Description
The present invention relates to a centrifugal pendulum damper and a torque transmission device.
An automobile equipped with an internal combustion engine (engine) transmits the rotational force generated by driving the engine to the wheels via the crankshaft, the input shaft of the transmission, the drive shaft, or the rotating parts attached to these, and transfers the vehicle body. move. When the engine is driven, rotational fluctuations according to the number of cylinders of the engine are propagated to a rotating body such as a crankshaft. It is known that this rotational fluctuation causes a decrease in riding comfort and generation of transmission noise and the like. Therefore, many dynamic dampers have been proposed that absorb or attenuate rotational fluctuations by installing them on a rotating body.

The common feature of the configurations of the centrifugal pendulum dampers shown in FIGS. 29 to 31 is that when the centrifugal force due to the rotation of the

In this centrifugal pendulum damper configuration, the point of action where the load is applied from the
However, in the centrifugal pendulum damper shown in FIGS. 33 and 34, there is a structural difference from the above-mentioned damper that the rotor outer
FIG. 35 is a plan view showing the configuration of the centrifugal pendulum damper described in
In the centrifugal pendulum damper shown in the figure, the

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to reduce the size and weight while maintaining the necessary and sufficient rigidity to improve space efficiency, and to shake the mass without complicating the design and manufacturing processes.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 19B shows how the
FIG. 19C shows a state in which the
Next, the action and effect of the
In the
Further, in the
Further, since the rotor connecting member 41 is arranged outside the rotor mounting layer in the rotor plate thickness direction, it is not necessary to provide an installation space for the rotor connecting member 41 in the rotor mounting layer, and space efficiency can be improved. According to this arrangement configuration, the degree of freedom in designing the
Similarly, in the pendulum
Further, since the
Further, the
The
With such a mounting configuration, the work of assembling the

The

The rotation center OR and the swing center OP shown in FIG. 20 are the positions of the OR and OP shown in FIG. 3 in the

FIG. 22 is a graph showing changes in the swing radius with respect to the swing angle θ.
Assuming that the swing radius of the
If it exceeds this range, it decreases to less than 1. That is, the swing radius R is shortened as the swing angle θ increases.
n=(L/R)1/2 ・・・(1)
The value of RM / R 0 in the region where the swing angle θ exceeds the range of Δθ is set to the value obtained by the following equation (1) for the excitation vibration order n of the
n = (L / R) 1/2 ... (1)
By determining the shapes of the rolling surfaces 31 and 33 that roll and contact the
Further, according to the centrifugal pendulum damper having the above configuration, for example, when applied to the rotation shaft of an engine, it is possible to efficiently absorb the rotation fluctuation according to the number of cylinders of the engine and attenuate the vibration.
<Second configuration example>
Next, a second configuration example of the centrifugal pendulum damper will be described.
FIG. 23 is a plan view of the centrifugal pendulum damper of the second configuration example.

FIG. 24 is a perspective view of the
The
The
All of these pairs of rotor connecting members 42 (4 sets in total in the illustrated example) are arranged outside the rotor arrangement layer in the rotor plate thickness direction.

<Third configuration example>
Next, a third configuration example of the centrifugal pendulum damper will be described.
FIG. 25 is an exploded perspective view of the
The
The
Spring seat

According to this centrifugal pendulum damper, the rotor extension portion is reinforced by the rotor connecting member arranged outside the rotor arrangement layer in the rotor plate thickness direction, and the pendulum base extension portion is outside the rotor arrangement layer in the rotor plate thickness direction. The pendulum substrate is supported by the rotor while being reinforced by the substrate connecting member arranged in. Then, the rotor and the pendulum substrate are supported via the rollers in the rotor arrangement layer. As a result, it is possible to prevent the roller from being loaded with a bending force, and it is possible to make the rotor and the pendulum substrate less likely to be deformed even if the centrifugal force due to rotation increases. Further, since the rotor connecting member and the base connecting member are arranged on the outside in the rotor plate thickness direction of the rotor arrangement layer in which the rotor and the pendulum base are arranged, the mass does not complicate the design and manufacturing process of the pendulum. It is possible to improve the vibration damping performance by setting the swing trajectory of the body with high accuracy.
