As shown in FIG. 1, the
The
In certain embodiments, the processor comprises one or more circuits or units configured to perform one or more data calculation procedures or processes. For example, the processor may be one or more processors, controllers, microprocessors, microcontrollers, application specific integrated circuits (ASICs), digital signal processing devices, programmable logic devices, field programmable gate arrays, or any of these devices or configurations. The functions described below may be performed by including combinations or combinations of other known devices or configurations.
The
The
The
The
The
The
The
The
以下、セルスタック24は、SOFC(固体酸化物形燃料電池)であるとして説明する。
Hereinafter, the
The
The reformed
The
The
The
The
The
The waste heat
The circulating
The hot
Next, the operation of the
(Processing at startup)
When the
When the gas supply is started, the gas starts to burn between the
When the gas begins to burn in the combustion section, the temperature near the outlet of the
(Control of air flow rate in the reforming reaction processing stage)
In the reforming reaction processing stage, the
The

FIG. 2 shows an example of the air flow rate at each stage controlled by the
In the present embodiment, the
Hereinafter, the technical meaning of controlling the air flow rate of the
2CO→C+CO2When the combustion in the combustion part starts at the time of starting the
2CO → C + CO2
Since carbon precipitation due to the above-mentioned disproportionation reaction tends to be less likely to occur at a low temperature, the
Further, the
Subsequently, an example of an operation in which the
The

As described above, when the temperature near the outlet of the
(S / C control)
The
FIG. 4 shows an example of S / C at each stage controlled by the
Hereinafter, the technical meaning of the control of the S / C of the
Increasing the S / C increases the ratio of reformed water to the gas, and can suppress carbon precipitation. Since carbon precipitation tends to occur at high temperatures, the
Further, if the S / C is increased in a low temperature state, the temperature tends to be difficult to rise. From this point of view, the
