Claims (6)
- 密閉式ゴム混練機により未加硫ゴムの混練バッチを連続的に混練する際の未加硫ゴムの混練異常の判定方法において、
前記混練機の撹拌羽根のロータ軸の軸方向に対する傾斜角度が45°以上90°以下に設定されていて、前記混練機の内部で上下移動するラムが所定の下方位置に配置された状態で混練を行なう1ステージ毎に、それぞれの前記混練バッチの温度を温度センサにより検知し、この検知温度と、予め把握している正常に混練された場合の混練バッチの基準温度とを比較し、比較した両者の差の大きさに基づいて、それぞれの前記混練バッチの混練異常の有無を、それぞれの前記ステージの終了直後に判定することを特徴とする未加硫ゴムの混練異常の判定方法。 - 前記1ステージ毎に、それぞれの前記混練バッチの温度を平均して平均値を算出し、この平均値を前記基準温度と比較する前記検知温度として用いる請求項1に記載の未加硫ゴムの混練異常の判定方法。
- 前記検知温度と前記基準温度との差の大きさが、前記基準温度の10%以上の場合に、その混練バッチに混練異常があると判定する請求項1または2に記載の未加硫ゴムの混練異常の判定方法。
- 混練異常を判定する混練バッチの直前20バッチ以上の所定数の混練異常なく混練された場合の混練バッチの前記検知温度の平均値を前記基準温度として用いて、混練バッチを1バッチ混練終了する毎に最新の所定数の平均値を前記基準温度として更新する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の未加硫ゴムの混練異常の判定方法。
- 前記1ステージ毎に、それぞれの前記混練バッチを混練する際の前記混練機のロータの回転駆動に要する瞬時電力量を積算して積算電力量を算出し、算出した前記積算電力量と予め把握している正常に混練された場合の混練バッチの基準積算電力量とを比較し、比較した両者の差の大きさに基づいて、それぞれの前記混練バッチの混練異常の有無を、それぞれの前記ステージの終了直後またはすべての前記ステージの終了直後に判定する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の未加硫ゴムの混練異常の判定方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の未加硫ゴムの混練異常の判定方法によって、混練バッチが混練異常と判定された際に、その混練バッチの次の混練バッチの混練を開始しないように前記混練機を制御することを特徴とする未加硫ゴムの混練制御方法。
