Description
以下、口腔センサの第1実施形態について図1~図7を参照して説明する。
JIS K6262の「加硫ゴム及び熱可塑性ゴム-常温,高温及び低温における圧縮永久ひずみの求め方」に基づいて、材料を圧縮板で圧縮し、所定の温度環境下に保持して、試験前後のサンプルの厚さを比較することで永久歪みを評価する。より具体的には、先ず標準温度(23±2℃)においてサンプルの中央部の厚さを測定する。次いで、サンプルを圧縮板(平滑なステンレス鋼板)におき、規定のスペーサをサンプルの外側に挟む。その後、圧縮板がスペーサに密着するまで圧縮し、治具を試験温度の恒温槽の中で保持する。その後、所定の試験時間が経過したら、圧縮した装置を取り出し、直ちに圧縮状態から解放し、標準温度にて30分放置した後にサンプル中央部の厚さを測定する。このとき、試験前後のサンプルの厚さを比較して、圧縮永久歪み(%)を算出する。
株式会社島津製作所製のオートグラフ(型名:AGS-1kNX)を用いて、20mm/分のスピードで引張り試験を行い、サンプルが破断した時の長さから伸びを算出した。サンプルはJIS K6251を参考にしてダンベル状試験片7号形を用いた。
株式会社島津製作所製のオートグラフ(型名:AGS-5kNX)を用いて、一般的な成人の最大咬合力よりも高い1200Nに達するまで、5N/秒の速度でサンプルに荷重をかけた。そして、日置電機株式会社製のCハイテスタ(型名:3504C)を用いて、100Nおきに静電容量の変化を記録した。50Nまでの圧縮試験の結果からヤング率を算出した。
以下、口腔センサの第2実施形態について図8及び図9を用いて説明する。なお、第1実施形態と同一部材については同じ符号を付して説明の一部又は全部を割愛する。
なお、上記各実施形態は、以下のように変更して実施することができる。上記各実施形態及び以下の変更例は、技術的に矛盾しない範囲で互いに組み合わせて実施することができる。
Claims (16)
- 柔軟性を有する第1樹脂層と、該第1樹脂層に積層される一対の電極部とを有する圧力を測定するセンサ部を備え、
前記センサ部は、一対の電極部の外側が柔軟性を有する第2樹脂層により覆われるものであり、
前記第1樹脂層は、前記第2樹脂層よりも柔らかい、口腔センサ。 - 前記第1樹脂層は、前記第2樹脂層よりも薄い、請求項1に記載の口腔センサ。
- 前記第1樹脂層は、前記第2樹脂層よりも圧縮歪みが大きい、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の口腔センサ。
- 前記第1樹脂層は、前記第2樹脂層よりも伸び率が大きい、請求項1から請求項3の何れか1項に記載の口腔センサ。
- 前記第1樹脂層は、前記第2樹脂層よりもヤング率が小さい、請求項1から請求項4の何れか1項に記載の口腔センサ。
- 前記圧力を測定するセンサ部は、静電容量方式のセンサ部である、請求項1から請求項5の何れか1項に記載の口腔センサ。
- 前記第2樹脂層は、前記センサ部と一体成形されている、請求項1から請求項6の何れか1項に記載の口腔センサ。
- 前記第2樹脂層は、前記第1樹脂層と溶着又は融着されている、請求項7に記載の口腔センサ。
- 前記第2樹脂層は、前記センサ部に対して取り外し可能なカバー部材である、請求項1から請求項6の何れか1項に記載の口腔センサ。
- 前記カバー部材は、前記センサ部の積層方向と直交する方向に面する側面を覆う、請求項9に記載の口腔センサ。
- 前記センサ部は、前記電極部よりも外側に前記第2樹脂層よりも硬い荷重分散板を備える、請求項1から請求項10の何れか1項に記載の口腔センサ。
- 前記第1樹脂層は、前記第2樹脂層よりも比誘電率が高い、請求項1から請求項11の何れか1項に記載の口腔センサ。
- 前記第1樹脂層及び前記第2樹脂層は、歯よりも柔らかい、請求項1から請求項12の何れか1項に記載の口腔センサ。
- 前記第2樹脂層は、ゴム硬さとして硬度A10以上、硬度A50以下である、請求項1から請求項13の何れか1項に記載の口腔センサ。
- 前記第1樹脂層は、ゴム硬さとして硬度E53以下である、請求項1から請求項14の何れか1項に記載の口腔センサ。
- 前記第1樹脂層と前記電極部との間に多孔質又は網目状の粘着層を有する、請求項1から請求項15の何れか1項に記載の口腔センサ。
