Description
Claims (6)
- 上部面中心部を介して内側に挿入孔(21)が形成され、前記挿入孔(21)の外側周面に沿って複数個の放熱フィン(22)が形成される一方、下部には、単一または複数個の環形の熱放出溝(24)が設けられた装着面(23)が形成された本体部(20)と、
前記本体部(20)の下部に形成された装着面(23)に密着された状態で設けられ、底面部に複数個のLED(31)が設けられたLEDモジュール(30)と、
前記本体部(20)の上方から挿入孔(21)に挿入され且つ挟まれて結合された状態で、本体部(20)上の装着面に密着されたLEDモジュール(30)とスクリュー締結される筒状の締結ボス(40)と、
前記締結ボス(40)の上部外側が挿入されて固定された状態で、天井や壁面等に設けられるソケットに挟まれて電気的に接続される接続部(50)と、
前記LEDモジュール(30)の底面部に対して所定間隔離間するように挟まれて結合され、前記LEDモジュール(30)を構成するそれぞれのLED(31)と対応する位置には、LED(31)から発生される照明光を拡散して照射させるレンズ(61)が装着されたレンズホルダ(60)と、
前記LEDモジュール(30)及びレンズホルダ(60)を覆った状態で、前記本体部(20)の下端部に結合されてスクリュー締結されるリング状の固定ギャップ(70)と、
を備え、
前記本体部(20)上の挿入孔(21)の内周面を所定角度の分だけ分割する位置には、ガイド溝(21a)が縦方向に形成され、
前記ガイド溝(21a)と対応する位置に該当する締結ボス(40)の外周面には、下端部内側に締結孔(41a)が形成され且つ前記ガイド溝(21a)に挿入されるガイド突起(41)が縦方向に形成される一方、
前記ガイド突起(41)上の締結孔(41a)と対応する位置に該当する本体部(20)上の装着面(23)とLEDモジュール(30)の面上には、各々スクリュー挿入孔(80)が形成されるように構成され、
前記本体部(20)上の装着面(23)には、前記環形の熱放出溝(24)と連通しながら外部の空気が熱放出溝(24)に流入するようにしたり、熱放出溝(24)内に流入した熱気が外部に流出するようにする複数個の空気通路(25)が放射状に形成され、
前記複数個の空気通路(25)の各々の一端は、外部に開放され、
前記複数個の空気通路(25)の各々の他端は、前記環形の熱放出溝(24)と連通される、
ことを特徴とする放熱機能が強化されたLED照明ランプ。 - 上部面中心部を介して内側に挿入孔(21)が形成され、前記挿入孔(21)の外側周面に沿って複数個の放熱フィン(22)が形成される一方、下部には、単一または複数個の環形の熱放出溝(24)が設けられた装着面(23)が形成された本体部(20)と、
前記本体部(20)の下部に形成された装着面(23)に密着された状態で設けられ、底面部に複数個のLED(31)が設けられたLEDモジュール(30)と、
前記本体部(20)の上方から挿入孔(21)に挿入され且つ挟まれて結合された状態で、本体部(20)上の装着面に密着されたLEDモジュール(30)とスクリュー締結される筒状の締結ボス(40)と、
前記締結ボス(40)の上部外側が挿入されて固定された状態で、天井や壁面等に設けられるソケットに挟まれて電気的に接続される接続部(50)と、
前記LEDモジュール(30)の底面部に対して所定間隔離間するように挟まれて結合され、前記LEDモジュール(30)を構成するそれぞれのLED(31)と対応する位置には、LED(31)から発生される照明光を拡散して照射させるレンズ(61)が装着されたレンズホルダ(60)と、
前記LEDモジュール(30)及びレンズホルダ(60)を覆った状態で、前記本体部(20)の下端部に結合されてスクリュー締結されるリング状の固定ギャップ(70)と、
を備え、
前記本体部(20)上の装着面(23)には、前記環形の熱放出溝(24)と連通しながら外部の空気が熱放出溝(24)に流入するようにしたり、熱放出溝(24)内に流入した熱気が外部に流出するようにする複数個の空気通路(25)が放射状に形成され、
前記複数個の空気通路(25)の各々の一端は、外部に開放され、
前記複数個の空気通路(25)の各々の他端は、前記環形の熱放出溝(24)と連通される、
ことを特徴とする放熱機能が強化されたLED照明ランプ。 - 前記本体部(20)上の装着面(23)に形成される環形の熱放出溝(24)は、放熱フィン(22)と当接することができる深さを有するように上方に突出されるように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放熱機能が強化されたLED照明ランプ。
- 前記リング状の固定ギャップ(70)の内周面に沿って外部の空気が流入し得るようにするための隙間が形成されるように複数個の突出フランジ(71)が所定間隔を隔てて形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放熱機能が強化されたLED照明ランプ。
- 前記LEDモジュール(30)とレンズホルダ(60)とが互いに離間した状態で結合されるようにするために、前記LEDモジュール(30)の端面には、複数個の結合孔(32)が形成され、
前記結合孔(32)と対応する位置に該当するレンズホルダ(60)の上端面には、前記結合孔(32)に挟まれる結合突起(62)が形成される一方、
前記結合突起(62)の中間部位には、結合孔(32)の一端を支える支持フランジ(62a)が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放熱機能が強化されたLED照明ランプ。 - 前記締結ボス(40)の中間部位には、本体部(20)に形成された挿入孔(21)の上端を覆う蓋部(42)が形成され、
前記蓋部(42)の上方には、複数個の放熱孔(42a)が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放熱機能が強化されたLED照明ランプ。
