Description
The invention disclosed herein relates to a measuring device.
Conventionally, as a measuring device for evaluating a battery, the first to fourth members form an outer peripheral surface, and the battery to be measured is housed in a metal container having a slit portion and a vent portion, and heated to generate heat. Those that measure the amount have been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1). It is said that this measuring device has high airtightness, is not likely to be damaged even if the internal pressure rises, and can perform accurate thermal analysis.
However, in the measuring device of Patent Document 1, since the metal container is directly attached to the cell to be measured, for example, when the cell self-heats, heat is conducted to the metal container, so that the temperature change can be detected accurately. Couldn't.
The present disclosure has been made in view of such a problem, and an object of the present disclosure is to provide a measuring device capable of more accurately measuring a temperature change of a measurement target.
As a result of diligent research to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present inventors have decided to hold the cell to be measured without making direct or indirect contact with the heating part, for example, a cell such as self-heating. We have found that it is possible to measure the temperature change of the above more accurately, and have completed the invention disclosed in the present specification.

That is, the measuring device disclosed in this specification is
It is a measuring device that can measure the self-heating of the cell to be measured.
A main body having an inner wall forming an internal space containing the cell,
A heating unit that heats the internal space and
A holding portion disposed in the internal space and holding the cell without contacting the inner wall,
A measuring unit that measures the temperature of the cell held in the holding unit, and a measuring unit.
It is equipped with.
With this measuring device, the temperature change of the measurement target can be measured more accurately. The reason why such an effect can be obtained is considered as follows. For example, in this measuring device, the cell to be measured is supported without contacting the inner wall of the main body. In addition, the heating unit indirectly heats the cell by heating the internal space containing the cell. Therefore, the heat of the cell is less likely to be conducted to other members as compared with the one that is heated by directly or indirectly contacting the heating part, and the influence of heat conduction is further suppressed to measure the temperature change of the cell. be able to.
This embodiment will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1A and 1B are explanatory views showing a schematic example of the configuration of the
The cell C to be measured may be any power storage device that can be discharged, and may be a power storage device that can be charged / discharged. The cell C may include, for example, a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and an ion conducting medium that is interposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode and conducts ions. The cell C may be, for example, an electric double layer capacitor, a hybrid capacitor, a pseudo electric double layer capacitor, an alkaline secondary battery, an alkaline ion secondary battery, or the like. Examples of the alkali as a carrier include Li, Na and K. The positive electrode may contain a positive electrode active material that occludes and releases carrier ions, or may contain a positive electrode active material that adsorbs and desorbs carrier ions. Examples of the transition metal include one or more of Fe, Ni, Co, Mn, Cu and the like. The negative electrode may contain a negative electrode active material that occludes and releases carrier ions, or may contain a negative electrode active material that adsorbs and desorbs carrier ions. The negative electrode active material may be, for example, one or more of a carbon material containing activated carbon and graphite, a transition metal composite oxide containing Ti and the like, and the like. The ion conduction medium conducts carrier ions (cations and anions), and may be one or more of a non-aqueous electrolyte solution, an aqueous electrolyte solution, a gel electrolyte solution, a solid electrolyte, and the like. The shape of the cell C is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a coin type, a button type, a sheet type, a laminated type, a cylindrical type, a flat type, and a square type. Here, the cylindrical cell C will be mainly described.
The
The
The
The
The holding
Further, in the
The measuring
The
Next, the operation of the measuring
In the measuring
Further, the holding
Further, since the inner wall of the
Further, since the
It goes without saying that the present disclosure is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be implemented in various embodiments as long as it belongs to the technical scope of the present disclosure.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the measuring
In the above-described embodiment, the
In the above-described embodiment, the
In the above-described embodiment, the holding
In the above-described embodiment, the
In the above-described embodiment, the
In the above-described embodiment, the

After that, the coated sheet was passed through a roll press to increase the density, and cut into a shape having a width of 56 mm and a length of 500 mm to obtain a negative electrode sheet. The obtained positive electrode sheet and the negative electrode sheet were wound so as to face each other with a 20 μm-thick polyethylene microporous separator sandwiched between them to prepare a roll-shaped electrode body. This electrode body was inserted into a 18650 type cylindrical case, impregnated with a non-aqueous electrolytic solution, and then sealed to prepare a cylindrical lithium ion secondary battery. As the electrolytic solution, LiPF 6 was used as a supporting salt and was dissolved in two kinds of organic solvents having different thermal stability. The cell having low thermal stability was designated as the measurement target cell of Experimental Example 1, and the cell having high thermal stability was designated as the measurement target cell of Experimental Example 2.

(Results and discussion)
FIG. 2 is an example of measuring the temperature change of the measurement target cells (Experimental Examples 1 and 2) by the measuring device. As shown in FIG. 2, the cell was heated at a rate of 5 ° C./min from around 500 seconds later. It was found that the outer wall temperature of the cell of Experimental Example 1 increased at a rate exceeding 5 ° C./min after reaching 105 ° C. It was found that the outer wall temperature of the cell of Experimental Example 2 increased at a rate exceeding 5 ° C./min after reaching 158 ° C. That is, it was found that the cell of Experimental Example 1 started self-heating at 105 ° C. or higher, and the cell of Experimental Example 2 started self-heating at 158 ° C. or higher. As described above, it was found that the measuring
