずれかの方法により製造する、部品の製造方法。 - 前記部品は、前記一体状ボディに埋め込まれるとともに前記エラストマー材料によりカプセル化された少なくとも一つの磁性体を更に備えた
請求項20に記載の部品の製造方法。 - インスリンまたはその誘導体、製剤または類似体を収容するとともに、部品を備えた容器の製造方法であって、
前記部品を、請求項1、6、または10のいずれかの方法により製造する、
容器の製造方法。 - 前記インスリン類似体は、Gly(A21),Arg(B31),Arg(B32)ヒトインスリン;Lys(B3),Glu(B29)ヒトインスリン;Lys(B28),Pro(B29)ヒトインスリン;Asp(B28)ヒトインスリン;ヒトインスリンであって、B28位のプロリンがAsp,Lys,Leu,ValまたはAlaで置換されたものであって、B29位においてはLysがProで置換されていてもよい;Ala(B26)ヒトインスリン;Des(B28-B30)ヒトインスリン;Des(B27)ヒトインスリンおよびDes(B30)ヒトインスリンからなる群から選ばれる
