Description
(1)ハイブリッド車両の駆動装置100は、エンジン1と、ロータ回転軸(第1モータ回転軸)2aを有する第1モータジェネレータ2と、エンジン1の出力軸1aとロータ回転軸2aと第2遊星歯車機構20の第2キャリア24とにそれぞれ接続され、エンジン1で発生した動力を、第1モータジェネレータ2と第2キャリア24とに分割し、または、エンジン1と第1モータジェネレータ2とで発生した動力を、第2キャリア24に伝達する第1遊星歯車機構10と、第2キャリア24から入力された回転を変速して出力軸27から動力を出力する変速機構70と、出力軸27から出力された動力を車軸57に伝達するための動力伝達経路71を形成する部品(出力ギヤ51など)と、動力伝達経路71に接続されたロータ回転軸(第2モータ回転軸)3aを有する第2モータジェネレータ3と、車速Vを検出する車速センサ36と、アクセル開度APを検出するアクセル開度センサ37と、車速センサ36により検出された車速Vとアクセル開度センサ37により検出されたアクセル開度APとに応じて、変速機構70と第1モータジェネレータ2と第2モータジェネレータ3とを制御するコントローラ4と、を備える(図1)。変速機構70は、係合および解放が可能なブレーキ機構30を有し、ブレーキ機構30が解放されると変速段が低速段に切り換わり、係合されると変速段が高速段に切り換わるように構成される(図1)。コントローラ4は、車速センサ36により検出された車速Vが所定値Va以上であり、かつ、アクセル開度センサ37により検出されたアクセル開度APが所定値APb以上であるとき、変速段が低速段に切り換わり、第1モータジェネレータ2がモータとして機能し、第2モータジェネレータ3がジェネレータとして機能するように変速機構70と第1モータジェネレータ2と第2モータジェネレータ3とを制御する(図10B)。さらに、車速センサ36により検出された車速Vが所定値Va以上であり、かつ、アクセル開度センサ37により検出されたアクセル開度APが所定値APa以下であるとき、コントローラ4は、変速段が高速段に切り換わり、第1モータジェネレータ2がジェネレータとして機能し、第2モータジェネレータ3がモータとして機能するように変速機構70と第1モータジェネレータ2と第2モータジェネレータ3とを制御する(図10C,図11)。

前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記第1モータ回転軸と第1回転軸とにそれぞれ接続され、前記内燃機関で発生した動力を、前記第1モータジェネレータと前記第1回転軸とに分割し、または、前記内燃機関と前記第1モータジェネレータとで発生した動力を、前記第1回転軸に伝達する動力分割機構と、
前記第1回転軸から入力された回転を変速して第2回転軸から動力を出力する変速機構と、
前記第2回転軸から出力された動力を車軸に伝達するための動力伝達経路を形成する経路形成部と、
前記動力伝達経路に接続された第2モータ回転軸を有する第2モータジェネレータと、

車両の加減速指令を検出する加減速指令検出部と、
前記車速検出部により検出された車速と前記加減速指令検出部により検出された加減速指令とに応じて、前記変速機構と前記第1モータジェネレータと前記第2モータジェネレータとを制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記変速機構は、係合および解放が可能な摩擦係合機構を有し、前記摩擦係合機構が解放されると変速段が低速段に切り換わり、前記摩擦係合機構が係合されると変速段が高速段に切り換わるように構成され、
前記制御部は、
前記車速検出部により検出された車速が所定値以上であり、かつ、前記加減速指令検出部により加速指令が検出されると、変速段が低速段に切り換わり、前記第1モータジェネレータがモータとして機能し、前記第2モータジェネレータがジェネレータとして機能するように前記変速機構と前記第1モータジェネレータと前記第2モータジェネレータとを制御し、
前記車速検出部により検出された車速が前記所定値以上であり、かつ、前記加減速指令検出部により減速指令または加速の停止指令が検出されると、変速段が高速段に切り換わり、前記第1モータジェネレータがジェネレータとして機能し、前記第2モータジェネレータがモータとして機能するように前記変速機構と前記第1モータジェネレータと前記第2モータジェネレータとを制御することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
前記第2回転軸と前記第2モータ回転軸との間の前記動力伝達経路に介装され、前記第2回転軸に対する前記第2モータ回転軸の一方向の相対回転を許容する一方、反対方向の相対回転を禁止するワンウェイクラッチをさらに備えることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の車両駆動装置において、
前記摩擦係合機構は、第1摩擦係合機構であり、
前記変速機構は、係合および解放が可能な第2摩擦係合機構をさらに有し、前記第1摩擦係合機構が解放かつ前記第2摩擦係合機構が係合すると、変速段が低速段に切り換わり、前記第1摩擦係合機構が係合かつ前記第2摩擦係合機構が解放すると、変速段が高速段に切り換わるように構成されることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 請求項3に記載の車両駆動装置において、
前記動力分割機構は、前記第1モータ回転軸に接続された第1サンギヤと、前記第1回転軸に接続された第1リングギヤと、前記内燃機関に接続された第1キャリアとを有する第1遊星歯車機構を有し、
前記変速機構は、前記第2回転軸に接続された第2サンギヤと、第2リングギヤと、前記第1回転軸に接続された第2キャリアとを有する第2遊星歯車機構を有し、
前記第1摩擦係合機構および前記第2摩擦係合機構のいずれか一方は、前記第2リングギヤの回転を制動または非制動するブレーキ機構であり、
前記第1摩擦係合機構および前記第2摩擦係合機構のいずれか他方は、前記第2サンギヤと前記第2リングギヤとを一体に結合または分離するクラッチ機構であることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。
