Application of Article 30,
The present invention relates to a wire rope stopper for releasing only the tension on the opposite side while maintaining the tension on one side with a predetermined intermediate strut as a boundary in the wire rope type guard fence.
The expressway has a so-called provisional two-lane section in which only two lanes of the road planned with four lanes are provisionally used. In this provisional two-lane section, a simple resin pole is used as a median strip so that the number of lanes can be increased to four in the future. However, such a resin pole has no function of protecting the opposite lane, and cannot prevent an accident in which the vehicle jumps out into the opposite lane due to drowsy driving or the like.
Therefore, in recent years, as a new simple central separation zone for the provisional two-lane section, a plurality of wire ropes, a rope fixing foundation for fixing both ends of each of these wire ropes, and a rope fixing foundation erected between these rope fixing foundations. A wire rope type guard fence having a plurality of intermediate columns through which each wire rope is inserted and erected at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction and a tension adjuster for adjusting the tension of each wire rope has been proposed. (
In the wire rope type guard fence described in
However, since a large tension is always applied to the wire rope, for example, when the turnbuckle is loosened and the wire rope is separated, if care is taken, the wire rope will jump up due to the tension, which is extremely dangerous. Therefore, as shown in
Further, in order to reconnect the separated wire ropes, the ends of the wire ropes whose tensions have been released must be pulled by a chain block or the like, pulled together, and then connected by a turnbuckle or the like. In other words, once separated, it takes a lot of manpower and time to recover.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and in the wire rope type guard fence, the tension of the wire rope should be released such as the passage of an emergency vehicle or the replacement of an intermediate support. It is an object of the present invention to provide a wire rope stopper capable of quickly and easily releasing the tension of the wire rope and performing additional work in the event of a situation.
The wire rope stopper according to the present invention has a problem that the tension on one side is released while maintaining the tension on one side with a predetermined intermediate strut as a boundary, and the intermediate strut is prevented from tilting due to the tension maintained. In order to solve the problem, in a wire rope type guard fence that is stretched by inserting a plurality of wire ropes side by side into a plurality of intermediate columns arranged at a predetermined interval and applying a predetermined tension. It is a wire rope stopper used to release the tension on the other side while maintaining the tension on one side with the intermediate support as a boundary, and is arranged on the side surface on the tension release side along the axis of the intermediate support. At the same time, a rope holding portion that holds each of the wire ropes and one end thereof are rotatably connected to the rope holding portion, and the other end is crossed with the intermediate strut and grounded on the ground on the tension maintaining side. It is formed to a length that can be used, and has an anti-tilt leg portion that prevents the intermediate strut from tilting due to a tensile force.
Further, as one aspect of the present invention, in order to solve the problem of obtaining a stable supporting force by grounding the anti-tilt leg to the ground along the tension direction of the wire rope, the connection of the anti-tilt leg is connected. The end portion is connected to the rope holding portion at a position where it does not come into contact with the intermediate strut when the rope holding portion is arranged on the tension release side side surface of the intermediate strut, and is connected to the rope holding portion at an intermediate position of the tilt prevention leg portion. A bent portion may be formed so that the tilt prevention leg portion is brought close to the wire rope side and can be grounded along the tension direction of the wire rope.
Further, as one aspect of the present invention, in order to solve the problem that the support direction of the tilt prevention leg is more stable and a reliable support force is obtained, the tilt prevention leg is in contact with the ground on the tension maintaining side. A rope connecting portion that can be connected to any of the wire ropes to which tension is applied may be provided.
Further, as one aspect of the present invention, in order to solve the problem of quickly and easily fixing each wire rope, the rope holding portion includes a holding portion main body that integrally holds each wire rope and each wire. A rope receiving part that is arranged side by side in the holding part main body according to the distance between the ropes and accommodates each wire rope, and a plurality of J-shaped bolts for holding the wire rope housed in each rope receiving part. May have.
According to the present invention, in a wire rope type guard fence, when a situation occurs in which the tension of the wire rope should be released, such as the passage of an emergency vehicle or the replacement of an intermediate support, the tension is released and re-tensioned quickly and easily. The work of granting can be performed.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the wire rope stopper according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
First, the wire rope stopper 1 of the present embodiment is used when releasing the tension of the
Here, the wire rope
The
The
The
The tension adjuster 24 adjusts the tension (tension) of each
In the wire rope
The
The holding portion
The
As shown in FIG. 2, the J-shaped
The
That is, the
Therefore, when the
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
The connecting portion
The through
Further, the through
Next, the
Further, since the tilt
Further, when the tension applied to the
The connecting
Next, the operation of each configuration of the
In the present embodiment, when a situation occurs in which the tension of the
Next, the
Next, the J-shaped
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the
Further, the lower end side of the tilt
In this state, the
In the tilt
Further, the tilt
Further, when the

A wire rope stopper used to release tension on the other side while maintaining tension on one side as a boundary.
A rope holding portion that is separate from the intermediate strut and is arranged on the side surface on the tension release side along the axis of the intermediate strut without being fixed to the ground and holds each wire rope.
One end is rotatably connected to the rope holding portion, and the other end is formed so as to cross the intermediate strut so as to be able to touch the ground on the tension maintaining side. The wire rope stopper having an anti-tilt leg that prevents it from tilting due to tensile force.
