The present invention relates to an inspection method using radiation.
However, when the posture (tilt) of the inspection object changes, the distance through which the radiation passes through the inspection object changes. Therefore, when the posture (tilt) of the inspection object changes, there is a problem that the inside of the inspection object cannot be accurately measured.
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide an inspection method capable of measuring an inspection object more accurately even if the posture of the inspection object changes. Is what you do.
The inspection method according to the present invention is an inspection method for inspecting an inspection object using radiation. Further, in the inspection method, spherical marks having a spherical shape are set at three or more places of the inspection target. Further, in the inspection method, the inspection target in the initial state is imaged in advance, and the position of the sphere mark is calculated from the obtained radiation transmission image. Further, in the inspection method, the inspection target at the time of inspection is imaged, and the position of the sphere mark is calculated from the obtained radiation transmission image. Further, in the inspection method, the change in the posture of the inspection object at the time of the inspection from the initial state is determined based on the position of the sphere mark in the initial state and the position of the sphere mark at the time of the inspection. calculate. Then, in the inspection method, a correction coefficient is calculated based on the change in the posture of the inspection object at the time of the inspection, and the radiation transmission image obtained by imaging the inspection object at the time of the inspection is obtained. Correction is performed using the correction coefficient.
According to the inspection method according to the present invention, since the spherical marks are placed at three or more places of the inspection target, the change in the posture (tilt in the three axial directions) of the inspection target can be calculated. Then, the radiation transmission image obtained at the time of inspection can be corrected by the correction coefficient calculated based on the change in the posture of the inspection object. Therefore, it is possible to provide an inspection method capable of measuring the inspection object more accurately even if the posture of the inspection object changes.

As shown in FIG. 1, in the inspection method according to the first embodiment, radiation is irradiated from the
Further, in the first embodiment, the radiation is an X-ray and a neutron beam.
Further, the inspection method according to the first embodiment is a method carried out in an inspection device including an
Further, the program stored in each storage unit of the control unit includes a code for realizing processing in each of the control units by being executed by the CPU. The storage unit includes, for example, this program and an arbitrary storage device capable of storing various information used for processing in the control unit. The storage device is, for example, a memory or the like.
In the first embodiment, the
However, for example, as shown in FIG. 2, when the
Therefore, in the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, sphere marks 500 having a sphere shape are installed at three or more places of the
Then, in the inspection method according to the first embodiment, the position (coordinates) of the
When the radiation used for the measurement is X-rays, the
Further, since the
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, in the first embodiment, the water
Further, in the inspection method according to the first embodiment, a first calibration curve showing the relationship between the posture (tilt) of the
Specifically, first, since the shape of the
Next, the attenuation of radiation is a calibration curve showing the relationship between the inclination of the
Next, the transmittance of the radiation transmitted through the
Then, the transmittance of the radiation transmitted through the
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the water
Next, the inspection method according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 9 and 10. By the above method, a first calibration curve showing the relationship between the posture (tilt) of the
First, as shown in FIG. 9, an image is taken in the absence of the
Next, the
Next, the beam unevenness correction of the radiation transmission image in the initial state is performed by dividing the radiation transmission image in the initial state acquired in step S2 by the beam unevenness image acquired in step S1 (step S3).
Next, the position of the center of gravity of each
Next, the distance between the sphere marks 500 is calculated based on the position of the center of gravity of the
Next, water is injected into the
Next, a second calibration curve showing the relationship between the thickness of the water through which the radiation passes and the shadow density (shading value) in the radiation transmission image is created (step S7). Specifically, by subtracting the radiation transmission image corrected for beam unevenness in step S3 from the radiation transmission image corrected for beam unevenness in step S6, the radiation transmission image is injected into the
Next, as shown in FIG. 10, the posture (tilt) of the
Next, in the same manner as in step S3, the beam unevenness correction of the radiation transmission image at the time of inspection is performed by dividing the radiation transmission image at the time of inspection acquired in step S8 by the beam unevenness image acquired at step S1 (step S9). ).
Next, in the same manner as in step S4, the position of the center of gravity of each
Next, in the same manner as in step S5, the distance between the sphere marks 500 is calculated based on the position of the center of gravity of the
Next, by comparing the distance between the
In step S12, if the posture (tilt) of the
In step S12, when the posture (tilt) of the
Next, based on the change in the attitude (tilt) of the
Next, the radiation transmission image at the time of inspection is corrected by multiplying the pixel value of each pixel of the radiation transmission image at the time of inspection by the correction coefficient calculated in step S14 (step S15).
Next, the water present in the
Next, the amount (volume) of water existing in the
According to the inspection method according to the first embodiment described above, the change in the posture (inclination in the three axial directions) of the
Further, since the
Further, the
Further, by calculating the distance between the centers of gravity of the two
Further, by calculating the distance between the

Based on the position of the sphere mark in the initial state and the position of the sphere mark at the time of the inspection, the change in the posture of the inspection object at the time of the inspection from the initial state is calculated.
A correction coefficient is calculated based on the change in the posture of the inspection object at the time of the inspection.
An inspection method in which the radiation transmission image obtained by imaging the inspection object at the time of the inspection is corrected by using the correction coefficient.
