Claims (14)
- 食品サービス分野で使用する高電力電気器具システムであって、
少なくとも、一次エネルギー蓄積システムと、二次エネルギー蓄積システムと、を有して、電気エネルギーの需要がないときには電力線から供給される電気エネルギーを蓄え、電気エネルギーの需要があるときには蓄えられた電気エネルギーを供給するエネルギー蓄積・供給システムと、
前記エネルギー蓄積・供給システムから供給される電気エネルギーを使用することができる加熱素子と、
電流出力と前記一次エネルギー蓄積システムの充電を制御するために、前記加熱素子の使用を検知するセンサと、を備え、
前記一次エネルギー蓄積システムの出力は、前記加熱素子に高電気エネルギーを供給するように構成された、前記二次エネルギー蓄積システムの二次充電器へ所与の距離を隔てて伝送され、
前記エネルギー蓄積・供給システムから前記加熱素子に供給される前記電気エネルギーは、前記電力線から供給される電力の少なくとも110%の電力で供給され、
前記エネルギー蓄積・供給システムから供給される前記電気エネルギーによる電力は、加熱される食品のレシピに基づいて前記高電力電気器具システムが設定する
ことを特徴とする高電力電気器具システム。 - 前記加熱素子に供給される前記電気エネルギーは、前記電力線によって供給される前記電気エネルギーが1800ワット(120ボルト x 15アンペア)である場合、少なくとも3600ワットである
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高電力電気器具システム。 - 前記加熱素子に供給される前記電気エネルギーは、前記電力線によって供給される前記電気エネルギーが7200ワット(240ボルト x 30アンペア)である場合、少なくとも14400ワットである
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高電力電気器具システム。 - 前記加熱素子に供給される前記電気エネルギーは、前記電力線によって供給される前記電気エネルギーが14400ワット(480ボルト x 30アンペア)である場合、少なくとも26400ワットである
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高電力電気器具システム。 - 前記エネルギー蓄積・供給システムは、少なくとも一つのコンデンサおよび一つの電池を備える
ことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の高電力電気器具システム。 - 前記一次エネルギー蓄積システムは、電力網に電力を供給するように構成される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高電力電気器具システム。 - 前記一次エネルギー蓄積システムは、前記食品サービス分野において通常の方法で電力供給される電気器具に電力を供給するように構成される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高電力電気器具システム。 - 前記一次エネルギー蓄積システムは、発電所、発電機、風力発電機、太陽熱発電機、地熱発電機、または他の電気エネルギー源から選択される一つ以上の電気エネルギー源を用いて充電されるように構成される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高電力電気器具システム。 - 前記一次エネルギー蓄積システムは、前記電気エネルギーの供給源よりも低い電圧で充電するように構成される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高電力電気器具システム。 - 前記一次エネルギー蓄積システムは、整流された交流(AC)電力および直流(DC)電力のうちいずれかで充電されるように構成される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高電力電気器具システム。 - 前記一次エネルギー蓄積システムは、DC電流を介して電気エネルギーを供給するように構成される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高電力電気器具システム。 - 前記一次エネルギー蓄積システムからのDC電圧をAC電圧に変換するインバータをさらに備える
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高電力電気器具システム。 - AC-DCコンバータをさらに備える
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高電力電気器具システム。 - 前記エネルギー蓄積・供給システムと前記加熱素子との間に配置されたスイッチをさらに備える
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高電力電気器具システム。
