Claims (3)
- スクリューロータと、前記スクリューロータを収納するケーシングによって構成され、作動空間内に外部から液体を供給する液体供給部を備える流体機械であって、
前記液体供給部は、給液孔と作動空間とを接続するスリット部を有し、該スリット部の長手方向の寸法が幅方向の寸法よりも長い形状であり、
前記スリット部は、前記給液孔から作動空間に向かって、スリットの幅方向よりもスリットの長手方向により多くその断面積が拡大するものであり、
前記スリット部の長手方向が、前記スクリューロータの液体噴射孔に連通する歯溝の長手方向に対して±25°以内の角度となるように、前記液体供給部が配置され、
前記液体供給部は、前記スクリューロータの歯溝の幅方向よりも長手方向に液体を拡散するように構成したことを特徴とする流体機械。 - 請求項1に記載の流体機械において、
前記液体供給部のスリット部の長手方向が、前記スクリューロータの液体噴射孔に連通する歯溝の長手方向と平行となるように、前記液体供給部が配置されていることを特徴とする流体機械。 - 請求項1に記載の流体機械において、
前記液体供給部は、ファンスプレーノズルであることを特徴とする流体機械。
