Description
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る操作装置14を利用した音響装置100の斜視図である。音響装置100は、例えば外部装置から供給される音響信号を処理して放音装置(例えばスピーカ)に出力する信号処理装置である。例えば音響信号を可変の増幅率で増幅する増幅装置が音響装置100の好適例である。
本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。なお、以下の各例示において作用または機能が第1実施形態と同様である要素については、第1実施形態の説明で使用した符号を流用して各々の詳細な説明を適宜に省略する。
図6は、第3実施形態における操作装置14の構成を例示する断面図である。図6に例示される通り、第3実施形態は、第2軸受部42として玉軸受(ボールベアリング)を利用した形態である。以上の構成によれば、回転軸22を2箇所(第1部分Q1および第2部分Q2)で支持する構成にも関わらず、回転軸22の回転抵抗を有効に低減することができる。
図7は、第4実施形態における操作装置14の構成を例示する断面図である。図7に例示される通り、第4実施形態の操作装置14は、第3実施形態と同様の要素に弾性体45を追加した構成である。弾性体45は、弾性材料で形成された環状体(Oリング)であり、第2軸受部42の内周面と回転軸22との間に設置される。具体的には、筒状部24の外周面に周方向の溝部25が形成され、弾性体45は溝部25に係合する。図7に例示される通り、弾性体45は、第2軸受部42と筒状部24とにより押圧されることで弾性的に変形した状態で、第2軸受部42と筒状部24との間に介在する。
以上に例示した各態様に付加される具体的な変形の態様を以下に例示する。以下の例示から任意に選択された2個以上の態様を、相互に矛盾しない範囲で適宜に併合してもよい。
Claims (3)
- 利用者が操作する操作部と、
前記操作部が端部に設置された回転軸と、
前記回転軸の第1部分を支持する第1軸受部と、
前記回転軸のうち前記第1部分から軸方向における前記操作部側に離間した第2部分を支持する第2軸受部と、
前記第1軸受部が固定された第1支持部と、
前記第2軸受部が固定され、前記第1支持部に間隔をあけて対向する第2支持部と、
前記第1支持部と一体に構成されて前記第2支持部に固定される部分と、
前記操作部から前記第1軸受部側に突起し、前記第2軸受部の内周面に外周面が対向した状態で前記回転軸を包囲する筒状部と、
前記筒状部の外周面に形成された周方向の溝部に係合し、前記第2軸受部の内周面により押圧される環状の弾性体と
を具備する操作装置。 - 前記第1支持部は、前記第2支持部と比較して剛性が低い
